    I own this game on PS4 and PC, and just because it's incredible on PC does not give CDPR a pass.

    The game should not have been released to BASE PS4/XBOX users.

    CDPR Corporate should be thrown in jail!

    The PS4 pro version has only 3 cars driving through night city, frequent observation of the same character models walking next to each other I last saw that in GTA SA ironically that game at least had better performance, crowd density is extremely low.

    7 years in development and it’s not a finished product. CDPR has to fix this as soon as possible. I’ve encountered a game-breaking bug that will not let me continue gameplay. Completely unacceptable.

    Не видел ни одной игры на PS4 с таким паршивым графоном, мылом и багами. Да что уж там, на PS3 даже не видел. Глаза вытекли на 20й минуте, играть невозможно. Общее ощущение от игры примерно такие, будто ты в 90-х купил пиратку камерку на зажеванной VHS и пытаешься это посмотреть с периодически ходящими перед экраном на записи зрителями. Но за-то комплекте есть 3 замечательных открыткиНе видел ни одной игры на PS4 с таким паршивым графоном, мылом и багами. Да что уж там, на PS3 даже не видел. Yes, I think the bugs and everything is boring, but it amuses me so much I can't explain it, the game IS EXTRAORDINARY, honestly the only problem is that the game gets so many errors, but other than that it is such a good game, you know?     A total glitch galore with PS3 graphics on a PS4 pro. This game has serious issues. Textures don't load, cars fall out of the sky or appear right in front of you. Ai logic is at times completely absent.

    Wanted system is totally broken. Spinning the camera around is sometimes enough to escape a wanted level. For example, I encountered mission characters that can't be interacted with and missing dialogue options. PS4 crashes to a blue error screen when driving at full speed into a new area. After a crash all game settings revert to default. I can go on and on about the state of this game but you get the point. Absolutely not ready for launch. I've been playing videogames for 25 years now and have never experienced anything like this. A great game in potential but presenting your paying customers and loyal fans an alpha version at full price is baffling.    … Expand

It looks blurry and horrible. We have been scammed. Definetly not worth $60. Full of bugs and gliches. Some people cant even run the game. Constantly crashes    Seriously. Do not buy this game.

    They will definitely make improvements to this game but on release it was unplayable. I can not comment on the game because although I bought a copy I couldn't play it. CD Projekt CEO lied when he said Cyberpunk 2077 runs "surprisingly well on PS4 and Xbox One Consoles". It was UNPLAYABLE! Biggest scam in Gaming History.

I’ve experienced quite a few crashes, but that still doesn’t spoil the game for me. People need to remember that an RPG is different to your Fortnites and Call of Dutys.     BUGS pull you out of the immersion all the time. Crashes. Floating items. Overlapping dialogue. Corpses going 2D. Items that cannot be picked up. Incoming calls that interrupt missions. Missions that cannot be completed. etc. etc.

    "Features" pull you out of the immersion. Some one thought it was a good idea to make a ui that is constantly flickering and moving. Skipping dialogue will    BUGS pull you out of the immersion all the time. Crashes. Floating items. Overlapping dialogue. Corpses going 2D. Items that cannot be picked up. Incoming calls that interrupt missions. Missions that cannot be completed. etc. etc.

    "Features" pull you out of the immersion. Some one thought it was a good idea to make a ui that is constantly flickering and moving. Skipping dialogue will "fast-forward" effect. BrainDancing is a pain for the eyes. Dialogues being translated is annoying.

    Missions are a mess. You get dozens of missions in your journal whether you want to or not. And all are important NOW NOW NOW. Yet, all can wait.

    Controller scheme is a mess. Square to hop of a ladder? All other games have square to get ON a ladder and circle to get OFF.

    This game is a mess. Even they fix all the all bugs. Shame on CD Project Red.    … Expand

I felt compelled to as gamers need to be warned that this is the biggest ripoff in the history of gaming. I was a huge Witcher fan and like many put faith in CDPR to release a game that is at least playable on PS4. It's not. It's also worth noting that I'll take gameplay over graphics, but this is an absolute mess of a game. The screen seems like it's been smeared in vaseline, the textures are atrocious, floating cars and NPCs with no faces are just some of the things you'll encounter. The worst thing is the poor performance means no joy can even be taking in the shooting and gameplay. Ultimately, this should never have been released on last gen. I can't imagine patches fixing how bad this looks. The worst part is that CD project red knew it all along, and committed borderline fraud in the run up to release with their actions to withhold the truth. They should refund buyers of this game on PS4. I've never felt this way about a game before, even some of the travesties from Bethesda. Shame on you CDPR. I won't be pre-ordering one of their games again. They have a lot to answer for her. Stay away.… Expand

    The story is a good one, but it is useless if the game is unplayable. The FPS drops to 15 during combat and while exploring the open world by car, as well as pop-ups from NPCs and vehicles. Many times the textures take about 10 seconds to load and everything is blurry. THAT IS A SHAME!!

