    Beautiful story etc but this game unplayable! There were no ps4 footage videos and real presentation of this game and it’s condition. But we heard from CD project red that they created this game for current generation. Look at Red Dead Redemption 2. Know what? It works and it looks amazing contrary to Cyberpunk

    This is an embarrassment of a release on the PS4. The performance is staggeringly bad, and while the visual design and a lot of the writing are noteworthy, they're hard to enjoy through the blurry, undertextured mess of the graphics. There are also significant shortcuts taken in the AI and character pathfinding, which seem to be indications of a troubled development and poor management.This is an embarrassment of a release on the PS4.     Bugs are constant and omnipresent, ranging from ragdoll physics failures to scripting breakdowns that leave key missions in an unwinnable state. There's some fun to be had from memeing the more visually incongruous moments, but they play havoc on any attempts at immersion.

    How much CD Projekt RED can fix remains to be seen. Even if the majority of the bugs are squished and the console visual performance brought to an acceptable level from its current abominable one, it's hard to not be left with the impression that there's too many areas where the game is simply half-baked, even on high end PC platforms where its impressive graphics engine is not constrained by hardware deficiencies.

    Can I give this game a rating less than 0? No? Disappointing. Basically, it's porn with a little bit of game around it. Developers focussed way too much on the porn aspect instead of making a game that was playable.

The product is broken on PS5, crashes frequently, even in the FTUE, has bad graphics and a last-gen settings forced upon a next-gen console. Apart from that, regular CDPR problems - counter-intuitive and messy inventory and every menu that is not cyberware (which is stolen straight from Deus Ex).     This game is actually a scam full of bugs and huge drop frames and poor performance the rendering is super slow you will have to wait 10 seconds in the area to load perfectly! I don’t know they worked for about 9 years!!

    Absolutely shameless release by CDPR. Forced staff to work massive amounts of overtime, delayed the game 3 times, put a blackout on counsel reviews, and released the game buggy and incomplete.

    My first review here. To be honest, it's the first time in my life that I play a game with such blurry graphics and constant popping issues. I had to stop because of headaches after 30min due to the constant blurriness and fps drop. Will wait to get a PS5 and the next gen update.

    Versión 1.04 en PS4, 6 horas de juego, he apagado, volveré a probar en unos meses, bug, textura de ps2/3, caida de frame, te llegan a doler hasta los ojos literalmente. Un insulto , y lo peor es que los supuestos medios especializados lo califican de obra maestra.

    And with more free content and support promised.

    As of the 1.04 patch the base PS4 is running at a consistent 30fps.
    Don't believe the negative press (unless your Xbox One user, they really need another patch).
    How CDPR has managed to squeeze this onto the PS4 is miraculous.

    I hit a bug in the 3 main story mission that will not let me progress. This issue does not fix itself no matter the many ways I try to fix it. The game is literally unplayable

    Lamentável lançarem um jogo neste estado, foram 7 anos em desenvolvimento, infelizmente só quem tem um PC bem parrudo ou a nova geração de consoles em mãos irá conseguir rodar e jogar este jogo sem os Crashes, sem os Bugs, sem a *fog que está deixando o jogo borrado, em fim, o jogo saiu quebrado.

What I did expect, rightfully so I think, was simply a game that looked and ran like your regular PS4 game (not even some technical wonder like RDR2, no, just your regular PS4 AAA game). But this was a total kick in the nuts. They really should've shown what last gen console users are getting into... This is inexcusable. Should've been delayed or outright cancelled, not sold to deceived customers.

    If the problems get fixed, I'm coming back and changing the score. There is definitely a great game hidden under all those problems, but due to it being nearly unplayable, I can't give more than a 3/10.    … Expand

    There's still a couple of them out there but in a nutshell this game is playable.
    I'm loving the story and gameplay although for the amount of time I was expecting something else. If you liked Deus Ex, you're going to love CP2077. - I'm hoping that CDPR will put as much effort going forward as Hello Games    I'm playing in PS4 second gen.     NPCs in a car will not attempt to move or exit their vehicle if you assault them with bullets/another vehicle.

    NPCs will not acknowledge the player if they run the player over with their car.

    NPCs will not attempt to steal their vehicle back if you steal it from them.

    NPCs will not attack you or defend themselves in any way or form, even if engaged upon with just fists.

    Police spawn around the player's vision when the player is wanted, forever, until they attempt to hide or drive away.

    Police to not attempt to question, warn, or arrest the player for even the smallest crime commited, for example if you bump into them or accidently enter a private area.

    Police are incapable of driving cars and chasing the player if they drive away.

    Police will not attack hostile targets like Gangs if they are not already doing so in an activity.

    Police will know if the player has attacked an NPC in the middle of the badlands and spawn next to the player, without vehicles.

