    He jugado más de 100 horas y tengo cosas que decir.
    La liga master es lo mismo del año pasado pero con 10 cinemáticas que se hacen aburridas con el paso de las temporadas. Han dicho que escucharon a los fans pero yo no les pedí nada de esto para la LM, a mi por lo que veo no me han escuchado, hay mucho que mejorar.

    La jugabilidad está algo mejorada con respecto al año pasado pero necesito mas faltas de ambos ,tanto mías como de la CPU, el árbitro no pita nada. Hay pocas lesiones y de poca duración, perde el realismo.
    En fin, puedo seguir pero me aburre porque es un juego muy parecido al año pasado..
    Yo no lo recomiendo si estás dudando porque es muy similar al 2019 y al 2018.
    Espero que se ponga las pilas konami el año que viene, porque creo que se ríen de la gente y te cobra por lo mismo año tras año.
    Para mi es un juego de 6,5 pero como no puedo poner decimales, pongo un 6, porque al igual que konami no mejora el juego desde el 2014, yo tampoco voy a tirar para arriba en la nota.    … Expand

    a good game, but there are disadvantagesit's a good game, but there are disadvantages. 1) this is a small number of licenses.
    2) as for me, the artificial intelligence here is stupid, they don't want to take the ball and thus my statistics for the match will change, they don't want to save ball, and they take stupid actions, it freezes me out and they don't

    5)free kicks are very strange here, it's difficult to break through yourself, then it's almost not enough, then it flies away where you don't understand, and if the opposite team beats the stravuofnoy, then it's a 90% goal

    Honestly the best football game ever made, even if the online servers are dead.

    PES 2020 revolutionized the football games industry, a complete masterpiece of a game, the graphics are amazing and the gameplay is realistic, unlike what we see in the last fifa editions.

    Even thought the game isn't fully licensed, its very easy to update the game using options files.

    The graphics aren't bad, yet in 2020 they could do better, especially when it comes to the spectators in the stands. The AI is sometimes incomplete, with certain questionable referee choices and dubious fouls.
    There is not much more to say, avoiding making excessive comparisons with the Canadian rival.
    Despite some flaws, PES 2020 is one of the best soccer games out there. Objectively this would be just sufficient. Considering it's a sports game, I'll add a vote.    … Expand

This game is not realistic at all don't know any players that just stand in the middle of the field ref calls fouls on you but doesn't call fouls on the other team even though clearly you can see the foul and pushing in my 16 years of soccer was against the rules. So when you go to do your maintenance might wanna look at fixing those problems or I can garentu I won't be playing anymore nothing makes a he more frustrating that one that can't follow the rules lol this game is becoming the biggest piece of **** I've ever played I can play better than these **** idiots and there supposed to be pro **** me lmfao… Expand

One of my favorite things to do on FIFA was to create a custom tournament with my brother. We'd skip the boring matches and switch sides occasionally. Both of these features are not present in PES 2020. Why? ThisPES 2020 is better than FIFA in terms of ball physics, tackling, stadiums and the overall gameplay. However, PES 2020 is lacking incredibly simple but also essential features. One of my favorite things to do on FIFA was to create a custom tournament with my brother. This incredible game is ruined by the fact that PES developers either can't be assed or aren't competent enough to include features that have been present with the competition for years now. If you compare Fifa 21 to PES 20 the big difference is, that you are able to play here as it seems. You play football. Simple but fair enough.     There are so many negative things that make this game the worst PES I ever played and I play since PES 5. I'll only write the 3 biggest flaws:

    1. We are in 2019 and they still don't have proper servers, and there is an insane amount of input lag, many times you can't enjoy the game anymore as you press a button now and the action comes tomorrow.

    2. The game is not responsive and that comes extra to the input lag, you can feel it even when playing offline- which means is in the games code and not from connection, sometimes you try to trap the ball, shoot or pass and the player takes 1-2 extra touches before performing your action. There are some frames in between on which you have no control.

