    Just wanted to check this game out to recoup my $60, but after about 45 hours turns out this game is pretty good. It is no GTA, but a high end ubisoft game in the same ballpark as some of the best open world games like ghost of tsushima, horizon forbidden west, etc.

    Pros: - Tons of great all around side content, diverse and interesting - Gunplay and driving are solid. - Better than    Just wanted to check this game out to recoup my $60, but after about 45 hours turns out this game is pretty good.     Pros:
    - Tons of great all around side content, diverse and interesting
    - Gunplay and driving are solid.
    - Better than expected stealth options, some cool level designs.

    So-So:
    - Decent overall main campaign, cast and story.
    - RPG elements, skill trees and augments are mid at best, disappointing at worst.
    - Loot becomes less interesting the more you play, gun variety is weak; you just get modded versions of the same gun over and over.
    - Some half-assed elements like crafting and consumables.

    Lower your expectations, cyberpunk has amazing side content, and good but not great everything else. Not GTA, but a high end ubisoft game. And I enjoy high end ubisoft games.    … Expand

    Playing on a base PS4, post patch 1.5, first install,

    The world is fantastic, its closer to Blade Runner than Deus Ex is/was. Far, far more adult oriented than I originally thought. The world is still sparsely populated and it is odd, but it still works. I guess it was the promises of a "living and breathing world" is where it falls apart.     The world is still sparsely populated and it is odd, but it still works. I guess it was the promises of a "living and breathing world" is where it falls apart. There are very few vehicles on the road and the car, I only have the first one, handle exceptionally poorly.
    The bugs are intermittent, but noticeable. In a very early scene V is holding a body across their lap, and the physics didn't like that very much. Most recently I encountered some enemies in an area with some grass, and rather than walk through the grass, they ran across the tips of the grass, that and the old "T" stance shows up every now and then.

    The reality is, now, the game is no worse than a Bethesda RPG, even after its been re-released 5 times. The problem is the over promising and under-delivering. Cyberpunk 2077 is the epitome of over ambition, and it needed another couple of years in the oven.

    I endeavor to finish, hopefully more than once. There's an amazing game here with some really special ideas and for $NZ36.00 I don't think you can go wrong.    … Expand

    The Best RPG game of the decade. I don`t understand those people who are whining over this game. After Patch 1.05 , works very well. The story and the atmosphere is a really high-class, Too bad that people are complaining over this game, couse it was realsed too early, but now its a great game over the patches and next Hotfixes are coming early 2021 year.

The attention to detail is sometimes even offensive - look at the NPSs glasses or shoes ... Humor is also fun in some places (the AI boss of a taxi corporation is a masterpiece).

    This is an awesome game! Just a masterpiece! The developers will correct minor mistakes, correct the some mechanics and the diamond will be cut.

    Gave up on the ps4 version, but since the ps5 upgrade dropped I've gotten back into it and the difference is night and day, the game is amazing now, you do still get the occasional bug but I can honestly say it's one of the best games I've played in years and will go through if again when new game plus drops.     I have played over 124 hours of Cyberpunk 2077 and too me its the greatest game I have ever played. Now the above hours have been on a PC and not a console. This has a great story, great fun in combat, and some nice depth in some side quests. I enjoy driving through the city just listening to the music.     Right now CDPR has released a Gem, what will go down as a classic, but will always be tainted by the release. Their error was trying to hit a homerun with a release all platforms at the same time. I have not urn into any bugs since I started playing ( after 1.5 patch) and can see I will spend a ton of time on this game!!

    People should stop having big fu*king excpectations and enjoy the game. The game has some bugs and this and that. Atlest they are trying to fixt it by big updates everyweek. If you dont like the game just **** off and shut the **** up.

    Wszystko mi śmiga na 3080 i 5900x. Giera jest super. T-pose jest już kultowe i raz zabiły mnie śmieci kiedy się o nie potknąłem. Mi się podoba !

