    It's a shame Metacritic is a ruin that's become totally unreliable with all the fake likes, EVERY TIME, it's going to become meaningless if they don't do something about it. Stranger in Paradise is one of the worth S-E game have ever played.     Game is good until you get to endgame. If you want access to the DLCs it forces you to play and farm at the hardest difficulty which is WAY overtuned. Completely unfair and unfun battles. I am a big fan of souls games and completed all of them up to at least NG+++, every one of them. I have no problems with punishing gameplay. But SoP is bad on tuning difficulty and forcing you to play atGame is good until you get to endgame.     For a fantasy game seems to lack luster on the lead character. HE lacks character and personality and has too much of a macho side of him which seems to make him less interesting in his purpose in what drives him and what makes the character attract to a fan or person that may look up to him.

    Some severe technical problems make it so that the last-gen version of Strangers of Paradise cannot really be recommended. Buy it if you have no other means of playing it and desperately want to do so, otherwise PC or PS5/Xbox Series should be your platform of choice.

    Strangers of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is a title that although it is not the best spin-off of the saga, it is a breath of fresh air, brazen and hooligan in the purest Jojos style that offers new mechanics quite good for the franchise, highlighting above all its combat. However, its technical section is exceptionally poor with technical limitations that border on the absurd and its bosses are as forgettable as the secondary characters.