    Die frame rate ist sehr instabil ( die ist zwischen 5 und 15 Gefühl ) die Auflösung ist bei 720p.
    Texturen plopen nach ca 6 sec auf.

    Great story, awesome characters, good game mechanics - both shooting and hacking feels rewarding. PS4 port that could be done a bit better, thats why 9 and not 10. Totaly worth every ED spent ;)

    Not much to add really. The game speaks for itself. One of the worst optimized games of all time hidden behind marketing lies and fake gameplay footage. Games like TLOU2, GOT and RDR2 showed how powerful the PS4 can still be so there is no excuse for a game running this badly.

    I’m playing on PS5, what is offering me a really nice experience so far. Of course I’d wished to me a little more rpg elements here and there. Or growing hair, little survival elements here and there etc, but that’s just personal taste. I like immersive stuff like this but I know a lot of players probably don’t, they rather expect a smooth tripe A experience. Technical issues aside, II’m playing on PS5, what is offering me a really nice experience so far. Of course I’d wished to me a little more rpg elements here and there.     - graphics. Wtf? Gta 5 on xbox 360 looks better. Car models are horrible. Everything has literally maximum of 3 polygons. Not mentioning the blur, the fact that graphics shapens and blurs interchangeably. A lot of grain. FPS are below norm. 15-20 in the city. The graphics and bugs together make it sooo bad. So so bad.
    - mechanics. Map is too zoomed. I dont know where to turn on time if i ride too fast. The boss in a mech suit was just standing and shooting at me. I finished him with bare hands on normal diff because it didnt move. AI is broken. Police shows up from anywhere in 1 second if you commit a crime. - Story is great. Amazing. Im in love with the world and its potential. But it will never be a 9/10 game on PS4. Why did you release it? Such a bad decision. It should only be next gen and pc. You have lost so much reputatioN. I will never preorder again from you. Anything. The witcher was one of my top 3 games of all time. You lost soooo much respect of fans by making them buy an unfinished product. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A LAST GEN GAME and you didn't make it one.

    I am NOT angry because of the severely downgraded graphics, despite the fact that there many games on PS4 (Pro) that look jaw droppingly pretty.
    BUT I am very pissed because of the terrible sickness-inducing framerate. Any time there's some action happening on the screen, the game becomes virtually unplayable, and then    I am NOT worried about the many bugs, because those can be fixed.

    Runs and looks great on my PS4 pro. Not sure why so many are complaining. The city is not as alive as GTA and you can't do anything like stealing from houses in the elder scrolls. But story, characters, and gameplay is great so far.
    It's like a great open wprld deus ex game, but with deeper rpg elements.

    -Life path has no impact.

    -Illusion of choice with dialogue. You have one optional dialogue option which will just lead you back to one or two story progressing dialogue options which have the same outcome. No way to craft your V into who you want, female V has more personality than male V. -Lack of customization. There are no options to change the body type of your V.     -Lack of customization. There are no options to change the body type of your V. No sliders, all features are presets. Lacking a wider variety of colors. No further in game customization, once you pick your V in the beginning you’re stuck with that. No barbers, no tattoo shops, no plastic surgeons.

    -No transmog. You can’t style your V how you like because stats are tied to wearing specific clothing. You have to look like a clown to have good stats.

    -Feels like a looter shooter, not a well thought out RPG. Crafting is useless, you just pick up new weapons with slightly higher stats. There’s no reason to upgrade weapons for measly .5% improvements in stats when you can just pick up something better on the ground. You can’t feel attached to weapons or certain play styles as you cycle through new weapons quickly with no incentive to invest in more creative methods for dealing with situations. Most situations are most easily dealt with by just blasting your way through. Stealth is horrible, and there’s little incentive to hack and sneak your way through a situation.

    -Way too much random loot. Loot should feel significant or useful at the right time, like before a boss fight. The screen is absolutely cluttered with a comedic amount of loot. It breaks immersion from the story missions, clearing rooms of loot in time sensitive situations. You have to just pick everything up and check it after the mission to see what’s junk and what’s a keeper. -AI of NPCs is among the worst I’ve ever seen. This gets to the heart of why the game is a disappointment. Night City feels dead. NPCs walk around like zombies. They are not interactive. They either say one line, don’t react to your actions, crouch in fear over violent actions, or just despawn or glitch out right in front of you. -Police AI is abysmal. There is NO dynamic driving AI in this game whatsoever. This means cops can’t chase you and can’t search for you or “investigate” like in other games with wanted systems. They simply spawn all around you instantly and start blasting. Kill one person in the middle of the desert? Doesn’t matter, cops are on your ass instantly. Commit a crime at the end of a dead end alley? Cops will spawn behind you at the dead end of the alley. Any dynamic driving or chasing is only done in on the rails story missions.