    A tak na poważnie to co wolicie ? Poważną fabułę z bugami - czy infantylną od Ubi... też z bugami... ?

    Great story and side quests . Cyberpunk didn't have the best launch but after patch 1.05 the game definitely looks great , hopefully cdpr will keep updating and fixing the bugs but the core of the game which is the story and the setting definitely are solid .

However for me even on a base PS4 it has been running pretty well, a few issues here and there but nothing worse than The Witcher 3 at launch.     I have heard people claim that the fact a lot of the missions come through a text or call over the phone takes away from actually exploring the world yourself, and with that I severely disagree. So far it seems like it’s almost 50/50 between quests you get over the phone and quests you need to find, so if you want to travel the world ignorantly then there is still benefit to it, but I rather enjoy the fact that after I finish one mission I’m getting a call somewhere else intriguing me to go do that other thing. More than anything because of that this game is addictive, it’s like it always leaves you hanging on a cliffhanger. You just finished mowing down some bandits for the NCPD and then your friend calls you up to go commit some crime. I never want to put the controller down. This, and the intricate array of characters in the game are easily my two favorite parts of the game from a long list of strong qualities. I don’t understand why media outlets are pleading people not to play the game on base consoles. The bugs are there 100%, I recommend to please go in expecting that. But with how unique and interesting this game is, I can’t help but recommend it to anyone interested even with the bugs present.    … Expand

    It's a game that is not a bad experience. Overall fun.
    Now, after several updates, it seems to have good stability and can be played.
    I suggest you play on the new generation (PS5).

    Really enjoyed the first run on PS4Pro and now with the PS5 update and my second run it bring a whoie new dimension to the game. Absolutely love the graphical update. The cityscapes look amazing and the whole feel of the game is now much more realistic. Some minor bugs still exist but CDPR seem to be working really hard on getting this to be a the game we all hoped for.

    PS4 PRO experience: playable now, have less bugs than release date, is possible finish the game without frustration. Still have huge things to add that was promised, but it is a good game with a good story. I still don't recommend buy yet, but you can buy and play from the start to end now.

    They fixed the game. Changing my review from negative to positive. Would have given it a 10 but they had to throw keanu reeves in the game. Wasn't necessary. Could have used anyone unknown person and game would have been fine. I don't care for celeb worship. All in all, the game has a great story and i hope they bring new content. I will buy it.

    I am not a huge fan of FPS games, I did not get this game because of the gameplay, I got it for the story. Because of this, many of the issues people had with the gameplay didn't bother me. There were some more significant glitches that ruined immersion at times, such as loading incorrect textures, but they were not that common, only happening 3-4 times in my playthrough.     So I'm giving this a high rating based on running this on a patched version on a PS4 Pro. Simply stated, this game is brilliant, the stories are deep, the world building fantastic, and the fun side is just that. Yes, it still has bugs, but I've played of perfect games that have bored me to death. Trust me, as a long term gamer, you're going to have a blast!

(I really like them during battles) 4) The game controls are very convenient, even during the shooting it is easy to aim on PlayStation which I have never seen before. 5) They use strong language all the time and I love it!
    6) The graphics is amazing.
    7) I would love to buy it again to give it as a present to one of my friends. To sum it up, I want to say many thanks to the company for this masterpiece and also I am sure that the game is absolutely underestimated because of the bad start but it is fair rating should be about 8+.    … Expand

    one of the best storyline in a game. i played this game on day one. def got many bugs and crash, but they do deliver the greatness. its not comparable with rdr2 but its still great. i hope they learn this lesson to make better quality games in the future. well done cdproject!