    3. The game is too much AI assisted, it is not skill based anymore. it happens many time that the game does what it wants and not what you press. In all the PES versions until PES 2017 included if you were way better than opponent you could win with a 1 star team against a 5 star team, hard but you could. Now you can't beat with a 3 star team a 5 star team no matter how weak is the opponent as his players position alone, defend alone, intercept alone, even strikers do great runs. And AI plays fantastic with players above 85-86 rating.    … Expand

    This game is biggest scripted piece of **** a game where Messi wins header over Maldini, where Pique is faster than Mbappe... where you get **** on by 20% win ratio and score 6 goals to 80% win ratio.
    Where D. Beckham can't do long ball... I don't know man... for a person who plays pes for a long time it is just frustrating

    The only thing good in the game is the grafics, the gameplay is trash, If I were one the creators of this version of the game I would be ashamed.

    I played soccer games in the playstore in my phone better than this CRAP.

    It’s not a ten but people who think Fifa is better clueless, and this is coming from a disappointed and frustrated Fifa fan. This game way better than FIFA 20, 21 and all the ones before. Although Konami could do much better than this as Fifa is still a better product. Pes is a much better football game. Overall it’s a good football game but let’s be honest, the football game industry hasIt’s not a ten but people who think Fifa is better clueless, and this is coming from a disappointed and frustrated Fifa fan. The gameplay is solid, but there are still loads of problems that is very minor, but still hinders the experience. - Player switching still hasn’t been fixed, as the ball would touch a player sometimes and it wouldn’t switch to that player or switch to the player nearest to the ball. ThisAs far as football games go, this game is decent. I got it on sale so didn’t play from launch day. This becomes extremely annoying. - Master League becomes extremely boring after a while. Players take years to upgrade their ratings even if they are top scorers 3 seasons in a row. The menus are also a chore to navigate (just adding R1 and L1 to navigate left and right will already make it a lot better). There are a lot more that bothers me, but these were the worst for me.     1. terrible AI. you will take in goals, and it will be because the AI defending just leaves their position. teammates will make runs that hide them behind opponents or just not make runs into the right positions for a pass.

    the opponents will do one of three things when attacking. pass directly to CF and score. dribble and change directions everytime you try to challenge, if not a foul then pass and try again. or cross. you have no control over the defence

    2. terrible commentators. They make statements that sound like a child´s comments on a game. they make contradictions within the same sentences, and seem to misunderstand the very basics of tactics.

    3. terrible career mode "story" it isn´t worthy of a ps2 game.

    4. poor graphics.

    5. scripting is worse than in fifa IMO. games either end 7-0 or 3-2 or something similar. very unrealistic and unappealing for someone who loves football.

    6. poor balance between players. the best players are unstoppable and the not so great players are useless (a result of money being involved in online games like FUT)

    7. useless referee. I was fouled and my teammate "went for the ball" which will always happen (it´s programmed to) and then the offside was called on him which is against the rules. often opponents will run directly into you while you have the ball and get a foul. sometimes murder attempts will get ignored as a glitch. etc just the beginning.

    8. very basic gameplay, very little choice in how you interact with the game and control it.

    to sum it up. the game has great animations and can feel good when passing it around but is frustrating in every aspect besides it, from the menu to the core gameplay, referee, GK, AI. It seems that there just won´t be a great football game any time soon.

    this comes from someone who have been playing football games since they were 8. many of the people giving this game above 6 or 7 haven´t played it enough for it to show it´s flaws, like most sports games do.    … Expand

    El juego esta genial lo mires por donde lo mires lo único que falla para mí, es que en ser una leyenda si te creas un jugador, puede que te metan en un equipo medio grande y te puedes pasar la temporada en el banquillo, esto lo tendrían que poner de otra forma aunque no fuera tan realista

    This game turned be back onto Fútbol games after many years of skipping out on the same Fifa games year after year. I'm glad I bought the Legends Edition which included Ronaldinho (at 39, but still a Legend)

    und ne größere Community... Deswegen wird das Spiel
    immer "ausgelacht". Ganz nüchtern betrachtet
    ist PES insgesamt das besser Spiel .
    Bessere Grafik, Ballphysik und generell das komplette
    Gameplay. Eventuell sollte man es mal porbieren statt immer
    darüber zu lachen und es nie probieren...