    -General lack of interactivity with the world. You can’t go shopping, very few vendors. Talks from CDPR about the map being vertical and a lot of places being explorable is a straight up lie. Most doors are locked with nothing behind. Can’t go to the bar and grab a drink, can’t go clubbing, tons of arcade machines everywhere and you can’t play a single one, no mini games in general, can’t grab a bite to eat from street vendors. Exploration isn’t rewarding, there is no “finding your favorite little spot”.

    -Driving isn’t fun or responsive and other NPCs can’t drive dynamically. If their path is blocked, they can’t go around and simply pile up behind and then despawn. -Combat isn’t fun. Enemies are bullet sponges, it’s not fun shooting a simple enemy 10 times in the head. It feels like it’s to drag out battles longer instead of making them more fun or dynamic. There is not a “wide variety of ways to approach a situation”, in the end you’re just blasting enemies and it starts to feel like a mediocre FPS. There are not enough RPG elements to make up for this. Notice, CDPR stopped marketing this as an RPG a while ago, it seems likely that a lot of RPG content was cut. They are now marketing it as “An open world action-adventure game”. The game doesn’t look or play how we were advertised that it would. There is nothing gritty, or alive about Night City. CDPR knew this game would run poorly on consoles so they didn’t allow review copies to be sent out for consoles. They didn’t allow PC reviewers to use their own footage, only allowing b-roll and promotional footage to be used in reviews. They knew they were releasing a poor product. Reviewers got death threats when they reviewed the game poorly, so I don’t blame professional reviewers for giving high scores.

    I wanted so bad to have fun playing this game, I tried. I didn’t even bring up all the bugs and glitches! There are so many fundamental problems with this game even without all the bugs. I looked forward to this game for two and a half years, but I didn’t have unrealistic expectations. I went in with an open mind and didn’t listen to launch day backlash. I tried to make the game my own and let myself get immersed in it, but it just never clicked. Everything in this game, other games do better.    … Expand

The gunplay is acceptable but not fun. Really should have been a third person game. V is an awful lead that is not at all likable. The game is pretty at a distance but incredibly empty. NPC's phase in and out of existence. ThePlaying on PS5 in back compatibility mode. The only nice thing I can say is that performance is solid. It's simply a bad experience otherwise.     This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have ever, EVER had playing a game. It's not to say it doesn't have the potential, but this isn't even finished or running properly! I literally cannot play this, textures popping in and out, terrible fps, looks disgusting. I thought this would at least be an ok game but this is horrendous. They really f'ed up.

Eu vou dizer isso com uma tristeza genuína mas Cyberpunk é o pior jogo que eu joguei em 2020, ou pelo menos a pior experiência que eu tive, espero voltar daqui a algum tempo e jogar um jogão que eu sei que dava praA maior decepção últimos tempos.     Atualizaram o jogo e não mudou NADA! Se vc matar muitos npcs ou até inimigos mesmo, o game VAI CRACHAR. Não dá pra trocar de camera do carro sem o jogo ficae extremamente bugado, personagens q nao mesem a boca    A história é boa, pena que é IMPOSSÍVEL DE JOGA-LA

    When starting Cyberpunk on PS5 and completing up to "The Heist" mission on the game I would of undoubtedly given it between a 9.0 to 10 and was extremely confident that the game would continue to be at that level the whole way through. Such an amazing world, Cyberpunk is the game I've always wanted. Yes of course the bugs were noticable at times but completely understand given covidWhen starting Cyberpunk on PS5 and completing up to "The Heist" mission on the game I would of undoubtedly given it between a 9.0 to 10 and was extremely confident that the game would continue to be at that level the whole way through. Such an amazing world, Cyberpunk is the game I've always wanted. Yes of course the bugs were noticable at times but completely understand given covid restrictions going into the games final year of completion. Unfortunately the game for me was only 8 hours long and I can't justify that with the price tag given for the game. I found myself with a game breaking bug/glitch that stops me from even completing the prologue. For me I don't believe any game should be released that stops the "gamer" from being able to even play the game they have desired for so long. I will not be picking this game back up as I have lost all confidence in it. Wish I acted the same as I did do with Days Gone and waited until the game was a polish masterpiece as it was expected to be extremely buggy upon release. Give all the delays I only expected a playable game and unfortunately CD project Red has let down all last Gen console owners with how extremely poor it ran on Playstation 4 and all the game breaking Bugs found on all platforms.… Expand

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
