    Extremely fun and arcadey racer!
Online games are especially fun, especially since a recent patched fixed some multiplayer bugs.
Me and my friends have been facing off against each other every night! :D

I liked it for a PS Plus game. Although it sure can use some more content, I am enjoying it so far. The loading times are fairly quick and the gameplay is smooth. Not too many negatives about the game except it needs more content if it wants to stay around.

Amazing PS+ giveaway and if the development team get support from the community - Split screen multiplayer is top of the Updates list. Been great fun playing online although a couple of glitches - patch is in the pipeline. I'm amazed that a team of 8 developers can produce a game that's this detailed (cars are amazing) and still run at 60hz. Well done Team.

This game is by far the best indie racing adventure type game I've played. they included two of the most awesome imports like the Toyota AE-86 and the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34. Table Top Racer definitely lives up to the name and has pretty cool soundtracks and map modes!

The game modes are really cool, you have a time trial mode to beat certain lap times while collecting power ups such as nitrous to get the best time score as quickly as possible, you have a drift mode where you're able to equip the drift tires in the game to slide better than having to use the normal tires and try your best to score higher than the given score. there's a lot more game modes and countless hours of fun and a few challenges for players of all ages and skill levels.

Customization was something I didn't think would happen to this game but I was actually surprised.
you can change the design of your car and change the rims of your car. I do hope the customization selections starts to grow (which will happen in the future) but in all honesty it's pretty darn good game. not to mention when you change the rims of your car you have different effects in the game. some rims will help you jump higher, drift better, take out your opponent and even GAIN YOU MOAR MONEY!

I can go on and on with this great game, I hope to see more import cars in this game as well, I'll definitely recommend this game to my friends!

As a fan of MicroMachines back on the Mega Drive, I've been wanting a fun, satisfying and similar style of game on consoles ever since. I first played the Android version a few years back and enjoyed it, but I'm not a fan of mobile gaming or touch controls, and wished on a console version..

Fast forward to now and we have a new version built from the ground up on PlayStation 4,

Fast forward to now and we have a new version built from the ground up on PlayStation 4, amazingly as a free PS Plus game which i wasn't expecting :o But i would have bought it regardless, and i hope Playrise Digital (made up from ex WipEout legends for those that don't know) get the support they deserve via DLC packs.

The game isn't too hard, which as I'm getting older i dont like too much of a challenge :D But it eases you in very gently, which did feel a little underwhelming at first. But once you get going and onto the larger grid count the racing (especially the combat ones) really shines for me (adds MicroMachines style sound effects for extra lols).

The track locations are well thought of and designed, vibrant and colourful. With i believe 4 variations to each location and shortcuts and coins to collect. I'm often crashing in distraction because I'm looking out for shortcuts, or I've seen a big red Brembo (forget what they are called in this) brake caliper that i have on my real car.

The car designs are on some of our favourite real world production cars (cult classics, street and supercars) but with a cartoony appearance and look really good.

Handling is quite basic and simple, which is understandable so anyone can pick up and play and have FUN. But thats the beauty of these types of games delivering fun, not frustration at trying to shave two tenths here and there. I like my sims like Gran Turismo and DiRT Rally, but more often than not i like to have fun too.

I've not played multiplayer yet as i like to play through the single player first, but i imagine the game will be even more fun when i get online with others and friends & family. I've got my brother to download it and hope to play online with him as i still have fond memories playing 2 player with him on MicroMachines V2 back in the day.

I don't believe there is local multiplayer tho, which if so then that is a real missed opportunity as these types of games should be built around that in my opinion.

Overall i recommend this game, its a lot of fun with a nice bit of nostalgia, and its FREE!

So fun and so simple to play. Free for this month on PSN so be quick. Pretty sure more DLC to come.

Pros + Great tracks to choose from with little short cuts and special coins to collect + Fun cars to choose from. Cars are un licensed but you still know which car they're impersonating(Skyline, Veyron, Mini Cooper etc) + Hardly any loading times. + Multiplayer with friends 8 car

Enjoyable mini racer and great for 'free'. Great presentation and course design, everything runs very smoothly and fluidly. The tracks are very reminiscent of Micro Machines with lots of fun scenery and obstacles. Good array of vehicles and modifications available and the car names are amusing but recognisable as their real world manufacturers.

Fun online multiplayer which also works

Hopefully some more local multiplayer modes such as a single screen drop-out style races will be added later.

This game shows some real promise if DLC continues to be produced.

Well done to the team at Playrise. Time to take over the fallen crown of the Supersonic team!

Tabletop racing is super fun in both solo and multiplayer modes. I found starting out to be difficult simply due to me being used to playing other racing games like Need for Speed and The Crew; however, once I got used to the controls, it became easier to play. I think Table Top Racing is suitable for all ages of gamers and is great for getting away from the shooter games I typically plat. Expand

Fun little racer. Don't know why it's expected to be GT6. It's a beer and pretzels game that is well worth the price of admission (free on PS Plus currently, under $10 otherwise).

Up to try any genre of games and sometimes I find something new that I didn't think I'd like. I own a PC (built by me), Xbox One X, Xbox Series X, PS3, PS4, PS5, and a Switch. I prefer Playstation due to their focus on narrative games. For scoring, I’ll be using the Gameinformer review scale and of course influenced by my personal opinions.

    (8) Very Good. Innovated, but perhaps not in the right choice for everyone. This score indicates that there are many good things to be had, but arguable so.

The map design/racetrack layouts make Table Top stand out. These maps have interactable environments and have hidden secrets to find. It’s a fun arcade style racer with battle system like Mario Cart. The controls are better than the newest Mario Kart games since it has a more grounded feeling. I hate the need to drift to go fast component of the new Mario Kart games. This game has a lot of content compared to similar games of the same genre and a lot cheaper. It’s pretty addictive too.

For what could be an exciting arcade racer Table Top Racing: World Tour fails to make an impression. It's an acceptable racer but it does little to distinguish itself leaving it feeling standard and boring.

Table Top Racing combines the mini game that is Micro Machines with the battles in Mario Kart, but it forgets to also add the fun aspect of these titles.
