Mar 12, 2022I wanted to like so much this Game, I’m a Xbox player and I was trying to find an PS5 just to play this game. But I changed my Mac to pc and purchase the game when it came out on PC.
I don’t know the game mechanics I felt it dumb, slow and repetitive. The graphics are amazing, dialogs great specially between Kratos and his son. But the game mechanics don’t cut it for me. -

Dec 18, 2022One of the most overhyped games ever created. Doesn't do anything particularly well and brings nothing new. Super boring 6/10

Jun 25, 2023Abartıldığı kadar iyi olmadığını düşünüyorum. Sıkılmadan bitirebildim, müzikleri hikayesi vasatın bir tık üstüydü. Grafikleri dönemine göre iyiydi.

Mar 15, 2021Combat needed work. Many enemies are working against the systems the game has in place, such as revenants and dark elves. Kratos is also quite frail. Having enemy levels is a lazy design choice.
Exploration is okay. I do not like the hidden object game you have to play every so often to open treasure chests.
Story is good, but who cares when the core game play isn't fun. -

Jul 30, 2018This game had promise, but it failed. The end of the main quest line falls short with a sudden end that felt like it should have been the intermission between the middle act and the final act - making the game feel short. The after game content is lacking, both in direction and motivation. Only one of the game areas is worth exploring, which is disappointing when you 'have' the nine realms!

Apr 20, 2018The God of War became another conveyor exclusive game from Sony. The franchise has lost everything that was the real God of War. What I played yesterday is a mixture of Dark Souls, Last Of Us and Uncharted. Sorry that all exclusive games from the company become similar one and the same.

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Sep 13, 2018The return of the furious Spartan warrior was made well. God of War is already a great contender for game of the year and you shouldn't miss it. [Issue#285]

CD-ActionJul 6, 2018Cory Barlog and his team achieved what many thought impossible – despite having changed almost everything Santa Monica managed to preserve that elusive spark that makes God of War game feel like a God of War game. They created one of the defining titles of the current generation and a technical marvel whose stunning beauty in motion words cannot describe. And there’s one more thing. Barlog’s touching reaction to his masterpiece’s scores shows that even in the world of huge budgets, micropayments, loot boxes and sales forecasts there still is a place for artists who pour their hearts into their work. We need someone to remind us of that once in a while. [06/2018, p.38]

Jun 7, 2018Where most games excel in one single area, God of War manages to deliver on every front, providing players with one of the best experiences we’ve seen so far this generation.
