    17 was the last football game released by EA. Since then gameplay is complete trash and worse every single year. It's a game for 5 year olds and stupid people, it's got nothing to do with football.

    FIFA 21 is a copy and paste game from FIFA 20 with too few innovations in the annualised franchise to justify buying the game at full price.

    Over recent years, it has become increasingly apparent that EAs major consideration with this annualised sports franchise is Ultimate Team as it makes the company a lot of money. EA is lazy and greedy as it wants to use the minimum amount of effort    FIFA 21 is a copy and paste game from FIFA 20 with too few innovations in the annualised franchise to justify buying the game at full price.

    I only play FIFA 21 because of the face update, other than that, it's just the same as before. The same interface only changes colour into purple, same gameplay.

    In the core it is still football, but just because it is fun is it worth buying. If yoiu have fifa 20, this is unnecesary. Nothing to biug to worth buying again, and why does fiufa ultimate team exists, if no one wants to play form a bad team unless is by themselves

    There’s massive upgrades from the last version from gameplay to career mode including fut even volta i think it’s the best fifa in the last 5 years

    There is some improvement with career mood but not big enough still terrible you can’t buy any player you want because other team doesn’t have enough depth I’m giving them money so they can buy a replacement. we had better career 2008 pes. Ultimate team is all about speed. The game play is terrible as fifa 20 with a little unnoticed change. They have no competition so they get away with it

    Not really a new Game but at least a little new Stuff. I have Fun with the Career Mod. Don't know and care about Ultimate Team. For me Fifa 21 is better then Fifa 20. What is really a Shame: The Ratings of the Bayern-Player are a Joke. They are the current CL-Winner and done this undefeated.

    This Game Is so **** bad i'm a not good player at this game but every time i go to play online fut they put me against players better than me and not put me with players in my level for even try to get better they just want that you wil go pay to win for try to get better players to your team and try to get kind of strong squad

    Same as before ,pay to win system. No innovation gets really boring quickly. Its such a shame that its been so long since weve had a good fifa game.
    I would avoid this cash grab by EA at all costs, its shameful.

    Same game every freaking year. Teams not licensed, stadiums too. No innovation whatsoever and they are just release squad updates and changing the menu colors.

    Game is virtually an exact copy of FIFA 17-20. The very small number of changes could have been a free update to any of the other FIFAs. And with any other game company they would have been called a minor patch or update. What the real Footie fans want: Get rid of FIFA Ultimate (I won't spend a dime on micro transactions) and concentrate on a pleasing offline Career/story mode andGame is virtually an exact copy of FIFA 17-20. The very small number of changes could have been a free update to any of the other FIFAs. And with any other game company they would have been called a minor patch or update. What the real Footie fans want: Get rid of FIFA Ultimate (I won't spend a dime on micro transactions) and concentrate on a pleasing offline Career/story mode and league mode. Modes where the player has complete control of league, roster and player customization. This includes NO language filter for team or player names. (Filtering inoffensive words like fart and butt is just childish. Especially since there are those of us who don't care about playing online.) Just strip the game down and code a completely new experience for those of us who hate and despise what FIFA has become. I won't be renewing my EA/Origin subscription because of the continual copy/paste job with EA sports titles.… Expand

    This game is only fun when playing pro clubs with friends. FUT is a cash grab it is not for me but others may like it. Career mode (player/manager) is not good enough it needs to be more complex and engaging. They could have given users the option to not have crowds in the stands during games and subs sitting in the stands. The gameplay isn't balanced.

    No words for this horrible game, copy paste for 6 years in a row now. Only thing they work on are the design of the cards in fut, rest they don’t care, this game is maybe a little better in gameplay then 20 because they made small adjustments but haves much more new bugs now, keeper are complete disaster now and counter attack super overpowered and auto blocks everywhere perfect again forNo words for this horrible game, copy paste for 6 years in a row now.     FIFA has a big identity crisis. It tries to add little stuff every year but fails in having good and enjoyable game mechanics. Also, the graphics still suck, certainly compared to its biggest concurrent. It is broken in its very core. It also tries to knock money out of your pocket any chance it gets. EA is a lazy money-minded developer

    Potentially the worst "football" game I've ever played. No realism, every player looks, acts, feels the same. No individual characteristics, awful gameplay, shoddy graphics, all set to 100mph. An abomination.

    Game for fans who either need to work online at FUT every day, or instead want to try a modified career mode, which is starting to really look like Football Manager. Otherwise, it's a decent update for the full price. [Issue#307]

    The FIFA series desperately needs a fresh start. Right now, it relies mainly on the Ultimate Team mode and marketing, while going around in circles. Instead of leaping into the future, FIFA 21 takes half a step forward and two steps sideways in an attempt to differentiate itself from its predecessor well enough to rationalize spending money. If you already own FIFA 20 and are not addicted to Ultimate Team, you can sit this one out. [12/2020, p.44]
