Feb 17, 2018SoTC is a good game, but the core gameplay is pretty shallow if you ask me. You beat the game once and there is basically no reason to play it again since there is only one tactic per a boss. Still, I would recommend it because it's a decent game and it's pretty cheap.

Mar 18, 2018Emperor's New Clothes. Wooden characters. Terrible controls for the the horse; your means of navigating a lifeless world, a barren expanse to flesh out the time between each boss fight. The camera is awful and can be nauseating on a large screen, especially when navigating large open spaces. Actually the whole thing is a bit depressing, maybe that's what makes this a Masterpiece for some?

Feb 9, 2018Game has a great feeling, music is amazing. This could be such a great hit but the camera work ruins otherwise perfect experience.

Feb 18, 2018Five Word Review: Climb and destroy giant colossi.
Favorite Thing: The colossi look fantastic. The bigger the better!
Least Favorite Thing: Controlling that tank-turning, slow starting and stopping horse can be frustrating.
Date Completed: 2018-02-18
Playtime: 5h
Enjoyment: 7/10
Recommendation: Yes. Just don't expect much of a story. -
Apr 12, 2018este juego no era necesario realmente , estando con anterioridad en el sistema de la pasada generación playstation 3

Apr 26, 2018I was super excited to play a classic well regarded game. Couldn't even make it past the 3rd boss out of frustration. The controls are god awful. There is this weird jump before the 3rd boss that is frustrating. Maybe I played too many modern game before this but I am glad we have progressed.
Pros:
- Graphics are great
Cons:
- Terrible controls
- The game/puzzles felt too obtuse -

Mar 20, 2018This game looks new but feels super old and out dated. If this game was $15 then it would be an 8 but since its $40 its a 5. Its ok but just too expensive for what they are offering. I would have given a penalty on the lack of any multiplayer automatically dropping it by 2 points if this title was $60. This is 2018 if games are $60 without MP there is a serious problem. Just saying -2 if no MP.

Apr 26, 2018This is a straight port of the old PS2 game, don't get fooled by the graphics, it's just a way to cash in on the same game again

Feb 18, 2018This game was trash then and its trash now. Bad controls, bad gameplay, and annoyingly long periods in between battles, lets not forget the garbage camera movements.

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Apr 24, 2018Perfectly polished and improved cult game – even with better controls! Killing giant monsters has never been so much (melancholic) fun. [Issue#283]

Apr 24, 2018A tribute to the Fumito Ueda will delight the veterans of the original game same as introduce this classic to the newcomers, who are not tuned on a nostalgic note. An ideal opportunity to improve your video game education and a wonderful experience in the same time. Some clumsy controls and occasionally stubborn camera can’t ruin the great experience.

CD-ActionApr 3, 2018It’s a good remaster, but frankly I find it unnecessary. Those who have already played the game on PS2 or PS3 will find nothing new here, and those who didn’t have the chance to get acquainted with it probably will not understand what we saw in Shadow of the Colossus 12 years ago, when gaming reality was completely different.