Man, this game is..weird(am not going to describe the drawbacks and pros, i will post a suggestion hoping someone really gets it from konami), i think that is the best word to describe it, at least for me. I've been a fan of PES for years , even though i haven't played since 2015...PES 2020 (PLEASE no epes what is this?????) Even though it has good graphics, the environment ,colours etc. My opinion is..it lacks fun and imagination! What i mean is in ML and BAL, dude come on, add some frustrating moments in the locker room when you lose a game, or in halftime when you are behind the score. ML at least has some cutscenes during the season it does not lack THAT much in comparison to BAL!!! BAL doesn't even have locker room cutscens. They could add the captain of the team having a talk with you if you are performing good or badly (like they used to do back in pes 2011!!!!!!!) Having a talk with the coach, I don't know, maybe ADD A SCENE where you get the first scorer/assists/MVP(??) of the league/cup, trophy instead of constantly receiving a such an annoying message (YoU hAVe bEeN sELecTed fOR tHE StaRtInG 11 on every damn game!!!!!! Or "is he going to win?"). I know if they add all these is going to be repeatative but , isn't it already?? At least add some imagination into the equation make me feel like i am living it inside and outside the pitch, it is 2020 i mean...2011 did it wayyyyy better cmon!!!!! Another thing that bothers me is the defence mechanism. Long pressing a button feels dumb....you just press that thing until you get the ball automatically and in very few occasions you get dribbled, or the game just FORGETS to change to the closest designated defender even if you press the button (???) and conceive a goal(If YOU try to dribble the AI, i admire you sir, for me is impossible except some body fakes,they know what you are going to do before it is animated!! Dribbles are useful only on PvP and yet again in some rare occasions, because of the almighty LONG PRESS BUTTON). And last but not least, DRIBBLING SYSTEM....it sucks, it sucks aaaaaall the way (again at least for me) if i to brake my fingers and pray the player gets to pull off the dribble...i am going to play some FIFA(which i enjoy only because it is just FUN nothing else really. its dribbles are so easy to pull!!!) I am not saying they should do the shame...but AT LEAST be useful and go through the enemy defence with some style!!! Not having to wait for the player to make a turn for 3 decades....I need to see some passion, imagination, they are already better than money sucking FIFA almost at everything, why not make a step further and give us the ultimate experience...because that is what is supposed to be!!!… Expand

    Pes 2020 is by far better than fifa at this point, pes has great graphics, and the ball moves like a real life game ball, also the new clubs are a great catch. Plus if you want all the real clubs all you have to do is install the option files, and then you have all the clubs.

    Very good game., well balanced, Konami/ PES gameplay is getting better by every year.... PES series and Konami are majestic, . Gameplay is verygood, ball physics is almoust perfect... The future of PES is bright and very succesfull....We would like more options for fullmanual players... I'l give a 9+ score...

    Aside from good graphics, player response as opposed to Cpu controlled is terrible. Also, the refereeing is absolutely laughable, I have played the master league for 5 seasons and i have been fowled in the 18 yard box countless times and i have never been given a penalty. 5 seasons and not a single penalty awarded.

    Physics still suck its the same game as pes 2017 that i owned. U cant release every year the same **** make something new in the end. And why does every time score a foul outside the penalty area when its free kick? How is that even possible in real life ...This is not football but ping pong.

    Finalmente chegou um concorrente decente para acabar com o monopólio lixo da EA Games com o ''FIFA'', curti o jogo, é bem realista e muito bacana de se jogar com amigos. Só gostaria que tivessem mais clubes licenciados e mais organização no menu, porém se tu és fã de futebol, compre e desfrute que esse jogo é muito bom.

