    RDR 2 is story of a group of outlaws which are set in the era where almost every person on the earth wants an end to such people, the year is 1899, American states are revolutionising to a more civil society and the police and government agents are hell bent to capture and even kill these ‘un-civilised animals’.RDR2 is not a story about a hero emerging from nothing to top of the world,RDR 2 is story of a group of outlaws which are set in the era where almost every person on the earth wants an end to such people, the year is 1899, American states are revolutionising to a more civil society and the police and government agents are hell bent to capture and even kill these ‘un-civilised animals’.RDR2 is not a story about a hero emerging from nothing to top of the world, it's about a hero who is fighting for survival of him and his outlaw family whom he is not connected by blood but emotions alone, it's not about doing what is right or wrong but about walking on a thin grey line between black and white to survive in this world where Pinkertons agents from Washington are trying to capture you and other outlaw families trying to hurt your loved ones.

    RDR2 captures an essence, of what is rather used liberally now, ‘realism’ with almost every activity you do in-game has its own animation, with cinematography being just right and not over doing any cut scene and action scenes that just compliment the well written story of this masterpiece of a game. Call it carefully crafted sound design that makes you feel that you are in the world of RDR2 or visually astonishing graphics that make you stand in awe between the game to take screenshots, but there is something in this game that makes it one of the most immersive games made till date. The combat may not be the strongest part of this game but its good and versatile enough to make you cross your 40-60hr playtime, head shots in slow motion and basting shot guns towards enemies will keep you interested to the end of the game but it will be the story, graphics, and music that will carry you there with joy, main protagonist Arthur Morgan is lovable and almost relatable to many people as well. If we keep the technical standpoints aside, RDR2 is still probably the most perfect game made in this genre, but there is still more to it than what meets the eye. Writing about any game makes us feel like, “woah this part is cool but this could have been better so that this game could have been suggested to this genre fans” but writing about RDR2 just makes us think that this game could not have been more perfect, it’s a very long game for sure, and the pacing is something that doesn’t cater to everyone but regardless of your preferences Red Dead Redemption 2 is a must try to say the very least.    … Expand

It's one of those games which you can buy without even worrying because you really won't regret.     Exelentes gráficas, exelente historia y desarrollo de personajes, exelente mundo abierto, exelente como combate. Siento que solo le faltó un poco de jugabilidad y mejorar su online. Definitivamente de los mejores juegos de la historia.

    This game is extremely good. I was shocked how good it looked on my PS4, i was even more shocked how good it looked on my PC. This game is masterpiece in every way possible. I can't wait for GTA VI, because they proved with RDR2 what they can do.

From deserts of wild west, to swamps and snowy mountains, from abandoned villages to city, which is believed to be 8th wonder of the world. You just can't get bored in this world. Also the story is just breathtaking. It's more than breathtaking. This is one of very, very, very and very few games I've played that just puts me to story soo well, you don't control the main character, but you ARE the main character. I've build so strong emotional bond to Arthur, with excelent actor behind him. Every member of Dutch's gang is different in behaviour, humour, own character that develops either good or bad way. I'm pretty sure this is THE BEST GAME I'VE PLAYED SO FAR, and I don't expect that some game would be either as good, or EVEN BETTER.

    Really good game, the graphics are so good, the world has so much detail and life. The story Rockstar created is amazing, its one of that games that no one regrets to play. Cant wait to see what Rockstar will bring to us on next RDR!

    البيئات من أجمل ما رأيت في حياتي, لوحة فنية مرسومة بدقة متناهية أمتعتني كما لم يمتعني عالم لعبة من قبل, جرافيكس عظيم بمعنى الكلمة, و هنالك مازال لاعبون كثر لم ينهوا بل يريدون استكشاف عالمها الرائع.

