Surprisingly fun and addicting, not the deepest experience, but dose everything have to be. Its actually an interesting take on the Arpg formula relying more on randomised weapons, items and powers and adapting to them. Still has that all important ping of excitement whenever you get something good that other recent ARPGs are missing like Chaos Bane, but really is an innovative take onSurprisingly fun and addicting, not the deepest experience, but dose everything have to be. Of Course it will be punished for this originality by many, but it nice to see someone try something new. Expand

I just got Minecraft dungeons and its amazing for a couple of reasons i will explain later on. So first off its kinda addicting to say the least, you can spend hours grinding so you can get better weapons and loot, and collecting emeralds. Next if you have Ps Plus or xbox live you can play with friends and you can also just play with someone at home with an extra controller! The games straight foward so you wont have a hard time understanding what is going on or how do you do that. I also forgot to mention that its very fun to play with friends and by yourself!

So in total if you are bored and got $20.00 plus tax to spare, got get yourself this game and get gaming!

So, I've been waiting for a game like this since around 2012. Excited for a dungeon-crawler RPG with an engaging story and-, we didn't get that. We got a kind of shallow game without a good story, with rather bare-bones game-play (I found myself spamming electric-roll alongside light feather and didn't get a single-game over even through adventure mode.) and a **** ABYSMAL hub world (itSo, I've been waiting for a game like this since around 2012. We got a kind of shallow game without a good story, with rather bare-bones game-play (I found myself spamming electric-roll alongside light feather and didn't get a single-game over even through adventure mode.) and a **** ABYSMAL hub world (it was genuinely terrible and had nothing to do, there weren't even any damned NPCs.).

I really want to love this game, I really do. There are ingredients for a 12/10 game here, there just wasn't enough love put into it. It feels genuinely passionless.

Although I still find myself playing it... And I genuinely don't know why? I have no reason to keep grinding and playing this game like I have been. But I still keep doing it. Something about the cute and basic style of the game keeps me playing. I've beaten all difficulties on 2 characters now, and I'm starting my 3rd now.

With how badly I've spoken of this game, you'd be shocked as to why I'm rating it an 8, instead of a 6 per se. It's because of ease-of-entry into an otherwise unfriendly genre for new players. And how fun I could see this being for a younger child! The game-play is basic and simple enough for a kid to get into it easily (that being it's target demographic). And also a simple to follow story, one that I could see a kid really enjoying! I hope they do a follow-up with a longer campaign, and some more replay-ability in a mini-game of sorts! (Be it procedurally generated or whatnot, similar to a rouge-like)

This game has potential... It just falls flat on a few key things for me.

Than you for reading! Have a nice day.

Games a blast in co op, with a ton of replay value. The campaign is short but that is just the beginning. Co op is the best way to play this game. Lots of customization and upgrades. Also the game is only $20!

My expectations for this game were blown out of the water. If you have a friend or two to play this game with it is absolutely perfect to kill some time with. The loot is surprisingly fun to get, the levels can be quite challenging at times but overall it’s a very chill experience. Would recommend to children and people who aren’t looking for a very hardcore experience.

Un Diablo-Like dans l'univers Minecraft, de base cet univers n'a aucun intérêt pour moi, mais le style de ce Dungeons c'est autre chose. Plus accessible que son modèle mais tout aussi fun dans l'ensemble, une belle réussite.

There’s plenty to like about Minecraft Dungeons, and at £15.99 on PSN it’s terrific value for a game that you and your kids could beat in a weekend. It’s not especially difficult with four players and the light-hearted nature of it all ensures Minecraft fans will find plenty to love. It’s just a shame there’s no sign of the Minecraft’s primary mechanic, which would have been a great addition to the overall experience. It’s a good laugh and as is so often with co-op games, you’ll get the most out of it with your pals/family.

The epitome of good things coming in small packages, Minecraft Dungeons is simple, wholesome fun.