Skipped 18 and 19 and came back this year buying 20 at lauch. Despite buying it at launch and having loads of the best players I've still hardly played it as the gameplay is so bad. I don't know what happened since 17 but sometimes it feels like the devs don't even play football. Things like the CBs not being in the penalty area to defend corner kicks. You'll have your small full back matching up against the opp centre forward for an easy headed goal, feels very cheap. The AI feels really bad. It's sluggish and has gone backwards from 17. Often feels very scripted and you may aswell go and play FIFA as whatever made PES different and unique is gone. And of course no changes to the offline modes as usual. Stop releasing yearly games if this is the trash you come out with clearly you need more time.… Expand

    O ultimo PES que eu havia jogado foi o 2016, após isso só joguei FIFA, mas a EA só vinha cagando no jogo. Decidi ir de PES esse ano e não me arrependi, o campeonato brasileiro está muito bom, em relação as ligas não licenciadas, um option file resolve.

    KONAMI has refined the Fox engine over the last 7 years and this game is the culmination. The gameplay just feels SO good, and realistically mimics a real football game. The ball physics are insane and every pass, clearance, shot feels fantastic and realistic. You will never score the same goal twice. Scoring worldies is very difficult, but incredibly rewarding if pulled off. There is also a very wide range of animations now to the point where it rivals FIFA, and even beats it in some regards (GK animations for example). Overall I have very few complaints with the gameplay.

    The lack of licenses and game modes also doesn't bother me personally, since I mostly play Master League (which is addictive as always), and can use an option file to get the correct teams, badges and kits in around 10 minutes.

    If you're comparing MyClub to FIFA's ultimate team though, there isn't a comparison. PES's offering is much more limited though KONAMI is much more generous with its coins so it's easier to build a solid squad and play online. Likewise my criticism of both modes in PES and FIFA is that they are essentially pay-to-win and you will mostly be lining up against Messi-Ronaldo-Mbappe every game.

    The graphics are superb, and although the same level of matchday presentation isn't present as in FIFA, the faces look much better and generally a higher proportion of the players in the game have their faces scanned compared to FIFA, where most of the scanned players are from the Premier League or La Liga. Fans of the Turkish, or Italian league for example, can enjoy a much more realistic experience with PES thanks to the real faces, despite the lower production value in the cutscenes.    … Expand

    The physicality is emphasized this year, physical contacts between players are more realistic; However, dribbling is less effective, and counter attacking play is favored over possession game because of the physicality aspect.

    Before PES 2020, I only played FIFA, but I'm tired of the fact that year after year, the developers of FIFA hack and release almost the same game.. I tried the game from Konami and I really liked it, I still play it. I was particularly pleased with the thorough approach to my favorite team Bayern Munich. Weaker teams get a boost to play like world champions and often even when you have 65% posession and many chances the ball magically decides nope i'm going just past the goal shot after shot chance after chance. oh and did i mention that sometimes the controls become either unresponsive or the player does what he wants regardless of your button input all just so the AI can gain an advantage? sounds like fun right? scripting, scripting and more scripting

    i could go on but i think you understand why all of this is a problem and takes away all the fun which otherwise could have been a great game. good thing i bought this travesty of a game on the recent psn sale for 5 euros but believe me if i could get a refund i would gladly have them give me back my money.    … Expand

    Been playing PES for 15 years. I can honestly say this one is the best overall. There are still some minor problems with the game however, the series is on the right direction.

Incluso    Veo a muy poca gente indignada con este juego y, sinceramente, no lo entiendo. Después de muchos partidos jugados en liga master, puedo confirmar lo siguiente:

    - Los árbitros son pésimos, descaradamente manipulados por la I.A.
    - Faltas inventadas constantemente que cortan el ritmo de juego.
    - Tarjetas amarillas a tutiplén sin, ni si quiera, llegar a tocar al jugador rival. Incluso tocando la pelota, la mitad de las veces o más, te sacan tarjeta amarilla.
    - Fueras de juego que se generan por arte de magia.
    - Empanadas de muchos jugadores: unas veces no disputan la pelota, otras veces se generan conflictos cuando la pelota está entre varios de ellos, etc.