    - القيمبلاي يمكن وصفه بأنه (روكستاري) أسلوب لعب لا نراه إلا بألعاب روكستار, كالتجول بالعالم بواسطة حصان أو الاستكشاف يمكن القول أنها جراند ثيفت أوتو و لكن بفترة الغرب الأمريكي
    نضام التصويب ممتع و واقعي يمكن الإحساس بثقل السلاح و وزن الطلقات, و هناك أنواع عدة من الأسحة جميعها ممتازة.

    -بداية القصة بطيئة و مملة لمن لا يهتم بالقصص, ولكنني أراها ممتازة قصصيا و لكن مملة قليلا من ناحية اللعب

    -الحصان و العربات هما وسيلة التنقل في العالم, الحصان ممتاز و كذلك العربة و لكنهم يتعرضون لأخطا تقنية كثيرا

    Holy cow. I don't know what to say. Best character development, best gameplay, best graphics. Only thing we can consider as a bad part is that some animations are too long because of the realism. That's not a big deal. You should play this game immediately. Trust me, you're gonna love it.

    Todas as mecânicas (que são muitas) vão sendo introduzidas nas missões principais, de forma cadenciada e natural, um bom tutorial a ser seguido.     A história é impecável, ótimo prequel para o primeiro RRD, contada com calma, envolvente, personagens extremamente carismáticos e circulares. usa muito bem subversão do bem e do mal, mostrando o lado pessoal dos foras da lei e da sua família. E também a perfídia das autoridades.
    No acampamento conhecer o lado mais íntimo dos personagens, viver o cotidiano de cada um traz uma imersão enorme ao player.
    A trilha sonora é maravilhosa mescla muito bem entre momentos tensos e calmos.

    Amazing Story, and the way they present it. With senseful character development, and really complex characters.

    Beautiful Music/Score
    70+ hours of story, which is really long and makes the money worth.
    Alive Open World, like everything is still there, even if you didnt exist. The dialogues, encounters, attention to detail, AI is top notch.
    A lot of mysteries and easter eggs, which people discuss and solve to this day.
    Decent hunting mechanics
    Realistic stuff like not carrying an arsenal in your back pocket, cleaning guns, eating, feeding horse, brushing. All this adds to immersion.
    Barely any bugs and glitches on base game. Newer updates introduces bugs and glitches, thats why I play on 1.00.
    A lot of different horses and guns to choose from

    Cons:
    Really slow paced, especially in the first few chapters, it picks up the pace in the later chapters.
    Barely to no mission freedom
    Sometimes, the animations can get tedious
    Clunky movement and Gunplay
    Really long horse rides, and fast ravel requires a lot of money to unlock.
    Takes a lot of Hard Dive Space, the PS4 barely handles the game, it heats really fast. PS4 Pro or PS5 fixes this problem.

    Overall, I love the game. The world is so beautiful. The game gets so thirlling in the second half. Everything sums up to the first game. Attention to detail. Attention to detail. Attention to detail. I don't like the fact that there is no mission freedom, like zero. If you are patient, and are ok with not very great gunplay, it's a must have. If you come fro GTA, Fortnite or Call of Duty, I do not recommend it, they will get bored because it's slow.    … Expand

The game really shines when it comes to story, characters and music. I really enjoyed following Arthur and the crew he was a part of. I did enjoy the gameplay, but it did have some rough areas - sometimes the controls feel a little to sluggish as if they were trying to make the body movement into a simulation and the gunplay is very guided which adds to the cinematic experience but takes a little away from feeling like you’re fully in the drivers seat. With all things considered, this game is a masterpiece. I played online for a little bit, it was definitely fun but it’s not something most people will get hooked into for a very long time.… Expand

    Loved the game, played many many times. So much stuff to do, probably still haven´t found all the secrets. While people say, that its boring to ride on a horse, i find the journey interesting, since there will almost certainly be some random encounter. The story is beautiful, the dialogue is great, graphics are the best I have seen in any game and the game-play Is decent enough. I Love it.

