May 11, 2016Pastagames has made a great job rejuvenating an old classic game. Pang Adventures looks good, plays well and will definitely appeal to arcade lovers, especially with its coop mode.
-
Apr 29, 2016In keeping with the spirit of the nearly three decade old original, Pang Adventures entertains with its easy to grasp, difficult to master shooter sensibilities. While the broad repetition of mechanics and lack of online play and truly new content will surely grate, Pang Adventure remains decent fodder for a quick session whenever you have the odd few minutes to spare for its classic arcade beats.
-
Apr 24, 2016If you enjoy a challenge and some classic old-school arcade action, you can’t go wrong with Pang Adventures. Just watch out for the bouts of imminent Rage Quit.
-
Apr 20, 2016It's certainly worth a look if you have an old-school itch that needs scratching, and fans of the original game will be pleased with just how faithful Pastagames has been to that decades-old formula.
-
Apr 19, 2016Not only does Pang Adventures refresh the decades-old formula. It also incorporates a huge array of new items and ball types, attracting veterans and newcomers alike. The level design enhances the new gameplay ideas, but the graphics and sound leave much to be desired, in a world with visually impressive 2D games.
-
Apr 20, 2016Pang Adventures feels good at the beginning, but once the nostalgia is gone, the game falls short on content.
-
May 11, 2016Similar to the classic arcade, but worse due the changes and modifications included, that doesn't hit the balloon correctly.
-
Apr 22, 2016Pang Adventures is an expensive title on PS4. It's preferable to buy it on mobile devices. The classic gameplay returns. You will miss more content. The final bosses or the new weapons can be good ideas, but the overall result is poor. You can see that it's not too budgeted.

Apr 19, 2016This game is fun, yes, for a while in single mode. It can be enjoyed for longer in co-op, but I still would not say it would have your attention for a long time. I feel like after maybe 10 times playing it with someone, it becomes forgettable and you would delete it to make space in your library. For a retro gamer, it is nice to put this game on and think back to playing it at the arcade, but otherwise, this game is essentially here for a good time, not a long time.
-
Apr 22, 2016When played with a friend, some of its issues become easier to overlook, but the fact still remains that those hoping for a triumphant return will be left disappointed by this rather one-dimensional arcade rehash.