    Empecé a jugar a este juego hace muchísimos años (PES 4) y le tenía cierto cariño a la saga pero después de tantos días tilteado con esta versión, lo odio a un nivel bestial y me obliga, muy a mi pesar, a reemplazarlo por FIFA.

    Konami, tu juego es una auténtica porquería. La gestión de fichajes es muy deficiente y, visualmente, no aporta nada desde hace muchos tiempo. Las nuevas animaciones de las ruedas de prensa del entrenador o las charlas con el equipo son de risa.

    Había pensado prenderle fuego y grabarlo, para después enviar el vídeo a Konami y publicarlo en las redes. Pero al final no, me he decantado por ponerlo a la venta a un precio de risa.

    Espero que algún día aparezca una nueva franquicia que le dé una patada a EA Sports y Konami. Una compañía que sepa sacar lo mejor de ambos juegos, que cuiden la I.A., mimen los modos offline y no se olviden de actualizar las frase de los comentaristas de los partidos.

    I brought PES2020 since Fifa 20 had bad reviews and PES 2020 had really good ones. I was bitterly disappointed, the game play is about on par with Fifa 2004 on the PS2 that I played last week. Graphics are good, buyer gameplay poor, the whole game feels rushed out and cheap throughout. Online matchmaking takes forever. I have asked PSN for a refund but don't hold my breath...

    If they were smart. Their ONLY answer from here is to tear this game apart - raze it to the ground. And then throw everything in the bin...and start again. Rebuild EVERYTHING from the ground up.

    I have created an account just to give this **** game a good 0. I have been playing this game for over 100 hours now. I only play offline since online football games give cancer. But, today I deleted it. There were many patches for this game, where none of them addressed the issues described here (i.e. too many fouls, scripted games, etc.). I only play offline since online football games give cancer. But, today I deleted it.     Konami's greed and lack of care for the fans has reached new lows. This is nothing more than an introduction to gambling, where the objective is to take control of the game away from the players and make them spend money. Should be banned. Don't buy this, and boycott future PES games. It's the only way they will listen.

    UI: the same poor user interface as iterations going back years. This game is stuck in 2003 in terms of design and usability. This year they added a new main menu and that's it. All sub menus, squads, game plan, help menus are all the same and of course have grammar and spelling mistakes. Just a joke.

    Gameplay - offline: on the lower difficulties it can be fun to play, there are some nice touches in terms of ball physics etc. but the game really starts to show its flaws when you ramp up the difficulty. You cannot dribble past a player or execute a skill move no matter how perfect the timing. Free kicks are a certain goal for the AI unless you manually override the keeper and the referees are programmed to favour the AI.

    Gameplay - online: The worst football game I have ever played online in my life. There are no servers, relying on p2p. The game isn't responsive enough to do anything, your own teammates will bug out gifting opponent's opportunities, fouls are not awarded resulting in rugby tackling matches, finesse dribbling is useless, cancerous tactics are abused such as kick off goals, playing 4 or 5 centre backs with no midfield but a front 4 to rely on 1-2 spam (who can blame people, the game has been designed to suit this meta), extremely long pause menus where your opponent can keep you waiting for upto 2 minutes and no chance to be able to see your goal in replays as it can be skipped, as well as not being able to see specific replays post match but having to cycle through every single one like I did when I first played pes 3.

    No word on the devs on fixes, they're done with the game it seems. Poor poor entry and I have limited faith the next iteration will be any better    … Expand

    In addition to making things worse, the gameplay is totally lost, with players sending passes to others you weren't even aiming for, 3 seconds or more delay to answer the controls, kicks that always go exactly in the opponent's leg or back , the long passes are terrible! you want a simple long pass, but the player applies an absurdly strong kick, the defenders and goalkeepers on your team always seem to be retarded, many times the team makes soft moves in danger moves.
    Anyway, as if these stupid mistakes were not enough, artificial intelligence always seems to have control of us, when it wants to win a game, it will win, no matter if your team is superior or you know how to play well, and always when you miss something that is to say, a goal comes from the opponent, no matter how, they always score after any miserable mistake.
    When you are losing, any move created or any kick insists on hitting the post or miraculously going out, it may even hit the two posts that it will not enter, in addition to that your players never rebound, they are always displaced or follow the ball and don't kick!
    Certainly the worst of the franchise I played, it was the last chance I gave Konami, it looks like a worse PES2019.    … Expand

    The sprint speed is uncontrollable. After playing a few games, you will eventually know when your player is going to run outside of the field if you are sprinting. It becomes predictable how the speed management work in this game. This game needs to add multiple sprint levels.