    Rockstar Games always doing art, not only game, and this is what games should be like. RDR2 is between real life and art. RDR2 can make you question the what is reality with these graphics, NPC's, phenomenal views and nature, harmony of music... (Some ''Gamers'' says gameplay is not good enough but we are not ''Gamers'', we are the Audience.)

    Red Dead Redemption 2's open-world is so beautiful with great attention to detail like the NPCs having detailed schedules sometimes in the camp people are arguing, having a drink by the fire while telling stories or sometimes dancing you can even find dutch playing some classic music in his tent, I can talk about the experiences I had with the open-world and I can't say anything negativeRed Dead Redemption 2's open-world is so beautiful with great attention to detail like the NPCs having detailed schedules sometimes in the camp people are arguing, having a drink by the fire while telling stories or sometimes dancing you can even find dutch playing some classic music in his tent, I can talk about the experiences I had with the open-world and I can't say anything negative about it, it's one of the best ones out there with super realistic sounds and graphics like how can this game run on this 7-year-old console. The story is superb just like the open-world the characters are so well written every character has an important role in the story and the story never starts to feel boring at least not until chapter 4 not gonna spoil too much but somehow you end up on an island and for one and half an hour you just mindlessly kill hordes of enemies with no strong goal and after you get off the island the game just introduces new characters instead of the story being about the characters you care about. I can't even one new character that has been introduced after chapter 4 but after the red dead redemption mission the story gets much better I probably would've stopped playing it because the story was the thing that pushed me to do missions but as I said after story gets bad the gameplay should carry that part of the game but the combat system like the story is superb but after halfway, through the game, it just gets boring with ancient aim system and a cover system that's worse than the first game that came out seven years ago at the start these are just minor issues but as the game goes on these minor issues starts to turn into negatives. There's a lot of stuff I didn't talk about because there is so much like gambling, hunting, having a bounty on your head and bounty hunters coming to get your head randomly, you need to feed Arthur and bathe him, an honour system where if you do something good you get honour but if you do a bad thing you lose honour and based on your honour you can get discount at stores or just people hating you, you needing to take care of the camp by donating food or money or robbing a train when it's out in the open whenever you want like there's still so many stuff I can talk about but I will leave it to you to discover the details on your own I definitely recommend this game but if you're just starting to play games this might be too much for you.… Expand

    This is a must play game. The graphics are fascinating, the story is the second best story i have seen. (Best one i saw is GTA5) The online is great, there are a lot of missions. Both the story and online let you make some good choices.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. When I first played Red Dead Redemption 2 I couldn't have been more excited. The first game is easily one of my favorites of the PS3 gen and for the most part I wasn't disappointed. I'll get what I don't like out of the way first - the gameplay movement can be annoying as the realistic physics that the characters have to work with can make them hard to move around in a comfortable way. The shooting mechanics could have been better for 2018, however I can say that you do get used to it. For problems with the story, the only thing I didn't like was Chapter 5, it's out of left field and didn't feel like it needed to be there. Now for the positives! The main reason I love this game as much as I do is the story, there are very few games that I can feel truly invested in. The characters, not just the lead, but most of the side characters are very well written and believable. Arthur Morgan is easily Rockstar's greatest character, from his growth as a character to the very end of his story. Arthur truly has an internal conflict that I believed and understand on a human level going from a less caring gang member to a person that will give up everything to give the people that deserve it a second chance. Throwing a curve ball of illness in to the story gave him a real reason to change along with Dutch, the gang leader, going down a bad path that Arthur doesn't agree with. Even though Dutch is the person that Arthur trusted with all his heart and having to choose to go against his judgment makes Arthur feel very human. On top of that you have a great cast portraying side characters from John Marston, the protagonist of the first game, being unrecognizable and show how Arthur helped him become a man. Along with all the new characters like Charles, Hosea, Bill, Javier, Lenny, and yes even Micah, they all have well rounded personalities, problems, and motivations. From the start to finish RDR2 I was invested and excited to see where the story went. The game has problems but I can forgive them to have such a moving a relatable story in a game. If there is a Red Dead 3 I'll be there with open arms. The only reason it's not a 10 is the problems I have with it. In addition, the only microtransactions in game are for the multiplayer which I don't play or even care for.… Expand

I don't remember I cried because of a film, book or a game but that game made me cry what a perfect story. Graphics are just perfect.     Immaculate attention to detail. Amazing story and acting. Stunning graphics.

