Jun 7, 2017Incredibly bland and boring. The humor is bad and cringey, every joke falls flat on its ass. The animations are probably the worst Telltale has done to date and the graphics look straight out of a PS2 game. The villain isn't even interesting and the voice actress makes me take the villain even less serious.

Jul 20, 2017Under Pressure chooses the way of introspection and shows some Guardians' soul to the player, but the main storyline is practically frozen and there are way too many QTEs to deal with.

Jul 8, 2017Telltale's second episode of Guardians of the Galaxy tells a more personal story, while giving the main characters some more depth. The episode is not as action-packed as the last one, but overall it’s a nice addition to the season.

Jul 3, 2017Poignant character moments and some impressive use of pop music make Under Pressure a better episode than Tangled Up In Blue, but still nowhere near the lofty heights that we know Telltale is capable of. There's enough good work here to indicate that by the time the series is over it'll have given us reasons to care about the cast and what they're up to, but if you're on the fence about whether or not to pick up the season pass, you're probably best waiting a little longer to make that decision. The series has potential, but whether it'll ever manage to escape the shadow of the movies it is so desperately trying to recreate remains to be seen.
