One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 is a remarkably fun entry in the franchise and easily the best One Piece game on any system. It has some flaws, many of which are common to the Warriors franchise, but it's just fun to play.

While not everyone's cup of tea, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 is a solid entry into the franchise that fans won't want to miss.

Probably the best One Piece game so far, it has all of Eiichiro Oda's work. It keeps the visual style of its predecessors and improves gameplay mechanics.

A sprawling beat ‘em up with great replayability and loads of content for both fans and newcomers. Don’t let the messy camera put you off.

This is the best One Piece game to date. If you like action games and One Piece, it's a must-have.

Pirate Warriors 3 is simply the best One Piece game out there. It captures the look and feel of the show perfectly, it is more than welcoming to newcomers and it defies the stereotype of Dynasty Warriors = button-mashing.

After two games that suffered from many aspects, Omega Force finally achieved its most successful attempt in making a Musou game that truly captures the essence of One Piece. Even though it has some flaws that avert the title from becoming the best One Piece experiences to date, its content and gameplay make this one of the most enjoyable titles of the series and one that fans should try at least one. Fan-service in all the extension of the word.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 is a great debut on PlayStation 4. The proposed contents are indeed many and Omega Force has matured as much as possible in the musou genre with a very spectacular result that does justice to the spirit of the manga. Technically is not so impressive and the action is somewhat repetitive, but the system Kizuna Rush works and is a real pleasure to see our heroes join forces, while the exaggerated number of characters and events that recover the series from the beginning is a true feast for the hardcore fans.

If you’re a fan of One Piece, then this is the very definition of a no-brainer, but even if you’re not, even if you’re a fan of anime/manga with little more than a passing knowledge of One Piece, this game will do more than most to convince your of the series’ unique charms.

Between the various modes, the online options, the huge cast of unlockable and upgradeable characters, you will not lack for things to do.

Pirate Warriors 3 is the best chapter in the One Piece series, technically more than decent and with a huge roster of characters, bound to keep you busy (and happy) for a while.

This third Pirate Warriors iteration offers the same action packed hack´n slash experience with neat new features, like the superb mode Legend Log. A dream come true for fans of the franchise.

Simply put, Luffy and his crew's latest adventure is a joy to play.

As a fan, you can't miss this chronological start to the One Piece franchise. Newcomers, however, might find Pirate Warriors 3 confusing and at times a bit too repetitive.

Tons of playable characters, the whole plot of Eichiiro Oda's work and a lot of action: One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 seems a fantastic game for every fan of One Piece, and just them. Everyone else could be held back by its repetitive mechanics and missions.

It's a very good musou, filled with content and personalization. If you love the saga, you should really consider this one.

Despite its Frankenstein-esque shortcomings, Pirate Warriors 3 is a beautiful game, and still a lot of fun to play locally.