    I did not seek difficulty, a non-bulky control scheme, or a fast pace in RDR2. Although a better aim system would have been great, it was not a turn-off for me.

The game puts you in the shoes of a disillusioned outlaw but with a heart of gold who will be very easy to fall in love with.
    The game is a gigantic open world, realism is perpetrated in every aspect of the gameplay, from the incredible ragdoll, to the responsiveness of Arthur.

    The attention to detail unfolds throughout the 60 hours of play. The graphics sector is incredible considering the amount of details on the screen, and considering the low framerate drops even on basic Ps4.

    The animations of the protagonist and the other characters are fantastic and well done, perfectly in line with what players would expect from a Rockstar videogames!

    The missions are interesting and always well thought out and developed. the thing that makes you identify are the random encounters, countless and scattered throughout the game map. The secondary missions know how to keep you company almost as much as the main ones, and everything is linked by a glue of realism and historical verisimilitude without equal.

    Summing up, it can be said that this game has a narrative and videogame depth unrivaled in today's panorama.    … Expand

    Great game! I only have a few minor gripes about it overall. My biggest complaint is the very slow pace of the game and how it is intentionally made slower than it needs to be. I love the world and the characters and the story is good and interesting but way too drawn out. There is tons to do and I've never touched the online side

    Ich habe das Spiel leider erst Mitte 2019 beendet, weil mir nach 4 Kapiteln etwas langweilig war, die Missionen bis dahin waren sehr gut inszeniert, das Gameplay war gut gepased und auch die Figuren waren super geschrieben, aber es hat sich einfach angefühlt, als würde man immer wieder das gleiche machen, man macht einen Coup, bei dem man viel Geld bekommt, wird von Pinkerton erwischt undIch habe das Spiel leider erst Mitte 2019 beendet, weil mir nach 4 Kapiteln etwas langweilig war, die Missionen bis dahin waren sehr gut inszeniert, das Gameplay war gut gepased und auch die Figuren waren super geschrieben, aber es hat sich einfach angefühlt, als würde man immer wieder das gleiche machen, man macht einen Coup, bei dem man viel Geld bekommt, wird von Pinkerton erwischt und muss kn eine andere Stadt fliehen, und das eben 4 Kapitel lang, trotzdem habe ich mich extrem geärgert, das ich dieses Spiel erst so spät durchgespielt habe, denn mit Kapitel 4 wird das Spiel extrem stark, die Missionen sind noch besser inszeniert, spätestens zu diesem Zeitpunkt hat man sich einfach in die Charaktere verliebt und auch die Story wird immer besser.
    Red Dead Redemption 2 ist einfach ein muss für jeden Gamer auf dieser Welt, ganz einfach, man muss dieses Spiel einfach gespielt haben, da kann es keine 2 Meinungen geben, wirklich eines der besten Spiele die ich jemals gespielt habe.

    Lot of fun. Felt purposely elongated in some places though. For example, epilogue on average takes 7 hours to complete. Story is interesting. Great voice acting and everything.

    It’s an huge, outstanding piece of art – worth the hard-earned cash as well as countless hours that are needed to get to know at least some of the attractions of Rockstar’s rendition of Wild West. For those who put story first – the biggest virtue of Red Dead Redemption 2 is that it sets the stage for RDR 1 and does it wonderfully. [13/2018, p.40]
