    This game used to be a lot of fun. The tank meta of course ruined the game and pushed everyone off. It was good while it lasted.

    Wenn man das Spiel alleine ohne Freunde spielt, wird es sehr schnell sehr langweilig und monoton. Mir fehlt auch der Grund, dieses Spiel auf längere Zeit zu spielen.

    Addicting at first, feels like a chore after 200 hours. As the first person shooters go this game is easily in my top 3. As of today there are 20+ heroes to choose from. Each of them are divided into three classes: Tank, Dps and Support. Each character plays differently, but most share similar play styles. Tanks are a wall, that pushes the team forwards. They are heavy to move aroundAddicting at first, feels like a chore after 200 hours. As the first person shooters go this game is easily in my top 3. As of today there are 20+ heroes to choose from. Each of them are divided into three classes: Tank, Dps and Support. Each character plays differently, but most share similar play styles. Tanks are a wall, that pushes the team forwards. They are heavy to move around with, but do a great deal of damage. DPS is arguebly the most popular class. Most of the time these heroes like to go solo, lead the team or just like to showoff. Often times this class gets picked the most (talking from experience), so don't be suprised if you end up filling in as either a tank or support class. Then finally there's the Support class. It is the easiest class to play. All you have to do is keep your teammates alive. Sure the weapons aren't that effective, but as a support main player myself it's thanks to our boosts and heals, you're still alive!
    There are four game modes: Quick play, Competitive, Arcade, Custom mode. In Quick play is great mode hop in if you're into casual fun. If you like a little variety there's an Arcade mode for that. If you really want to challenge yourself and hit the scoreboards, (become a pro player maybe?), that's what Competitive mode is for. Lastly there's the custom mode, where you get to try out levels created by other players.

    Most addicting portion of the game comes from the cosmetic items and levels you gain after every match. Most skins are creative while the rest are mostly recolors of regular skins. Only lacking parts are the story and patch updates. I'd love to know more about the characters and their world, but Blizzard barely fill those gaps in. Sure there are animated shorts and comics, but no campaign or single player stories to play? Then there's the ineffective patches of the game. Blizzard seems to make unnecessary patches, that effect the game. For example some of the heroes weapons don't always work as they should. Like shooting sometimes one bullet at a time or incapability to heal others. And no matter how many times you reinstall or reset the internet router, the faults still remain.

    Sequel so far looks like the first installment with accessories. From what I've seen from the beta gameplay it plays exactly the same as the first installment. I don't care if the game is free, the issues still remain. Maybe the sequel might have actual story campaigns, but I still feel like there should have been something in the first game other than easter eggs. But even with all that said, I still love Overwatch. And when the game works it's a lot fun. (No but seriously Blizzard get your **** together.)    … Expand

    This game ruined gaming as a whole, by incentivizing corporations to add loot boxes to their games too, to make those billions of addicts who cannot say no. so now every blizzard game is just another overwatch, a loot box shop, with a diablo, warcraft, or starcraft shaped ui.

    I hate this game, and despise what it caused to happen.

    As far as the regular modes go, this game is hella fun. However, when you play ranked... This game is unplayable for me because of the toxic fanbase. I know it's probably not a fair reason to judge the game but I just really an't enjoy the game because of toxic people are in the game. People take this game way too seriously and it's extremely sad.

    While this game does have its flaws it is a really fun game to play with friends, the PVE modes are quite soulless however and I'm not a big fan of loot boxes however the monetization methods are purely cosmetic.

    By far one of the most fun times I've ever had with a hero shooter, its less arcade-y and more competitive unlike titles like Team Fortress Two but that does not take away the fun I've had with this game.

    The worst aspects of Overwatch is what it lacks. There is no proper progression system where you are properly rewarded for playing the game - instead you play several matches at a time to level up and receive a lootbox, which may or may not reward you with anything that feels rewarding (most of the time it does not). Even with its competitive scene rewarding unique currency, it is a grind to obtain and can only be used to unlock the same golden variation of each character's weapons.

    The best aspect of Overwatch is, or perhaps it is better to say *was* it's frequent content drops, which included new cosmetics, maps, characters and events that kept the game fresh and enjoyable at least for a limited time. However, now the game has been barren of any real content for years and this only further highlights the flaws with the game.    … Expand

    The game was practically abandoned, if you are in high ranks, it takes hours to find a match there's nothing to do in the game other than playing the same games with the same characters doing the same thing. The game was good at launch. And the simple price doesn't decrease even after many years

    Нормально, но быстро надоедает. Костюмы персонажей скучны и однообразны расскраска одного костюма 5 раз, сюжета нет - и не будет! Free to Play (зажмотили), денег не стоит. Русский язык присутствует - за это спасибо!

    The game was fun as long as you could play with people using the same system (finding a match was easy and quick). But the new crossplay update (June 2021) added a lot of balancing issues to the game and a broken matchmaking system. (Matchmaking no longer works once you deactivate the crossplay feature.) = Thanks for adding something I never cared about.

