    Great game cerebral badass combat and levels. intensity of Quake married with Doom's enemy roster and its violent, cathartic attitude.

Ammo counts have been massively reduced, pushing the player towards intelligent use of their loadout.     The end result of all of this is a hyper-intense gameplay loop of constant movement, weapon swapping, and decision making. It makes you feel like a demon-slaying god when you finally overcome. It's extremely engaging to the point that I keep coming back even after like 4 playthroughs.

    Just came back after last May when they did the stupid Denuvo Anti-cheat update. This is a good game and I recommend you play it.

    They perfected the game-loop, Doom has finally reach its final form .
    Now it has shooting, slaying, mobility, resource management and weak point system. Facking dank.

    the series went from:
    1 & 2 Dooms - simple atmosphere and shooting in 3D environment, where it was revolutionary at that time.
    Doom 3 - corridor horror jumpy kinda game. Doom 4 (2016) - rebooting and implementing new techs, but with flaws, many directions and short. Doom 5 (Eternal) - figured out its own direction and went full on with it, which why it's going to take some time to get    the series went from:
    1 & 2 Dooms - simple atmosphere and shooting in 3D environment, where it was revolutionary at that time.

    Doom Eternal es el mejor juego de disparos en primera persona que he jugado desde el F.E.A.R original, de hecho, puede que me guste aún más debido al valor de repetición que siento que obtendré de este juego.

    Purists will say that the difference between this and the original Doom series is so wide that this blurs the boundaries of what game you can call Doom or not. But hear me on this, I DON'T CARE! This game is like Quake and Painkiller both better games than original Doom or **** tier Doom 3.

    This looks beautiful, it really does and every credit to the devs. 10/10
    Gameplay on the harder skills is tough as nails, you'll be swarmed by enemies and weapon switches can't come fast enough. Bind your weapons properly, it'll be fine, trust me. It reminds me of Serious Sam, Quake, Unreal Tournament 2004 all rolled into one.

    Over the top yet strategic action with great weapons, music that gets you in the zone, ultra detailed and thoughtful demonic/futuristic/medieval environments with lots of secrets. Puzzles and platforming to breaks everything up nicely. It's just insane how good this game is.

    Doom Eternal isn't just some random old first person shooter you see publishers funding month after month. It isn't some modern military shooter. It's a puzzle game - nay, a rhythm game disguised as an FPS. That rhythm being a quite literal chainsaw metal soundtrack carried by the game's immaculate level design.

    The enemy design is the strongest I've ever seen in a game. Each one    Doom Eternal isn't just some random old first person shooter you see publishers funding month after month. It isn't some modern military shooter. It's a puzzle game - nay, a rhythm game disguised as an FPS. That rhythm being a quite literal chainsaw metal soundtrack carried by the game's immaculate level design.

    The enemy design is the strongest I've ever seen in a game. Each one offering something completely different and unique opportunities to destroy them. Every arena is a glorified flowchart where you're assessing your ammo, health, and armor reserves at every given moment. Not to mention the dozens of demons that are always in your face, ready to be shot at.

    Doom Eternal is a masterclass of modern video game design and the best non-VR FPS to have ever been made.    … Expand

    The sophistication and fluidity of the combat in this game is amazing. Doom 2016 is crap compare to this and any here claiming otherwise is blinded by nostalgia for that game lol.

    What epic game highly recommend. i know i don't have a lot of hours on PC version but that's because it kept crashing, but I beat it on PS4 and it worked perfectly fine.
