    One of THE best looking games I've ever played - and definetly the best from Quantic Dream.
    Only thing keeping it from being a 10/10 from me is the "flow chart" after every "mission" or "scene" which totally breaks the immersion for me, personally.
    Other than that, it's the second best game of 2018 so far, only lacking behind God of War.

    Beautiful graphic and deep emotional story game, it is a qte game, if you like those type of games with great graphic and good story line, then this game us for you.
    I really love it.

    A nice deviation from the games being released as of late, the story is told very well, amazing soundtrack to accompany it, and characters are likable. While gameplay is mainly exploration and QTE the different possible events that can happen throughout your play through as an effect of your choices keeps you engaged.     If you liked Life is Strange, the Walking Dead and Heavy Rain, you've probably already bought this game and know as well as I do that anything less than a 10/10 is an insult to this masterpiece. This is an instant classic that will be mentioned on all lists of the best story-driven games ever produced, the quality of animations, dialogues, presentation and world-building is phenomenal,If you liked Life is Strange, the Walking Dead and Heavy Rain, you've probably already bought this game and know as well as I do that anything less than a 10/10 is an insult to this masterpiece.     Heavy Rain was a guilty pleasure of mine. Despite it's blatant flaws, I was sucked into the story and couldn't wait to find out where it was going. I have very similar feelings about Detroit: Become Human, however it's definitely an improvement over the former. The acting is fantastic and the characters are more fully-realized. That being said, the story goes from great melodrama to aHeavy Rain was a guilty pleasure of mine. It's kind of unfortunate, because this starts off fantastic but quickly diverges into a very trashy and goofy storyline. Yet, like Heavy Rain, I was already attached to these characters and couldn't wait to see how I could manipulate it to head back to a darker finale.… Expand

    A lot of people are going to flood the reviews with hate because it's a David Cage game, I'd say ignore that. This is the best written and acted game Quantic Dream has ever made. I beat the game last night. It is easily one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had and is probably the greatest choice based game ever made. It was intense. I felt genuine fear, sadness, joy, cried during aA lot of people are going to flood the reviews with hate because it's a David Cage game, I'd say ignore that. This is the best written and acted game Quantic Dream has ever made. I beat the game last night. It is easily one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had and is probably the greatest choice based game ever made. It was intense. I felt genuine fear, sadness, joy, cried during a few parts. I empathized with all the characters even the side characters whom I often put myself in danger to save, they mattered that much to me. I made some mistakes, and living with the impacts of my decisions really made me question myself afterwards.     This game blew my expectations away. I thought it would just be another slightly gimmicky but fun David Cage game, but NO, Detroit: Become Human is absolutely amazing and another PS4 must-have.

    Some chapters have as many as 3 decision tree tracks, which are only accessible based on decisions made in previous chapters. Some chapters are even missable based on your decisions.     I’m on my second playthrough and choosing completely different decisions and I’m experiencing a very different narrative.

    As far as graphics, they are up there with the new God of War, possibly better depending on your aesthetics. The soundtrack is also amazing, with different composers for each main character—helping with their unique feel and story.

    I fell in love with the characters. The cast are all amazing actors and it was the one of the few times I cared about characters in a video game.

    In conclusion, I imagine I will play the complete game at least 4 times before I see mostly everything/get bored.

    This game is really masterpiece of it genre. I've never played game from beginning to end without relax. It's very intriguing and I can call this game not game of the year, but game of generation!

    Not sure why reviewers are giving this gem low rating but this is simply one of the best experiences created by David Cage.
    A must play for every PS4 owner.

    Magnificent game! Its like watching a movie in the future. To say its beautiful is an understatement! IT is simply out of this world! The emotion, reality and the truth contained within our own possible future is perfectly portrayed. The graphics are simply GORGEOUS especially with a ps4 pro and 4k tv! The actresses and actresses are also sublime and dont even get me started on theirMagnificent game! Its like watching a movie in the future. To say its beautiful is an understatement!     Yet again, David Cage proves that he can "Make ze bad game" while still making tons of money. I guess this is an actual improvement from his last game, the one with the Secret Underwater Chinese Ghost Base, since Cage's strength is within small scenes which he has sprinkled about the game. I have to admit I really didn't want to play this, but here I am reviewing it after getting halfwayYet again, David Cage proves that he can "Make ze bad game" while still making tons of money. Multiple endings, hundreds of difficult choices, and characters you get very emotionally attached to! The replay value of this game is great. You can play this a solid 3 or 4 times before things seem repetitive.Do not listen to the negative reviews. This game is fantastic, and very entertaining.     This is a really good work from QD regarding sceneraios and cinematics (story telling), but then again the gameplay is suffering. I think they should make their games more playable and (in the case of this particular game) harder. However itrust that if they can mix their works better, they'll be one of the best story driven devs in the industry. GJ and i'll keep looking for your job

Kara and Chloe becomes best waifus 2018, Marcus shows da wey to his android race and did that great. Connor...oh, that guy is sick! (I mean, amazing)

    Having played Beyond two souls, Fahrenheit, Heavy Rain, I knew what to expect from this game. The innovation of the graphics is very obvious in this title. The gameplay was something I already expected having played their old games. The care and effort in this game is very prevelent in the actions you take during in game. although the writing is somewhat cliche at times, you tend to forgetHaving played Beyond two souls, Fahrenheit, Heavy Rain, I knew what to expect from this game.     Detroit: Become Human delivers a story with a ton of possible choices, and a lot of questions for a player to bear afterward. If you like it when games make you think about them after you play them, this is the game for you. Stunning visuals and music score, make you forget about some weaker points of the game. But all in all, it is an enjoyable experience you should not miss.

    Detroit: Become Human looks and sounds great, and includes key player choices throughout, though it could have benefited greatly from a tighter script. While it’s commendable that Quantic Dream tried to cover hot-button issues in a big-budget video game, it works better when focused on the personal character moments than the bigger themes that don’t dig deep enough to make a meaningful impact.

    Although the narrative is fairly linear, there are enough branching paths over the course of the game to make it feel like your actions matter. That allows Detroit to still be fun even on multiple playthroughs – and for an interactive movie, that’s a rare praise. [Issue#231, p.68]
