Jun 22, 2019Before I had my doubts, but when I bought this game I was completely blown away. All the characters are well written and really make you care for their story. The graphics look absolutely stunning. There are many choices and it shows the amount of work put into this game. Every chapter was so intriguing to play. Defenietly, buy this game and its worth it.

Aug 10, 2018Best graphics I've seen on PS4, and you really feel like your choices affect the story. I'm now playing through for a 2md time to see some of the other paths I can take. The fact it shows you all the options on a tree, is a great bit of transparency, to prove that there are really lots of paths through the story.

-
May 30, 2018Outstands all previous Quantic Dream games in story graphics and choice depth, extensive different ways to resolve the stories, good theme but with racism segregation and discrimination approaches that feel unreal because them, in reality, are present today,

May 27, 2018One of the best games of this generation. As his previous game Beyond:Two Souls, David Cage offers us a absolutely beautiful and immersive experience that transforms philosophical and political questions into one of the greatest piece of art of our time.
-
Sep 5, 2019If you like games that prioritize story above else then look no further. If you love telltale walking dead series, then this is the game for you! The story is touching and it is exactly what I want in a game.
If you want to shoot things and play an open world game, go play 99% of the AAA games that are available to you but leave this 1% for us to enjoy :) -
Jun 9, 2018It was a really good. I went skeptical because of David Cage's history, yet i was blown away by this game. such a captivating story that it left me breathless at times. A bit heavy handed in places thematically; nevertheless, a great game that I recommend to anyone looking for a fun and rewarding experience.

May 28, 2018A David Cage classic hit. First play through of the game will only reveal part of it with an invite to go back and either play it choosing different routes or part of it if you wish with a few twists in your decision making. Loved how this tackles a sci-fi futuristic topic with so much depth, brilliant game, graphics is out of this world.

May 26, 2018Another brilliant work of art by David Cage I havent completed it but so far I find it absolutely enthralling.

May 26, 2018Probably the best work David Cage has done yet. Besides some pacing issues it has a very good run time with a story while clique is gripping enough to enjoy throughout and with branching decisions that do have an effect on the story, it is money well spent.

Jun 5, 2018Love this game!
I’ve been playing videogames since the late 1970s and this game’s visuals just blow me away!
Three stories in one game, linked in part, with so many options/choices that replaying is just as good! -

Aug 18, 2019Detroit: Become Human delivers a story with a ton of possible choices, and a lot of questions for a player to bear afterward. If you like it when games make you think about them after you play them, this is the game for you. Stunning visuals and music score, make you forget about some weaker points of the game. But all in all, it is an enjoyable experience you should not miss.
-
Dec 21, 2018Detroit: Become Human looks and sounds great, and includes key player choices throughout, though it could have benefited greatly from a tighter script. While it’s commendable that Quantic Dream tried to cover hot-button issues in a big-budget video game, it works better when focused on the personal character moments than the bigger themes that don’t dig deep enough to make a meaningful impact.
-
Game World Navigator MagazineSep 26, 2018Although the narrative is fairly linear, there are enough branching paths over the course of the game to make it feel like your actions matter. That allows Detroit to still be fun even on multiple playthroughs – and for an interactive movie, that’s a rare praise. [Issue#231, p.68]