    Storia: a me è piaciuta molto, immersiva e profonda. A Night city le cose da fare ci sono, eccome.
    Immersione: nel macro Cyberpunk da il meglio, la città, così come il resto del mondo di gioco, presenta degli scorci spettacolari, ma allo stesso tempo nel micro si vedono molte imprecisioni che inficiano pesantemente l'immedesimazione del giocatore (persone identiche, che si comportano come robot, una in fila all'altra sui marciapiedi, etc).
    Grafica; su PlayStation 5 è ottima, mai riscontrato problemi di una certa gravità, ma personalmente a me questo aspetto interessa poco.
    Problemi? Bug, sì ci sono, ma ora come ora siamo a livelli di un Elder scrolls qualunque, nulla che distrugga l'esperienza di gioco. Oltre a questo, mi aspettavo molto di più dal punto di vista delle quest secondarie, molto ripetitive, e nel complesso, tralasciando ammazzare gente su gente, non è che ci siano altre attività in cui potersi cimentare, almeno per ora (anche solo un gioco del biliardo, non so, corse clandestine, cose di questo tipo, che facciano sentire la città ancora più viva). Il punto dolente però è l'hype. CD Red ha pompato troppo il titolo, un titolo che non è male, che si difende e che vi farà divertire, ma che è di certo lontano da quello che era stato promesso.     A beautiful game, no bugs AT all, all the missions work extremely well and are well polished
    no repeating types of side missions and really immersive, i really liked how everyone disappeared when i turned around in that one mission it really sold it for me, i also liked how the npcs all were inside different objects and they all t posed it really strengthened the immersion for me

    After 1.5 I'm still getting some nasty bugs. It is however getting much better. Not really fussed about the added content at this point. Would just like to play it without any off-putting visual or sound glitches. Such a shame, as I do love the combat, story and side quests. I still have hope that CDPR can do a bit more for this previous gen instalment. This could have been perfect and IAfter 1.5 I'm still getting some nasty bugs. It is however getting much better. Единственный не приятный баг из за которого пришлось перезапустить миссию, это в задании с хакершой из клуба которая с нами под воду в свой город плавала.     However, i still think that this game is very good. The atmosphere of night city immersed me straight away. The story and characters are fleshed out and develop very well. However, i'm giving this game an 8 because it is missing features that just should not be missing in an open world RPG. The game does not have customizable vehicles, no barber shops, a lack of food restaurants, no activities like snooker or races (races are in the game but they are tied to a side mission with Claire, it would be cool to see V continue racing even though Claire quits. You could race with Judy as your partner for example.) The gameplay is serviceable, its not this whole new experience but its fine. The hacking mechanic, while cool, is not very useful. Or at least it wasn't to me. The crafting is mediocre, its nothing new but i did use it a fair few times for upgrading my weapons and armor. The AI is fine on harder difficulties, a bit like the Witcher 3. Playing this game on the hardest difficulty is probably the best way to experience the game. However, the police Ai is stupid. They literally spawn behind you. The water also does not react when you shoot it. When you park a car infront of another car with someone inside, the person will just stay there. They dont move around the parked car. I do not think for one second that CDPR don't have talented people to implement working police AI and actual smart Ai, because they do. But come on, how did they release the game knowing this?

    Overall, Cyberpunk could never reach the hype CDPR set for themselves, from misleading advertisements, to missing features cyberpunk was bound to disappoint many. However, the story and characters make this game worth the buy in my opinion. However, i recommend getting this on PC or at least wait until you get a next gen console because from what I have heard, the performance on last gen consoles is awful.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Before you start playing, understand that this is not an RPG, it's more of an open world (Not a sandbox) adventure game. It is not a masterpiece, but a very good story that you will experience in this city.
    For starters, I played it on PS4 slim from the start with the 1 day patch, then started a second walkthroughs with the 1.06 patch. I spent about 170 hours on the two walkthroughs.
    I'm happy with the game rather than frustrated. For the first playthrough I was ready to give the game 10 points.
    The pros of the game: The graphics, the city, the design of all (cars, weapons, clothes, locations), music, combat system, the main story.
    Cons of the game: Vehicle control, mercenary missions, some character reveal, notes, few braindance missions, variation.
    In the beginning I was frustrated at how the game looked. The low resolution of the image. But when I saw the scale of the game I was surprised at all that it could run on the PS4 slim. The game has a completely seamless world. By the way how to play on PS4 slim in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, how was Days gone at the start (I wonder why it was not removed from the PS store, oh yes ...), The Last Guardian, GTAonline. Cyberpunk 2077 goes on PS4 slim normally, the game can crash after 2-3 hours, and do not get out in 4.5 hours.    … Expand