    The dribbling control does not make sense. The defenders easily suffocate you.

    You can’t effectively customize your controller settings. Somehow, defense and offense control buttons have an interlocking relationship. You can often kick the ball and hit the opponent in front of you where the interaction seems pretty unrealistic.

    The pass/clear power does not accurately work. Alot of times where I want to clear the ball with my goalie, he doesn't put power behind the ball.

    The defenders sometimes wonder off and move around to open up for the opponent.

    The passing in some cases is just too off.

    The game feels ok but they have a lot of work to do. The updates they come up with doesn't fix any of these issues. There are many more issues with the game and I hope other people can cover them.    … Expand

    The offline modes have also been neglected for MyClub. Become a legend hasn't been adapted in years, and Master League is borderline unplayable with a regen system out of the nineties using retiring players as 16yo youth players and the inability to even create your own manager. Today I managed to sign Lionel Messi for 20M and and Lingard too. This is a far cry from the "realistic transfers" we were promised.

    Players will never be taken out on loan, you can build super teams far to quickly, and the pre season tournaments are just a joke as Rotherham will never play in the ICC Champions Cup, it's just utterly ridiculous and gimmicky that this is the only major license they have to flaunt.

    If you're thinking of making the change from FIFA don't, this series now is as bad as FIFA, if not even worse    … Expand

    Free kicks are easier to score than penalties.

    Finally I bought the game because of the demo but the final release is a totally different game. Konamis response was that they changed the demo because of customer demands. That's just wrong. A demo is a demonstration of how the final product will be so we can decide if we like it or not and buy it.

    If you wanted to beta test release a beta version months back and ask for feedback and then release a demo that represents the final release.

It punishes inexperience in some areas, notably around freekicks, where it gives you options for both jumping the wall and directing your keeper. Passing in general is realistic and smooth when done right, but ultimately how you fare will depend on how you do in the tactical battle against opponents.

    The AI is quite adaptive with how they deal with you. If you get too one dimensional, most opponents will work you out and stifle you. They will look for weaknesses, and if you have glaring ones, they will be found.

    Excellent graphics as ever from the series, and the quality and coverage of faces is the best of any football game ever released.

    The improvements to licensing and editing is also notable, with a number of new teams in the series. Notably, the return of Juventus, Bayern and Manchester United are good to see. With a licenced Serie A, and Serie B, it is the most complete Italian football experience out there are the moment.

    The game will also be the official game of Euro 2020, with a free DLC coming later in the year. Notably, however, all European nations are already in the game and full licenced. This is the first time this has ever happened for a football game, with all previous Euro games not having all teams licenced. PES 2016 had all real players, but some unlicenced teams in the competition, and many European sides missing. Euro 2012 by EA didn't even having both of the hosts licenced, one not even having real players. PES 2020 already has everybody, including Andorra, Gilbraltar, etc. It will be interesting to see the final version of the mode.

    MyClub is fun, but if that's all you're really into it, it would be worth playing PESLite first instead. The game is so much more than it's cashgrab online mode, which seems a requirement in modern sports gaming for whatever reason.

    The online itself is fun, but the game really shines offline. I would recommend it to anyone who misses the days career mode being the main mode in football games.

    The 2020 edition is the most realistic virtual football I have ever encountered. After learning the gameplay’s basics you get a lot of fun and each passing hour makes it even better. Shame that after finishing the career, checking out the multiplayer and playing a few exhibition matches there is nothing left to do here. [12/2019, p.64]
