    Decent open world game, quite lengthy, lots of grinding and puzzles, some puzzles feel like whipped up in a hurry. Story telling sometimes feels like an too long podcast on autoplay. It was okay when they did it here in 2018, in 2022 doing it for the second time it felt repetitive.

    A ST. Monica fez um trabalho excelente na reformulação do que conhecíamos como God of War, trazendo uma forma completamente diferente e mais estratégica de jogar.

    O único motivo da nota não ser 10, é a pouca variedade de inimigos presentes no jogo.

    I could say that is a different game than previous one, god of war 3. But it's still masterpiece with nice design levels which I liked to explore. History is very interesting although I heard many opinions that 3rd part was more intense which is true. This game is similar to Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order in many aspects, specially in exploring new levels.     I never really enjoyed the first 3 games so I started this one with no expectations at all. I was so surprised I much I loved playing this game and I even went for all the trophies! A really great game!

    Zwar habe ich die Teile davor nie gespielt und habe von God of War nie was gehört, war ich wirklich begeistert von diesem Spiel, als ich es dann doch durchgespielt habe. So eine Story wie hier habe ich noch nie gesehen und das Gameplay hat sich sehr smooth angefühlt. Einzig die doch etwas kleine Boss-Variationen und das spammen von Truhen und Schätzen haben mich etwas gestört

    Was disappointed in GOW Ascension but with this new reboot it astonished me how this franchise revived the spirit of gaming in a new way with a new adventure, bosses and gameplay. Kratos looks older now with his son Atreus at his side and this game deserves all the credit is due with the additional challenges of battling all the valkeries you face as Kratos.

    A great reboot of a great Series. The characters are so cool and Interesting, the combat is great since you can use both, the leviatan axe and the chaos blades. The Story is so simple but just so great!
    but the bosses are mostly trolles are kinda boring, also the standart enemys are kinda repeating

    Absolutely incredible game in every way. Feels like a more graphically advanced, adult version of Zelda. The combat is as rewarding as any game ever made and is immensely satisfying. The only knocks are a relatively simplistic plot and a lack of world depth beyond Midgard which legitimately has 10 times the amount of goals as the other 3 explorable worlds.     This game is fantastic. The story is gripping and never gets annoying, the characters have life and real emotions, and the entire setting is the best I’ve ever seen. There are only 2 things that hold this game back for me. First is the enemy types. The enemy types in this game DO NOT vary at all. Throughout the entire story you encounter maybe 6 enemy types and some boss fights thatThis game is fantastic.     El mejor Exclusivo de la PS4 sin dud alguna, vaya juego, vaya gameplay, vaya historia y vaya todo, casi perfecto, el cambio de aire que supuso para la saga y lo bien que lo hicieron es sin duda para alagar a Santa Monica, espero que cuando pueda probar Ragnarok quede aún mas maravillado que cuando probe este God Of War, si aún no lo juegan lo recomiendo mucho, muchísimo

    Tytuł ogrywałem na PS5 i mogę powiedzieć, że jest absolutnie fantastyczny. To, na co zwróciłem uwagę, to świetnie napisany scenariusz, przez co do "God of War" za każdym kiedy włączałem konsolę, nie podchodziłem jak do typowej gry, tylko bardziej serialu. Graficznie, absolutny majstersztyk. Tak samo pod względem grywalności (nie chciało się odchodzić od konsoli).

    The writing and story of this game can compete with any movie or series out there. The characters are compelling and the story interesting to say the least.

    It is a great singleplayer game with great game play, impresive graphics and a beautiful world to explore.

    Amazing new type of game! Stunning graphics! Movie worthy story! Fluid and smooth gameplay! Just really enjoable and very immersive game. Also note worthy are interactions between characters which are very realistic and not atll cringe like in most games. The only thing that bothered me while playing this game was small variety of enemies and repetitive bosses but thats about it. 9/10 for me.

