    This game is incredible and mind-blowing to me, and clearly to many others too. The motion capture for the characters are vibrant, realistic and professionally done. The voice acting is amazing and engaging. the controls and overall gameplay are incredible and feel so smooth to play. The graphics are gorgeous, and some of the most impressive gaming has ever seen. Everybody feels and soundsThis game is incredible and mind-blowing to me, and clearly to many others too. The motion capture for the characters are vibrant, realistic and professionally done. The voice acting is amazing and engaging. the controls and overall gameplay are incredible and feel so smooth to play. The graphics are gorgeous, and some of the most impressive gaming has ever seen. Everybody feels and sounds real, as if I'm really interacting with the characters in the game. There are so many missions, side-quests, things to do, and places to explore in this vibrant world, and I couldn't ask for anything more. The hunting is in-depth, where you need different guns and different types of ammunition for nearly each species and breed of animal, you can skin the animals graphically, or keep the carcass. You can set up a campfire and cook the meat, then take the pelt to camp to craft, or to a butcher to sell. The fishing is relaxing and engaging, with great controls, and satisfying catches. You can use different baits and lures for different environments, and nearly every lake, swamp or river has a different breed of fish for you to try and conquer and cook. However, this game is not devoid of flaws. Firstly, the honour system. It's too sensitive to positive actions, and far too forgiving for negative ones. If you throw fish back into the water after catching them, you gain a tiny bit of honour. This can turn gaining honour too easy, and into a sort of grind. After you massacre a town, you can go fish a little and the game basically forgets you ever murdered those innocent people and hard-working lawmen. Secondly, bounty hunting. It's limited. There's only so many bounties you can hunt, and sure, they all serve their own cinematic, well-written storyline, but It would have been better in my own opinion if they added an unlimited array of bounties, for example, you walk into a sheriff's office, and find 2-4 bounties on the board. You can choose which ones you want to pursue, and they're all at different prices for different offenses. They could be travelling by wagon, by horse, hiding in a camp or base, or even on a train, leading to a great variety of approaches to each bounty. The same issue arises to a smaller degree with stagecoach holdups. There's a certain number of them, all with different pay-outs, but you will eventually run out of scores to pull off. Sure, they're available out in the wild, but it would be nicer if you could do harder missions with higher pay-outs as you please. Despite all these small nit-picks, this game is still an absolute wonder, and has so much replay ability that people are still starting new games, creating content and broadcasting the story mode avidly to this day, nearly 3 years after release. Well done to Rockstar Games for creating such a masterpiece of an experience. Outlaws for life.… Expand

    Проработка крови, ран, оружия, охоты! Всё есть, не позаботиться о мелочах за 7 лет разработки было-бы кащумством!

    Red Dead Redemption 2 is a masterpiece of a game. I have gladly spent 1000 plus hours playing it and it is astounding how much detail there is in this game, before I start I just want to say that it is absolutely criminal how this game only has an 8.5 user score, I would greatly recommend not listening to any one gave this game a low score as this game is in my opinion a 7 out of ten atRed Dead Redemption 2 is a masterpiece of a game.     To me its a fascinating masterpiece. RDR2 just soaks you into the world of Arthur and his gang. When playing the story, you just want to know what happens next.     inicio algo somnifero, pero todo lo que viene despues es increible, varias muertes me parecieron muy fugaces y malas, grandes personajes secundarios y protagonistas, el villano es genial y sin duda hace que lo odies, es espectacular eso, graficos espectaculares, la version de ps4 es bastante buena, cuando cantan cielito lindo, dios, es hermoso, de lo mejor de la generacion.

    The story for this game was absolutely amazing! But the online is kind of disappointing, still fun though. Red dead online can get grindy, but if this review was just for the story it would be a 10! Definitely recommend!

Each conversation, even in side missions, feels like straight out of from real life.     This game is amazing ! You never get bored and if your ever feeling like there’s too much action then you can take breaks exploring and fully finishing the game which feels so cool. 100% recommend favourite game of all time !

    Its a gem. If you didn't play it, play it. I've played a lot of games, but not one of it was like Red Dead Redemption 2. Every character has his own personality and every npc has his own charme. Its just freaking incredible.

    Best game of all time, this is definitely worth your money if you are looking for a amazing open world game has a really good story I have literally completed it 3 times and still not bored.The online sucks in this game just a waste of your time nobody cares about online literally rockstar left RDO but overall it’s the G.O.A.T.