    Coming back to Overwatch now, I still have a lot of fun with the game, and am excited for the release of Overwatch 2. The game looks amazing, and it does the 6v6 mode very well. It's even more fun when played with friends and is relatively beginner-friendly.

I love the cast it is the best part of the game,and the controls are rock solid, but even with all the things that has been added to the game it still feels lacking of content.     Great objective based squad FPS. Great characters all being unique and memorable. After you try all of them out you'll easily find one to match your play style. One of the best in the genre and highly recommended.

    I don't really get it's huge hype. It may be enjoyable for multiplayer fans, but it's not innovative and special at all. Just the next multiplayer FPS that doesn't offer much. I'm not a fan of it's visuals as well. I wish it had a singleplayer campaign that could higher the rating.

The rating system gives individual ratings based on the teams result. If you dont have a team that all work together, you will lose. Period. And when you lose, you lose 50 rating points.     The game is great if you have five, high-level players to group up with, and its awful if you dont. Not sure why i care to learn 35 different heros and their abilities while being permanently stuck with the under 500 rated players. I easily earned 2300 rating in the placement matches, then most games after are a loss from there. I tried this twice and it happened twice. Huge loss in rating for a match loss, not so much gain at a win. The more you expect teamwork, the more they will passive aggressively not help you. Popularity contest rules apply to whether or not a player will help you. It helps if you are LGBT it seems. Strange to have sexual orientation based prejudices

    The quickplay is fun 1 in 3, or maybe 1 in 4 games, but the teamwork and discipline is even less in quickplay.

    I believe games with ratings should only reflect individual performance. Maybe future versions can fix this issue but i doubt it.    … Expand

    I'm usually a guy that just sticks with singleplayer games, but this games surprisingly kept me replaying matches over and over thanks to it's colorful cast of fun and interesting characters with unique skills. Though it could use a bit more content, it's still a lot of fun to play.

    I have played thousands of hours and still keep coming back. Sure the match can be frustrating but it is the kind of game that I really enjoy playing. So many free updates, new heroes, events and regular challenges kept it fresh whenever I started to get burned out. Will be playing this for years to come. The strength of the game is the cast of characters.

    This game is nothing short of terrible. From a terrible dev team, to a painfully sad community, this game brings hours of pain. Think of the worst thing ever (apart from Overwatch) and then multiply it by Ebola. You get Overwatch. Avoid this game at all costs.

    A continuously changing FPS, every match would be a new experience, graphics are amazing, controls are very responsive and you could spend thousands (literally) hours playing and still loving you.

    Existem sim pontos que poderiam melhorar e o que preciso mencionar é a falta de um modo história, ficando limitado aos eventos (em especial o sensacional Arquivos).    Um dos melhores jogos multiplayer que tive o prazer de jogar. O nível de competitividade e trabalho em grupo nesse jogo é singular.     Overwatch is a great team shooter. If you like team fortress you'll love Overwatch. It translates the moba style to FPS. While I think Blizzard should of embraced a campaign the gameplay of the multiplayer is very additctive and really fun solo or with friends. Grinding can be tedious as leveling up gets really slow around level 40.

    I bought it in 2016 and I'm still playing it 4 years later. They give new characters and key content for free. The animations and the design of the characters are top notch. In my opinion, the online connection is nearly flawless. They have a type of character for every preference. The only microtransactions are optional cosmetics that you can choose not to get if you don't want to. They organize cool seasonal events in which you get cosmetics, should you choose to participate. Every player has the same chances to win at all times. My only two gripes are that you usually get matched with players with a much lower ability than you and you often end up losing simply because one or two people didn't contribute to the team the way they should. Also, if a player leaves a competitive game in the middle of the match, you might be forced to play until the very end of an already lost game, even if there are many rounds left.… Expand

    Overwatch is a fun and unique experience. With heroes with different abilities, its hard to master all classes. At release, Overwatch was a small game. With only 3 game modes and a handful of maps to keep it going. No campaign. But over the years, Overwatch has grown with new heroes, new maps, new ideas. A fun, competetive multiplayer experience.

    Dead Game. EU servers full of leavers from MiddleEast, long waiting queues for DPS, overpowered heroes, not balanced heroes. Enraging game. Do yourself a favor and don't buy it or play it just watch Noobhunter on Youtube for the fun clips and watch Overwatch league. But that's it. Let it die in peace.

    Overwatch is one of the few fps that stand out during the past years. An online futuristic multiplayer team based game which contains both fps adrenaline and coordinated gameplay. It's really an enjoyable and engaging experience, both in defence and attack. Every hero feels unique, the maps are well-designed and, in addition to the classic game modes, the arcade game modes are fun andOverwatch is one of the few fps that stand out during the past years. An online futuristic multiplayer team based game which contains both fps adrenaline and coordinated gameplay. It's really an enjoyable and engaging experience, both in defence and attack. Every hero feels unique, the maps are well-designed and, in addition to the classic game modes, the arcade game modes are fun and original.
    So, why this game isn't a 10? Well, for two particular points:
    1) The game is living a real "content drought", adding very few new things every two or so months, especially since Role Que was added (but also before this period, which was august 2019); this because Blizzard has announced Overwatch 2 and almost every new type of content will be left for that game, leaving Overwatch with its stale yearly events routine. The only things that are really new are the few skins that are added during the aforementioned events.
    2) The multiplayer core experience is based on teamwork and coordination, especially in competitive, where people are supposed to communicate; however, this doesn't happen very often, particularly on console. And when you cannot coordinate your team, you are most likely going to lose and get frustrated. Yes, frustrated, because you clearly know what you have to do in order to win, but you can't because your teammates are not performing properly their role, leaving the whole squad in the tide. Infact, always play with some friends, not only because it is more fun, but also because if you are going for solo que, you are left to the fate of your teammates (for real), resulting in a much more difficult and, again, frustrating experience in order to climb into new ranks.