    Mieux qu'un film, horriblement addictif, magistrale, God of War est parfait. Ne pas avoir terminé ce jeu est une hérésie. В частности, игра от лица бывшего бога войны, желающего лишь спокойной жизни, но вынужденного идти на крайности - увлекает. Особенный респект за фоновую музыку. Саундтрек во время битв с валькикириями шедеврален, а мужской хор в скандинавском стиле во время вадных сцен трогает до муражек. Единственный минус(который таковым можно назвать с натяжкой) - не были показаны столь желанные персоны, тот же Один или Тор. Ясное дело что их оставили для второй части, но впол игры про них распинались, а по итогу ничего по ним не показалаи. Всем советую поиграть.… Expand

    Looks and plays great. Ludicrously challenging on the highest difficulty. Great character-building.

    But where it improved on predecessors, it also took away. The plot and characters are very toned down compared to the original games. Puzzles are completely missing. And what should’ve been combos were turned into runics.

    This game is so unfairly GOOD, my god!!! The story, cinematics, world of mythology, stunning twists, and great combats. No wonder why it is the game of the year. I am super pumped up for God of War Ragnarök.

    One of the greatest games I’ve ever played. Insane graphics and world building. There’s so much to explore and there’s plenty of content after the game is over. And of course the performances and characters are outstanding with a super intriguing plot.

    Great game Play Rate Story All characters gave the game a great place, the magnificence of the evolution of Kratos from an angry person and his biggest concern is revenge to a person whose biggest concern is his promise to his wife, raising a child and maintaining his security and safety

    A história é muito boa e os personagens são cativantes, eu só acho que o gráfico deixa um pouco a desejar principalmente quanto as coisas a distância e a gameplay pode ser um pouco enjoativa depois de umas horas, fora as side quests que não atraem nem recompensam muito, recomendo MT se for jogar pela história mas se for para platinar ou para zerar nos modos mais difíceis não recomendaria.A história é muito boa e os personagens são cativantes, eu só acho que o gráfico deixa um pouco a desejar principalmente quanto as coisas a distância e a gameplay pode ser um pouco enjoativa depois de umas horas, fora as side quests que não atraem nem recompensam muito, recomendo MT se for jogar pela história mas se for para platinar ou para zerar nos modos mais difíceis não recomendaria.

    Great game. It started with an pretty clunky combat system but gets better and better as the game goes on. And then the combat is awesome. The Bosses were great even tho it Didn't have that many Bosses. And the lack of enemy variety too. But i forgive it because they didn't even that much money and time to make the game.

    Jogo incrível, lindo e emocionante! Senti falta de alguns equipamentos e magias de origem Grega. Sobre a explicação do porque ele não utiliza é um tremendo Plot Hole.... Enfim, a História é magnífica, combates fantásticos contra o Deus Baldur. Uma pena que não souberam continuar esse game.

    The game manages to be very good.After a while without a new god of war the return of the franchise with this game does very well with good mechanics and interesting history but it didn't deserve to win game of the year because the competitor was far superior to it both in gameplay and mainly in history .

    Un gran rediseño de todo, me encantan los escenarios como luce kratos, el nuevo sistema de combate es muy bueno, Atreus aporta muchísimo a la historia, tiene de todo este juego, el mejor videojuego para ps4 sin dudas.

I really liked how even the side-quests felt relevant to the personal relationship between kratos and atreus.     One of my favorite games oat. It has stunning graphics and a really well written story, the only thing thats holds it from being a ten is its lack of diversity in enemies. I was bored at some point from just killing a troll boss and draugr over and over again, but I think the story, fun combat, plot, characters and their development makes up for it.

    The combat system was excellent, it was very fluid! I also enjoyed the soundtrack. But I think that the final battle was too easy.
    If you know how to use the weapons, the game becomes extremely basic and mechanic.

    Great father and son story. Watching this relationship evolve is amazing. All the time in the game we can witness conversations conducted by the characters that are incredibly interesting. The fight is satisfying and juicy. The world is relatively small but hides a lot of interesting things. The gameplay itself is very enjoyable and the character development is well done.

O game, embora tão sangrento quanto os outros GOW, é um divisor de águas na franquia, tanto pelo temperamento de Kratos - agora (tentando) sendo pai - quanto pela ausência do uso de nudez exagerada, que fazia com que muitas vezes você não podia jogar na frente dos seus pais.     Great game. The story is very good in general, gets a little off at some point in the game (no spoilers), but it recovers before the end. Great world to explorer, very intelligent level design, beautiful graphics. Good job Santa Monica Studios.