    NPCs will rarely thank or acknowledge the player if they are helped by the player.

    Scripted NPCs that have dialog will say their dialog then proceed to stand there forever. They will also repeat the same dialog if the player leaves the area and visits again later.

    The game also craxhes every couple of hours without fail. Textures don't load up. Etc etc    … Expand

    It's not a finished product. Don't buy it yet. Wait a year or maybe two. Lots of minor issues that ruin the experience. It's only pretty but not enough. Doesn't compare to Ghost of Tsushima.

    Poorly optimised and unfinished game. Completely unplayable when driving a car or moving fast through the city. Lots of times the textures don’t load and it may completely corrupt the savefile.

    It is sold as a ps4 game, but it runs terribly on ps4. Please learn something from Arkham Knight PC version, Rocksteady re-developed the game, and it is awesome on PC now. PLEASE re-develop the ps4 version game.

    I’m playing the game on PS5 however some of the the texture resolution is so low they look like something taken out from a 15 yo game. Also the character model in the mirror reflection is insanely low quality too.

    I’m gonna shelve the game until the next gen patch is out.

    Cyberpunk 2077 would be a great game If It hasn't so many bugs and crashes that make It unplayable, inclusive in ps5. The story is not bad, but the combat, I think, is Broken. It is a triple A Game, but other titles double A like The Outerworlds are in same level and have nothing envidiable with The polish Game. If you want to play it, It is better than you play The game in February withCyberpunk 2077 would be a great game If It hasn't so many bugs and crashes that make It unplayable, inclusive in ps5.     The game was really promising but it looks like something totally went wrong. Eventually, the game came out absolutely unplayable (and I say just based on the first hour of the game): - the graphics and fps are painful to look at; - player is walking through npcs; - game does not respond to    CDPR!     The game was really promising but it looks like something totally went wrong. Eventually, the game came out absolutely unplayable (and I say just based on the first hour of the game):

    - the graphics and fps are painful to look at;
    - player is walking through npcs;
    - game does not respond to commands (takes 3 times to press L3 to start sprinting, R1 8 times to turn on/off the radio in the car, and arrow 15 times to change the view of the car);
    - shooting parts are nightmare where npcs simply don’t shoot;
    - looks like ui has been done by a person with a real lack of understanding in design and conveying information because everything that’s going on in character upgrade menu is a mess as well as in inventory;
    - the picture is jumping from one place to another and back (you stay at one point, start moving, it throws you straight then back);
    - generally, a lot of stupid and unrealistic fails (i.e. pay attention at how you grab the body).

    CDPR messed up completely, thought they warned that the game has not been finished. I am not an impressive person and I always admit the possibility that the game can be messed up but not to that extent. I am really sorry for people who indeed relied on the promised quality and took time off to enjoy it. CDPR showed themselves as an unserious and irresponsible company who can’t be trusted. With such a tremendous budget and such a remarkable marketing campaign, they should have done a GTA V level game. Hopefully, they will fix the majority of bugs soon and make the game at least somehow playable. Otherwise, it will be a complete shame.    … Expand

    The worst game I have ever played on my ps4. How can people release a game in this state and charge 70€ for it? It is a ripoff, a scam, a fraud. Actually theft if you add in the fact that they deliberately withheld the videos of console version of the game at the release. If even Sony kicks you out, you know that you messed up for good. Shame on you CDPR.

    Im from Portugal, and i played (i dont know how i could play this game so long) for 14 hours in PS4. This game starts with loading screen images bug, menus delay are insane, the option for accepting and tracking missions by the cellphone are delayed, sounds, gunshooting, etc are too **** delayed, everything is a mess. Bugs on the npc's, bug's on the vehicles, bugs in our character, bugs onIm from Portugal, and i played (i dont know how i could play this game so long) for 14 hours in PS4. I demand my money, after that i dont want ot know what cdproject will do in the future, this game is a joke.     Разочарование десятилетия, сюжет банальный и читабельный до самых последний секунд, мир мертвый, куда не посмотришь то там ничего не происходит, все привязано только к сюжету, про производительность и оптимизацию вообще молчу, но ее со временем поправят, но история останется прежней, которая ничем не цепляет.

    The game is still not recommended for PS4 Base and/or Pro.
    But I have hopes that an upgrade for the PS5 will make the game what it is supposed to be and honestly once fixed it can easily be a 9/10 but sadly it will be forever marked for the bad launch.

    Currently, I can't give it more than a 5/10.

    Wish people didn't see CDPR as some god tier development studio because they put out one great game, which also had many issues at launch. Played on PS5 and it ran well, but crashed a lot and had quest bugs. The story itself is pretty good and does some unique things.

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