    Considering this game is on PS4 it runs really well for it's graphical limits composed by the PS4, the scenery is beautiful and the game is decently realistic compared to Rockstar's other games such as GTA. The detail as mentioned before makes the game really good. The story of the game is really enjoyable and it's worth it's price tag giving you atleast 49 hours of gameplay if you finishConsidering this game is on PS4 it runs really well for it's graphical limits composed by the PS4, the scenery is beautiful and the game is decently realistic compared to Rockstar's other games such as GTA. The detail as mentioned before makes the game really good. The story of the game is really enjoyable and it's worth it's price tag giving you atleast 49 hours of gameplay if you finish the story. The game implements the feature of a horse pretty good as compared to games like Assassins Creed, the horse feature feels more realistic but there are still flaws with horses in this game which I'll explain later in this review. Although even though the game is really good, there are some really annoying aspects of it such as your main way to transport will be through a horse where you'll have to spam the x button across a very large map which is annoying and time consuming considering the horse you have has stamina. Red Dead Online is technically a different game kind of to me so I'll not be reducing my score because of my thoughts on Red Dead Online but Red Dead Online in my opinion feels stale and is not too enjoyable, and I've sunk in 10s of hours into Red Dead Online but it feels very tedious and is not as fun as GTA Online for me which really lets the game down as I believe the Singleplayer is so good and that they could've made the Online mode of it a really enjoyable experience but instead it feels very grindy and tedious. Like even though GTA is technically grindy and tedious, I feel more rewarded when I grind out a heist in GTA as I can buy way more and enjoy my gameplay experience better in it then I can in Red Dead Redemption as you can buy less items that are enjoyable in Red Dead Online but none the less it's still an alright experience if you have spare time on your hand to try it out. So all rounded up, I really enjoyed this game and it is one of my most favourite games of all time even though I was not intending on the purchase of this game but I'm glad I stumbled upon this game and I would recommend this game to everyone out there as it is a good game that doesn't need you to play the 1st part of it to understand this game as you'll get the grasp of the game really quick… Expand

    I have played Red Dead Redemption 2 over 1100 hours. It is impossible to emphasize the density of beauty and soul that resonates from this unique and detailed piece of art. Like many masterpieces it has flaws but compared to the sheer quality of it they are minuscule problems. I cannot talk enough about this game so all im going to say is. Try this experience.

Attention to detail that dwarfs anything Naughty Dog has done while being completely open world. A story that while the 1st epilogue kinda miss is the best R* has ever done. A open world that while no being the biggest,A technical masterpiece that makes nearly all open world games released in the last 3 years look bad. Sidequests that while mostly being short, are very numerous and more importantly, as good as the main story with few hiccups. However This game has flaws in Gameplay and mission design. Game is UNPLAYABLE with default controller settings. THANKFULLY changing it is very easy and there are many YouTube guides to help find the best ones. Even then, the gameplay is clunky compared to most 3rd person shooters of this age. The HDR is bullocks and should be disabled at all times. I personally do not like the motion blur and the fact that it's impossible to disable on console. It kinda sucks there's no new game plus option on this game. Besides the small complaints, this game is up there with witcher 3, botw, mass effect trilogy, as the best games of all time.… Expand

I cared about Arthur and the gang, and got sad when the story of the game eventually ended. Each member of the gang are unique and fun to interact with while staying at the camp or doing missions. A lot of people that I’ve heard playing this game thought that the games missions are pretty repetitive and gets boring after a while. Personally I didn’t have anything against it and liked how most of the missions were set up.

    So I have already mentioned it in this review, but red dead redemption 2 is an open world game, with a huge map to explore and have fun in. There are so many things to find in this world , but the most interesting to me are all the small Easter eggs and details that make the world feel alive, and like the creators really put everything they got into this game. A lot of these Easter eggs and details aren’t even things you’ll notice while playing the game. Like how there is a small chance that a small bird might sit on the back of a deer. An Easter egg that I found was that if you followed a bunch of signs around the city of saint Denis you will find a vampire, that you can kill and get a special dagger from. Which was a pretty cool and unique experience found in this massive game. Like I said earlier there are a lot of these Easter eggs in the game and I’ve heard about people finding giants, time travelers, killer robots, wolf men and more. Which I think makes red dead some of the most well put together games of the last generation of video games.

    Other things to do in this open landscape is hunting and fishing. Which were great ways to spend your time while on the way of a long journey. There are also legendary animals in this game which are really fun to hunt and track down since they are unique from the rest of the animals.

    Another topic the game gets praised for is the graphics, and I think red dead redemption 2 has some of the best and realistic graphics I’ve seen in a video game. It is easy to understand that this game took 8 years to make, considering how breathtaking the game looked and worked. A thing that I personally didn’t like that much about this game was the fact that the gameplay is suppose to be as realistic as possible. Which ended up making the game feel a bit overwhelming in the start, but is something you get used to while playing the game. Over all RDR2 is not perfect, but is really close to it. There is probably something I forgot to mention considering how big RDR2 is of a game. I think it is a game that everyone that has the opportunity should check out.    … Expand

    An absolute masterpiece. This is my favorite game I have ever played. Unmatched story and characters. Arthur Morgan is my favorite video game character ever and the ending makes me cry every single time. Gameplay can be wonky at points, but the depth of the world Rockstar built will remain unmatched in my mind. This is nearly a perfect game.

    Rdr2 gives you a slow and relaxing gamestyle. The game is trying to make you thankful for everything in this game. This is implemented by some psychological tricks in part 3 of the story. Rdr 2 is not a gta in western style. It's a game that will make you feel sad and let you regret your decisions made. Its a type 2 fun.

    The story , graphics , motion capture , animations and so much more are just perfect in this game.

    If you haven't bough it, what are you waiting for.

    It’s an huge, outstanding piece of art – worth the hard-earned cash as well as countless hours that are needed to get to know at least some of the attractions of Rockstar’s rendition of Wild West. For those who put story first – the biggest virtue of Red Dead Redemption 2 is that it sets the stage for RDR 1 and does it wonderfully. [13/2018, p.40]

    Amazing not only for Western lovers. No other game has probably offered so many options to express yourself in the open world, and at the same time did not have such an interesting, rough and moving story. A magnificent experience, with a slightly slower start. [Issue#291]