    love this game a lot. i only give it a 9 because the prologue was so slow and boring it almost made me stop playing. but i held on and once i got out of the prologue it got pretty fun. i love the characters, the world, the story and the gameplay. gameplay is so much fun. all and all even with all the bugs, this game feels worth it.

But after a few times I started to try out the game again and I really enjoyed what the developers created here.     Too buggy to warrant it's early release but...I had fun. Side bar, Sony and Microsoft should have told CDPR to continue working on the project instead of allowing the game to be sold on their platforms. This terrible launch was every bit their fault along with CDPR.

    I really like this game. Despite huge technical flaws and misleading marketing I think CD Projekt employees poured their heart and soul into this game and it shows. Story 9/10, Night City 9/10, Technical Flaws 4/10, Combat 8/10, Missions 7/10.

    Thoroughly impressed by the story, it's originality stands out from the crowd. The voice acting from female V was outstanding. The game grew on me the more I played it, I've finished it and think it's definitely one of the best games I've ever played.

    The technical performance of this game on PS4 after version 1.23 has made a big improvement but there's still a bit more room for polish.

    Amazing adventure with great story, characters and decisions. Few bigger bugs during ~50h gameplay cannot destroy game experience. But ofcourse if you are focused on graphics, you should check this game on ps5 or PC, where it looks so much better then ps4. Or if you expect new gta - this game is focused on different aspects, this is rpg and you can be disappointed.

    What this boils down to is if you are playing with a PS4 Pro you probably have nothing to fear, but if you are playing with a base PS4 or a slim then hold off for 6 months while they optimize the engine better.

    Played 24+ house and have had 4 crashes and I visual glitch.
    The story is fantastic and I think the game is great.
    I would rather play this version of the game than wait another 6 months for a version without any bugs.

    Great game. The Ps4 version is very buggy but if it hadn't been hyped up so much I wouldn't have known to be disapointed. This game is everything that I enjoy about video games, my only criticism is that I would like to play it in third person (why else customise your character) although given it's current state i understand the decision.

    I am playing using xbox one x and this is game is state of the art. I see minor glitches but in the general whole story, design, creative ideas, and experience are awesome! I love this game! It states a new level of gaming.

    PS If you have an old platform, but a new one and stop crying. If you want to play new games you need new hardware. Easy.

    Т.к. ставить подобные оценки основываясь лишь на технической части игры и не беря в расчет сюжет, сайд-квесты, атмосферу, дизайн... просто глупо. А до сих пор не исправленные оценки после выхода стольких патчей (на момент написания обзора крайним патчем был 1.06) как от критиков, так и от пользователей, которые на релизе ставили низкие оценки, не прибавляют им ума.

    На релизе игра несомненно была в плохом качестве - баги, вылеты (которые исправили быстро вышедшие патчи), просадки FPS на PS4 Slim и в меньшей степени на PS4 Pro (которые были минимизированы уже в патче 1.04), плохо прописанный ИИ NPC..., но та же визуальная составляющая была ужасна ЛИШЬ на PS4 Slim (сам я отыграл около 20 часов в игру с релиза на PS4 Slim с версией игры 1.02 и 1.04, потом обновился до PS4 Pro), тоже относится и к прорисовке текстур прямо перед глазами игрока, данная проблема в большей степени актуальна для PS4 Slim, на PS4 Pro за ~62 часа такое было всего 2-3 раза и то после быстрой езды.
    И те кто утверждает что на PS4 Pro она выглядела отвратительно - НАГЛО врет, т.к. игра выглядит вполне годно.

