    Nice to drible and enjoyable! Better then ever, you can edit everything, flags, names, import images by usb. The game play is hard if you do not know how to play, but if you pass, know how send players ahead, drible and get position to shoot, it is easy.

    Ok guys. I've been a fifa fan my entire life. only in the past year have i started to enjoy PES. This game is simply amazing. I love the way they put so much effort into the master league this season. something fifa has forgot about. Career mode is something i loved and played every year on fifa. But i got sick of it to be honest because they started putting more time and effort into thatOk guys. I've been a fifa fan my entire life. only in the past year have i started to enjoy PES.     This is the best football game ever created. There are a lot of improvements in gameplay mechanics as well as in other modes such as master league.

    As someone who tries both PES and FIFA every single year, I'm of the opinion that this PES is really good. Yes, it is true that the game modes haven't changed much and the whole menu system is still far from brilliant (despite the clear improvements). Also, the Master League (my favourite mode) fails to add anything really interesting even with the new Manager story-like thing. Also, the Master League (my favourite mode) fails to add anything really interesting even with the new Manager story-like thing. But the main thing here is the actual gameplay, as usual. Controls and overall ball behaviour feels a tad more realistic than previously, with more chaotic and unexpected situations (just like real football). Playing versus the CPU does not feel too boring, as they go quite straight to the offense just like a human user would do, not frustratingly passing the ball around their defenders. Playing couch coop is fun as it always was in the old classic PES, and the graphics, phyics, player models... all really good.
    Ah, and the licence thing... just download the patches ;)
    A really good PES. Many things to improve in menu polishing, game modes and the situations where players seem unresponsive/asleep, but still a very strong entry and clearly superior to FIFA this year in terms of gameplay and realism.    … Expand

    *EDIT* Rating changed back to 5. Lastest patches have ruined the game completly for me. Stupidly fast gameplay, its just a run and press fest. Further away from the demo gameplay wich got me to buy the game. PASS!

    *EDIT* Todays patch made the game fun again, thank god (or konami, maybe)! Rating changed to 8 cause other fixes are still missing, like super cancel, ai teamates reaching to    *EDIT* Rating changed back to 5. Lastest patches have ruined the game completly for me. Stupidly fast gameplay, its just a run and press fest. Further away from the demo gameplay wich got me to buy the game. PASS!

    Don't usually post reviews, but this has got to stop! Sweared to myself I wasn't going to buy pes 2020 this year after lasts year switcharoo, with a nice demo and a **** scripted pumped fifa style gameplay on the final game, but this years demo felt so good, with player across the world praising it, enjoying it, switching from fifa because of it, they said that they wouldn't change the pace for launch, everything was set for a great football game this year... Game comes out, gets patched... Pes 2019 all over again... Random **** happening all the time, stupid fast gameplay, I fell for it once again... Reviewing with a 5, will gladly change it IF they fix the **** game!!!    … Expand

The collision system and fouls are totally broken, the game is a mess, artificial intelligence is terrible, there are no sliders for offline mode... Conclusion: I bought FIFA 20 and now I'm happy again. I've played PES for 20 years, never again!     I think this game is great. The movement of the players with / without the ball, the teammates looking for spaces.. inside the pitch, everything works fine.

    The Game is excellent, reminding me how good was this franchise years ago!, for me this year the buy is so clear.. Pes 2020 have my vote, and my cash xD!

    PES vem melhorando desde o 2018 e nesse 2020 percebo uma pequena melhoria.
    Talvez a Konami esteja indo pelo caminho certo, mais alguns pequenos ajustes como "licenças" e o jogo volta a ser igual era no começo do PS3.

    Esse jogo com certeza vai trazer PES ao cenário competitivo... Muito superior aos últimos da própria franquia, e também muito superior ao FIFA 19... Esperamos a resposta no jogo da EA.

    PES 2019 was close to perfect. I had not played a previous PES as much, until the day of the new release.
    And yet PES 2020 is a massive leap! Wow! The animations are exquisite, the passing feels better than ever, and the few issues on pitch PES 2019 had, have been resolved. The physical contact is more realistic as well. The graphics.. incrementally better in every aspect. Not only is    PES 2019 was close to perfect. I had not played a previous PES as much, until the day of the new release.

    Huge jump from last year for PES.

    The player motion is so fluid, and the weight of the players is just perfect. Feels like the shackles are finally off when dribbling, pace finally seems to matter this year. The CPU attacks in many ways, actually attacking with the dribble, as well as keeping a realistic amount of possession on the higher difficulty levels. The passing and shooting    Huge jump from last year for PES.

The passing and shooting are as fun as ever, and this is probably the most "alive" the ball has ever felt in a footy game. Did I mention the games don't feel scripted?

    I'd certainly love more game modes, and some unlockables as incentives would be a welcomed touch, but the game play is phenomenal and from everything I've seen Master League looks incredible this year. Ideally I'd give it a 9.5, but since that's not an option I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt.

    The 2020 edition is the most realistic virtual football I have ever encountered. After learning the gameplay’s basics you get a lot of fun and each passing hour makes it even better. Shame that after finishing the career, checking out the multiplayer and playing a few exhibition matches there is nothing left to do here. [12/2019, p.64]
