    Same game as Fifa 20 which was same as FIFA 19 etc. - It's the same graphics, menus, gameplay... They're not even pretending anymore.
    Needs far more balance in the game. Stop making it about speed every year - There should be benefits by playing with a slower but stronger squad (ie. Long ball benefits).     Split FIFA from Ultimate team - EA make hundreds of millions on that format alone and UT is all they'll invest in. Make UT a free to play game and make FIFA payable but with more updates and a more rounded game, or give it to another developer who wants to make a football game rather than a gambling game for kids.    … Expand

    Same **** every year. Career mode does not change at all. Ultimate team is **** as always, speed decides everything. Please fix the game, people are spending so much money to play your ****ty game

    Every year the same game no improvement at all, only minor changes to career mode,not to mention so many rising stars without face scans.. Wake up EA we want a good Fifa.

    I don't get it people. Every year you complain about the franchise, and say you'll vote with your wallets, yet every year you still purchase it and expect things to change. Why? Because of a pretty trailer? I genuinely don't understand. Stop buying it if you half-expect it to be as bad as it it apparently is. Remember the definition of insanity.

    Its my fault that I had high expectations from EA this year. And sadly, yet again, EA disappoints. FIFA 21 is basically FIFA 2020 with a new cover. Thumbs down!

    Regret buying this game already and only played it for a day, I love career mode but am unable to play it as anytime I simulate a match I can guarantee at least two severe injuries with the injured players out for at least two months. Pathetic game from a pathetic money grabbing t*** of a company.

    No changes at all, lazy developing with nothing new added. The gameplay is the same no efforts to change it. The small changes made have made it worse, now you can’t tackle. Crossing still awful, and heading a ball seems to be something you can’t do. Kept scripting in because everyone loves to play a game with a predetermined outcome. career mode always over looked, the changes they madeNo changes at all, lazy developing with nothing new added.     Absolutely awful, how can it get worse every year. Something needs to be done to stop this shambles. Pay £90 (Ultimate Edition) for the same game with a few changes to make it different but still the same. EA should be sued for this.

    As a FIFA player since 2002 and its as if FIFA is simply getting worse year in and out. The gameplay is quite mediocre and has no realism at all. THE DYNAMICS ARE ABYSMAL! Can't believe they would rob someone out of $100 for a version of ultimate team that is the worst thing I've ever played. Should have saved my money or maybe a transition in to PES is needed now.

    Game for fans who either need to work online at FUT every day, or instead want to try a modified career mode, which is starting to really look like Football Manager. Otherwise, it's a decent update for the full price. [Issue#307]

    The FIFA series desperately needs a fresh start. Right now, it relies mainly on the Ultimate Team mode and marketing, while going around in circles. Instead of leaping into the future, FIFA 21 takes half a step forward and two steps sideways in an attempt to differentiate itself from its predecessor well enough to rationalize spending money. If you already own FIFA 20 and are not addicted to Ultimate Team, you can sit this one out. [12/2020, p.44]