    А теперь я пожалуй напишу свое мнение об этой игре.
    Отыграв 82 часов с релиза, с версии 1.02 до версии 1.06 я получил кучу эмоций и удовольствия от игры. Классный сюжет который зацепил меня похлеще Ведьмака 3, классные сайд-квесты и мир игры.
    Множества критических багов, вылетов на которые многие жалуются лично я встретил минимум. Вылетов за свои 82 часа я повстречал АЖ ЦЕЛЫХ 6 вылетов, и лишь 1 из 6 произошел на самой багованной версии 1.02. Из критических багов за всю игры было лишь зависание начального квеста Джуди, последнего квеста Керри и второй гонки из квеста "королева автострад" и все устранялось простой перезагрузкой.
    Было конечно и много мелких багов, например таких как:
    - зависание текстуры сигареты в воздухе у некоторых персонажей;
    - проваливание через текстуры (4 раза);
    - баги боссов, которые во время схватки просто стояли и не ничего не делали;
    - несколько раз падали машины с неба...

    И на данный момент самой весомой и до сих пор неисправленной недоработкой игры является ИИ ее NPC, который, я надеюсь, поправят в грядущих патчх.

    Возможно это мне так повезло, что у меня было минимум вылетов и критических багов (даже на ранней версии игры), но и те кто говорит "о вылетах каждый час" либо приувеличивет, либо просто даже не играл и нечет чушь.

    Я рекомендую данную игру к ознакомлению, и даже позволю сказать что она обязательна к ознакомлению.
    И если данные слова можно было, мягко говоря, подвергнуть сомнению - то теперь это определенно не так.    … Expand

    This game excited my brain. The plot simply endures with its narration. This is not the game of the year (remember which game you chose in 2020) this is the game of the last 5 years. I don't understand people who complain about bugs and optimizations. You yourself whined about transferring the game yourself and paid for it. But no one cares that the map is flat there and in cyberpunk it has become multi-level. All these skyscrapers between which you can walk just blow your mind.     While there is no doubt the game is unplayable on a 2013 PS4 and therefore doesn't deserve a higher rating for this platform, I would like to rate the Game as it is playable.

    First, even on PS5, there are numerous bugs which for me wasn't game breaking, but annoying after some time. Subtitles hanging on screen, random explosions and a very dumb AI throw you out of this dark future America. However, if you ignore the Bugs the Game is stunning beautiful. You will find yourself intrigued by most areas and smaller details, like a tree build inside a building or a parade accompanied by colourful holograms. The story is, despite being short in its parts where your choices really matter, very well written with interesting characters and brushes deep and important questions. Side Quests and job are also interesting, but your choices there are almost irrelevant. But the diverse characters compensate for that weakness. References to Pop culture are a bit excessive for me, but this depends on your taste.

    The Gameplay is okay, but nothing great. While your choices how to tackle a level are vast, neither the leveling mechanic nor the items/inventar or the item build mechanic are of great importance. You have to be careful not to waste countless hours in your inventory to sort the countless items you get. You will only use let's say up tp 6 weapons the entire game, don't waste your time, choose early and then sell everything else. Supply of Healing Items is excessive, hope it will be patched, because after 100 hours you will have approximately 400 healing items left which heal your wounds instantly. Makes this game except a special boss fight very easy. But even this Boss fight was buggy for me, so after some time it was stuck on a pixel and i was able to just stand and shot. There is much unused potential for CD Projekt Red here.

    And yes, you can customize your genitals in this game. Though, you will only see them in your inventory screen. Your sexual partners aren't commenting on them, you will not see them one time in a sex scene and you can not drive a motorcycle naked and be stopped by the police, because you will always wear an underwear. This makes it so useless and deprives the players of so many funny possibilities that I'm not sure why they bothered animating this.

