Fast, dynamic and extremely competitive, Disc Jam is absolutely entertaining, considering the few structural problems.

Disc Jam isn't Windjammers, has no single mode games and graphic issues, but it's free in PS Plus service, its fun with friends and it's addictive.

Disc Jam gets the hardest part right delivering a great gameplay, but fails to offer a more complete product. Thankfully, that's easy to fix, and we hope the team behind it adds more content soon. If you have PS Plus, give it a try.

Disc Jam has all of the ingredients of a classic but it just doesn't feel fully cooked. Flat visuals and some balance issues prevent this disc tossing sim from reaching the same highs as Rocket League, even if its gameplay loop is fairly accessible and sporting some great depth. That said, though, if this is High Horse Entertainment's Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars moment, then we can't wait to see what it delivers next time it takes to the field.

Great pick up and play game. Really good party game and pretty easy to get a tournament going. The game mode can get a little repetitive but IGreat pick up and play game. Really good party game and pretty easy to get a tournament going. The game mode can get a little repetitive but I would imagine they developers would release additional game modes in the future.
Its free this month on PS+ so defo can't complain. I played the Beta and would have been happy to pay for it.

The gameplay has a decent amount of depth thanks to the variety of shots available to you and everything is pretty fast paced but, to be honest, I can't say I enjoyed it all that much. The biggest issue is that the controls never really feel comfortable and, even after a good few hours play, trying to return shots and sustain any kind of rally still felt like hard work.

As a free PS+ offering its worth trying out but I don't think Disc Jam is destined to have the longevity of the excellent Rocket League.
