    Gang beasts is a flawed game. But it's incredibly fun and hilarious when playing with friends. It has it's issues with the server . But it can be patched. Also a little bit more stage variety .other then this it's a great social game. I have never laughed that much from a game.

    I enjoyed the game, it was fun with friends. That being said, my score would be a 6.5 out of 10 but am giving it a 10 because the other guy gave it a 0 for no reason when they said it was great (I guess they forgot to put a rating).

    Gang Beasts is a brawler with humorous ragdoll physics, environmental hazards, and multiple character designs. That may be all, but it all works in its favor. Gang Beasts is honestly a very underrated game and deserves more attention than it gets currently, with very few people playing it and not a lot of new content, apart from new costumes and maps, being implemented. The combat is simplistic, yet functional, and makes tons of potential for funny moments and stories to tell. I only wish from the control set that there was at least something that would tell me the controls. While the servers may have initially been dodgy, the servers in 2019 are very functional, and remained smooth during my time online. The environmental hazards are another story, in a good way. The multiple hazards that accompany each map make each round more dynamic, meaning no two rounds will ever be the same, which helps significantly in the long run. If the game simply received more content, like game modes, then this game would be an easy 10 for me.… Expand

It's a simple minded, multiplayer beat 'em up party game with physics that can often lead to some pretty funny stuff. You can customize your player's outfits to a minimal degree and there are a couple different game modes, but it won't keep everybody's interest forever. Online isn't perfect. I do get disconnected sometimes and there is the occasional yet rare lag that will screw me over sometimes. Personally however, I haven't experienced any major server problems other people have mentioned where I was not able to find an available game, so I was still able to have a lot of fun with it. If you're looking for something new to play with friends in a hurry, Gang Beasts is a third of the cost of a typical AAA game, downloads infinitely faster and can often be more entertaining.… Expand

    Nothing like what I hoped it would be after spending a few hours hovering around it's floor demo at EGX it's still my favorite party game and never fails to start a giggle.

    At the moment I don’t think it’s really worth $20, meaning that objectively there’s not that much content. Hopefully they will continue expanding this game though!     This game takes fun to another level. Playing local or online, this is really fun and laughable game. The characters and environment makes it even more fun.

    Servers could be better and could be a bit more variation into it. Otherwise this is a really fun multiplayer game. I've never laughed so much when playing video games as I did when playing this.

    This game is soo better playing with friends in your house. In its current state the game feels finished, but it could have more content.. in general is a good game but if you can try it first or buy it wen there are sales.

    Gang Beasts is a fighting game that takes advantage of its physics and stages to offer a funny experience, the game is extremely fun with friends, the bugs are, but they are not so annoying and many times they can make the game more fun.
    The Boneloaf game has a great online and some funny and original characters, it is quite a satire to fighting games.

    This is my favorite offline multiplayer game to play with friends. I love the levels that slowly break down.

    There is hardly any single player content apart from a wave mode that is very unbalanced. The online mode can be unstable. Only buy for multiplayer and even then, only on sale.

    Sure, the devs of gang beasts took forever to finish this thing, and it still feels unfinished, but it's been a fun couch game to muck around in since the start. Good for 15-20 minute play sessions on a couch gaming night.
    Haven't bothered with the online play.

    its a wonderful and amazing game, but with the new update a lot of bugs came with it like the infinite loading glitch freezing lobby etc.., truly ruining the fun of this awesome friend based game

    Potential 8.5 but seems unfinished at the time.. Online playing unsuccesfull yet...
    Spent way to much un this game wich is to my opinion worth 5-8$ right now...

    Only buy it when you play with friends and the game is around 10-15 and have a group of people willing to buy it with ya .i wouldn't recommend it otherwise.     A very fun game at its core....with horrible servers that lag either you or your friend out on about 70% of your games and only a handful of maps. It’s a shame that it never looks like they will fix these.

    Really fun party game to play with your friends. At first, you have to either experiment or Google search what the controls are, but afterwards it's pretty easy to get the hang of. This game has a little bit of skill which is performing combos as quickly as possible. There are times when one person is holding onto a wall 24/7 while you try to grab them off, which can be really annoying.Really fun party game to play with your friends.     The gameplay is not bad but thats about it with it.It doesnt even have a proper menu nor any progression, it doesnt even say how to play it or have any tutorial.The fighting mechanics have potential but everything else is just a mediocre.You can also get to battles where you are outmatched 1-2,It is more like a demo.Mediocre at best.

    Simple entertaining game with endless potential for humorous on the couch laughs. The controls are a bit hit and miss but this may be intentional, unfortunately coupling this with a some wicked server issues it makes playing online painful for anyone with a slower connection.

    No single player mode outside of online (that I could see anyway) does leave you a little high and dry if the servers are bad and you have no couch buddies but for the price its still worth a purchase.    … Expand

    This game is in a word “inconsistent.” The game mechanics have plenty of hidden features including certain clothing changing mechanics. Certain items of clothing absolutely do more damage than others, but again, not of it is stated anywhere. Not in tutorials or anything.

    It is a silly game and humorous at times. However, it is not for me but my 8yrs old likes it more. It is really a party game as it has no story mode and not fun as a single player. The control is simple but not responsive. Most of the time, I just try to grab the opponent as other moves seem pointless or not effective.     Even if I’m less than impressed with some of the game’s technical shortcomings and overbalancing, Gang Beasts still delivered some of the funniest moments I’ve had in gaming, and that joy will stay with me for some time.

    Gang Beasts never pretends to be a single-player experience; it's a party game through and through. Even though there's only so much depth that can be found in imprecisely manipulating ragdoll physics, the end result is still oddly compelling. While Gang Beasts is not the kind of game that will find its way into the eSports circuit, players will still find a lot to love as they fight and fall and laugh at all the ways they succeed or fail in its oddball arenas.