    Comment on the police: They will find you. In this game they pop out of nowhere when you shoot people considered civilians, even though they should not know where you are. Their AI is as bad as for the cars: they aren't able to drive around your parked cars, even if only two pixels protrude to the street. But I'm sure they will fix all the issues in the future. At least I hope. In a time, where the hotfixes don't need other hotfixes.

    But despite all those flaws, this game was fun for me. But I can't deny all the unused potential here. My advice: Wait for a PS5/ Extended Version. At least wait 6 months to a year and see if they progressed. Then you will find a funny and well build game.    … Expand

    Cyberpunk nie zawodzi, choć nie jest mesjaszem gamingu. Mamy tutaj świetną fabułę i bohaterów, na poziomie absolutnie najwyższym. Czekajmy na poprawi bo gra przejdzie do historii.

    I really enjoyed this game on PS4 Pro. Patch 1.1 fixed most issues for me. Will replay the game later this year when additional patches come out.

All I can say is that I played on the base PS4 and the issues and bugs I came across were not an issue for me but I do have high tolerance for such things. I had no crashes. This doesn't excuse the quality issues though.

    Player's character can forge their own path throughout the game by both multiple choices and different combat styles. Depending on what skills you choose how you deal with enemies and what dialogue options you have available may vary. I myself played as a sneaking netrunner who doesn't kill his enemies just knocks them out. The only problem with levelling and streetcred systems is that they aren't well adjusted for the sheer size of the game. After doing ~60% of the game's activities I already had reached max SC and max lvl of the two skill trees that matched my playstyle.
    Game's main story is so complex, well written and engaging (and so are many side quests) that it had me in tears at the end.
    The performance on PS4 Slim wasn't the best but still very playable (TURN OFF FILM GRAIN AND MOTION BLURR!) and in some aspects it felt like a technological achievement.

    To sum up, Cyberpunk 2077 is a masterpiece and "a thing of beauty - I know...".    … Expand

    Сюжет

    Сюжет игры - это её самая сильная сторона,на сюжете держится весь геймплей,динамика и интерес к игре.Также некоторые квесты довольно сильно о запоминаются,например квесты с Деламейном,Джуди,киберпсихи и другие,но таких квестов меньше половины.
    в целом сюжет хороший,но не слишком - 8/10

    Геймплей

    Тут начинаются проблемы,их не много,но они значительны.С одной стороны геймплей разнообразен,много видов оружия,хакинг,стелс,различные ситуации,да,это хорошо.
    Но хорошее заканчивается там,где начинаются автомобили.О боже.Это наверно худшая физика управления автомобилем,а мне есть с чем сравнивать,я играл в первый Watch Dogs.
    Также задалбливает под конец всей игры делать одно и тоже.

    Геймплей не плохой,но не больше - 6/10

    Открытый мир и активности в нем

    Открытый мир красивый,но пустой.Скорее не пустой,а однообразный,заполненный кучей однотипных разбоев,преступлений ,заказов,где ты просто пришел,убил/украл/поставил вирус и ушел.Ура,победа.

    Открытый мир в целом никакой,поэтому - 4/10

    Графика,Визуал,Атмосфера

    Говоря проще графон нормальный,визуал неплохой(я не большой любитель киберпанка как стиля) и атмосфера на уровне.

    В целом,все,что связано с картинкой в игре - 8/10

    Итог

    Игра хорошая,но не более.
    Ожиданий она не оправдала,но эмоции были,особенно после получения платины

    Been playing it on the base PS4, my friend gave it to me and I didn't start playing until update 1.1 because that's when I got it, it's a great game! It's a little rough around the edges graphically but I recommend you turn off all the extra graphics settings (because it actually looks better on PS4 without them). I love the story and gameplay, it definitely draws you in if you're intoBeen playing it on the base PS4, my friend gave it to me and I didn't start playing until update 1.1 because that's when I got it, it's a great game!     I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
