    One of the best fighting games I've ever played. From story to production value to voice overs to character development. This game is just mind blowing. The fact that each character has 3 fighting variation gives this game so much re-playability. Now add online LIVE towers and around 5-6 hour story mode and you have gotten yourself a complete game.     This is a textbook example of a 9, or 10, rated game. Anyone rating it less doesn't know what they are talking about or has an agenda. The level of quality of the product is absolutely top notch, and the package is fully featured with almost everything you could want. Criticism of the game seem to feature nitpicks that the reviewers blow out of proportion and then assign heavy review-scoreThis is a textbook example of a 9, or 10, rated game. For instance, I frequently see people saying that the story doesn't make sense. That'd dumb. of course it does. It's not even complicated. It just features a lot of characters that the game doesn't introduce. It assumes you to already be familiar with all the characters. Is that a reasonable assumption for the 10th game in a series to do? You be the judge, but that's a nitpick.

    Fantastic graphics, fantastic gameplay, fantastic package. I will be playing MKX for weeks and I don't even play online. Great game, well worth the purchase.    … Expand

    This is my 2015 GOTY. I've been a fan of this series since MK1 was still in the arcades and have owned every iteration - including the terrible PS2 saga - and couldn't be happier with this game. I can play for hours or just a few minutes depending on how busy I am - which is important as I get older.

    I love the story mode. MK still has the best story and characters in the genre.    This is my 2015 GOTY.     I love the story mode. MK still has the best story and characters in the genre. It's interesting to see the characters age and evolve.

    The controls are tight and this is one of the few fighting games where I am having a hard time finding a main because I like too many characters. I love playing as Mileena, Kitana, Sub-Zero, Scorpion, and even Kano who is a character I never enjoyed in any MK game. The variations keep things fresh and add more decision making.

    I can't wait for Kombat Pack 2 - hoping for Sindel and Rain to be added. Especially Rain - missed opportunity with such a great character costume design.    … Expand

The smooth controls, fluid gameplay and better XRAY and FATALITY moves, make for one of the best games of the year yet. I delved into the beautifulMortal Kombat has come a long way.     After playing a few hours i must say that this game lived up its hype. Great game, smooth and full of action. Love it! Can't write a longer review as i must go back into the fight!

    Best mortal kombat game yet, this game is just friggin awesome to play hours hours after hours because the game does not end of the Living Towers , Hourly daily weekly what else do i want, cant wait for the DLC characters to come.

    Mortal Kombat X is without a doubt my favorite fighting game to date. There are plenty of different characters to choose from, each with 3 variations. This is by far its greatest feature since even if you have a favorite character, there is more than one way to play them! Lastly I would like to comment on the visuals. This game looks amazing! It might be the best looking game I currently own. I would recommend this to anyone who is a fan of fighting games. Even if these kinds of games look boring to you, I hope you can find some way to even just try it. I have a feeling Mortal Kombat X could change your mind.… Expand

    don't listen to weird people or read their weird review who gave this game very low score.. this game is amazing, amazing graphic, great gameplay, very good story mode, living tower is fun to play. i recommend this game for MK fans to buy

    Fantastic set of characters.
    TONS of content.
    Beautifull graphics.
    If You like fluid, fun, brutal fighting games - go for MKX.

    The best Mortal Kombat Experience. For me, this is the best fighting franchise of all time. This game is amazing, just like 9. Love the X-rays and Fatalaties.

Fan favorite iconic characters and newcomers all play differently thanks to the variation system in place, allowing for many different types of playstyles. Fatalities are vicious and more detailed than ever, whereas brutalities are brilliantly incorporated into gameplay for seamless combo enders. Having a variety of modes such as towers, story mode, test your might and the content filled Krypt to name a few, MKX is jam packed full of things to do and unlock. The gameplay is casual player friendly, but complex enough for hardcore players to dig into and master. Mortal Kombat is one of the few series that is fueled by dev and fan passion alike, and MKX is worth every penny.     Great game, plenty of characters to choose from, and the b variations gives a lot of diferent ways to fight. The story mode is awesome, and the new fighters are really nice. The injustice feel is a good thing and the level interations are good oportunity to finish of combos and such. Great game.

    I believe that Mortal Kombat 10 is the best fighting game ever right now and it is the best mortal kombat game ever. The Fighting is amazing and smooth. The story is very different then any other mortal kombat game in the past. I love all the characters and I love the different fighting styles that you can pick from in each characters.     I haven't played the game but I've seen enough to say the game is great.Don't listen to the haters.Most of them hate on games because there crappy connection that is probably caused by someone watching YouTube in the house.Anyway NetherRealm did an excellent job on this game and it will take hours of playing to finally get bored and do something productive.

If you are looking for a party game like play with your friends and verse them and verse other random players on online and you also like fighting games, this game should be just for you.     Eu não sei dizer direito o que estou sentindo, mas garanto que é algo bom, MKX é um jogo que passou de todas minhas expectativas, uma história boa, uma jogabilidade ótima, a crueldade continua de forma mais inteligente e interessante. Melhor jogo de luta de 2015 e ninguém á de tirar esse lugar!

    Great game and worth the money, awesome fatalities and its great to play this on next gen. I enjoyed it a lot and it was crazy. Awesome x-ray vision and see the iconic characters again. (My Opinion)

    A big MK fan from the first one, I was waiting patiently for this game after the amazing previous entry on PS3. Rest assured this is THE Mortal Kombat we have all been waiting for. NetherRealm Studios have once again proved to be an expert, creating a spectacular game with attention to every small detail. Graphics are truly next-gen, like watching a movie. Fatalities are more gruesome thanA big MK fan from the first one, I was waiting patiently for this game after the amazing previous entry on PS3.     Honestly the Best Fighting game on the market and easily the best Mortal Kombat since the original. The new characters make all the difference here and they really hit a homerun with over half of them. I personally enjoyed Erron Black the most, but there is allot to like here with the roster.

    I decided to write this review due to the unjustice comments and scores. Let me start by telling u that this game is an incredible upgrade of mk9 (but that in any case is a bad thing, this game is simply great). Best mortal kombat among them all, and yes I have played them all.
    Some peolple are scoring this game 3 or even 1 because of stupid arguments such as:

    The color palette being bland and dull. OK i can`t comprehend this one, if u want a bright colorfull game why dont u bay a willy wonka game and leave us with the mortal kombat we really want a bloody ruthless and breathtaking game.

    All in all this is an amazing game and reason enought to buy any console or pc just to be able to play it.

    The Game improved a lot from MK9. Graphics, style, fatalities, you name it. It´s easily one of the Top 3 fighting games in the last 10 years. Do yourself a favor and get this.

    Its Perfect! I cant ask for a better game... I love it.

    I look forward to many many hours of this amazing game! I think that if you enjoying fighting games. MKX is a must have!

    The violence is way over the top, so it can't be and shouldn't be taken seriously. Otherwise it's a very solid game with demanding fights.