    In conclusion: Overwatch is a really good game, one of the best fps games ever made, but play it with some friends, otherwise it will be an exhausting experience, most of the times (especially in competitive).    … Expand

    I find overwatch a really good game and i think you should get it in 2020.The only thing i don’t like about the game are some heroes (doomfist,moira,pharah and sombra) but at the same time it’s hard to like all 31 heroes.So buy it if you like class based shooters and if you’re looking for a new game.

    Every time I play with this game I have so much fun. I think it's a pretty good online multiplayer game. I used to play it more, but this game still manages to keep up. The characters are great (at least most of them) and pretty much everything works fine. One reason I give it a 9 is because not all of the characters are balanced e.g. Bastion is waay too strong, and another reason is thatEvery time I play with this game I have so much fun. There is a bunch of characters to chose from your heavys healers and attackers, with a verity of maps all unique and brings something new. The progression system is not the best but it works I don’t think loot boxes was the best idea. They turned what was a amazing game and the best FPS game on the market into a steaming cash grab with severely declining Export viewership, this is important because they sold out the games quality and their fanbase's experience for the overwatch league, role queue, hero pool, the reworking which is in truth the deletion and demolition of despised hero's that the Devs have a bias against or to entertain the bias of the community, have been demolished to the point where many hero's kits literally don't make sense gameplay wise, the games now a complete Trainwreck that isn't worth buying.

    3 years since launch and the game has had nothing but endless rebalancing, and I'm pretty sure they'll never get the balance right at this point.
    The only good thing that came from this garbage is the porn/fan art. Playing it gives you little to no rewards, and Ranking gameplay is ridiculously broken. It will pair you with people with less rank than yours    Don't buy this in 2019.

    The game is really scimpy on ps4, pc version is way way better. After 40 hours of gameplay you will realize that Overwatch is Hollow. IT'S JUST EMPTY and no one wants to fullfit it(yes, Blizzard, talking about you)

    The matches are intense and it can be very addictive. The graphics, music and sound effects create a great feel for this new world created by blizzard and some of the random interactions between players give the impression of history between the characters. Speaking of which, the characters are also very well balanced.

    This game is most fun when played with friends but playing with random players can be fun too. Teams require balancing roles such as one healer and one tank, if you're a team player you can fill one of these roles yourself. Players who have a tendency to stick to one favourite character will not shine here. Overwatch is all about changing characters and adapting to the situation.

    When I first read about Overwatch it was not in my wishlist. The animated shorts raised my curiosity but the beta access was when I had made up my mind that this is a game I absolutely must have. This game is fun, intense with a good sense of humour.

    There is no microtransaction necessary for this game. There is nothing pay-to-win and only cosmetic things can be bought with real money. But fear not, you can also unlock them by playing the game.

    This game simply has no notable flaws and thus I give it a 10/10.    … Expand

    I play this game almost every day. It's super fun (when you have a good team comp), but I wish they would add more game modes. Making Total Mayhem a mode that is available to play all of the time would be awesome. What would be even more awesome would be to add other game modes into competitive play. Overall, it's a super fun game!

    I really love this game, it's another one I play with my brother who got his when he saw how much fun I was having with mines.

    I love playing all the characters though I mainly stick with Sombra, Mercy, D.va, Reaper, Ashe, Hanzo and Ana. I'm not all that great with the others but I play the ones I listed decently enough.

The in game lore and interesting characters are amazing even though the game is very lacking in any single player or co-op content. However the game-play of the main multiplayer is the real standout. The game feels great and the controls are very responsive. The heroes are unique and have there own role to play on the battlefield and none feel quite alike. The maps are plentiful and diverse, objectives offer intense game-play and will have you very invested in your game. Their are a few heroes who feel way to powerful and their are many strategies that will frustrate you but that is to be expected with a multi-player game. My main concern is how slow the progression is. Climbing the competitive ladder feels to slow with very little meaningful rewards. Loot boxes offer some unique mechanics but also a whole pool of poorly designed ones, but also offer something too look forward too when leveling up. Overall a truly great multiplayer experience and one of the best in years for that matter, and a great business model offering unique content every few months despite it lacking in offering single player content.     Biggest waste of money. i've never regretted buying something more than i do right now. i have yet to have any fun in this game at all. More disappointing than my late son, may he and this game burn in hell for eternity.
