    Game is very nice. Constant updates. Added warzone which is currently imo the best battle royale game mode to date. Very nice skins and operatives that give no competitive advantage. The money you spend is just for cosmetic purposes. Story was amazing. Every one here complaining about the Russian storyline have no clue what they are saying. In war there is always an enemy.     This is the best that Call of Duty has been in a very long time. It offers the strongest campaign since Black Ops 2 and the multiplayer can be very fun when it's not being plagued by lobbies of campers. The co-op mode unfortunately needs a lot of work.

    Modern Warfare is a convincing game campaign-wise. I won’t enter into the politics ground where some things are indeed criticizable. My review is made with the belief that the story of this game is purely fictional, but I get some people might get offended by the way the truth of some real-life-similar events might be modified. Those things aside, the campaign was quite a good surprise. I felt interested and entertained. Unlike most of other CoDs, it was not just about shooting enemies from point A to B with a dull story. There was more depth in this story mode, more variety. You can play as a soldier trying to neutralize a terrorist attack or as a child seeing his country destroyed. We’re showed something new, something different with many bridges made to our current world. It’s really good to see great Campaigns being made again. Unfortunately, it is very short. It would be good if the sequel is released in a DLC but that will most likely be MW2 material.

    The multiplayer mode got me very excited at first sight. The weapon design is very profound, there are a lot of attachments and weapons can virtually be unique (even though in the end some weapons are always overused), each having a different feel. I loved the new Gunfight mode, and Ground War is a smart addition despite its many flaws (vehicles?). Crossplay is also such a perfect addition, and NAT problems were all corrected in the process of it. Connection-wise (despite the 12hz private matches), I am very happy with this game. Something I regret is the absence of ranked play (and a bad private match system where items cannot be banned, once again, resulting in abuses such as seen in CDL Minnesota), but instead we got a SBMM system that fails to convince me. Furthermore, some of the maps are very debatable, knowing the developers had in mind to make them newbie-friendly (i.e. safe zones) took dynamism away and quite frankly results in too much camping. Maps such as Azhir Cave or Piccadilly are questionable, alongside the large size maps such as the horrendous Euphrates Bridge. All that said, I think the MP remains correct, but not good enough to make one think it’s better on every aspect than all what COD has showed in previous titles.

    Finally, we cannot ignore the Spec Ops mode. And I would say that this was my biggest disappointment. It’s empty, feels very cheap, and IW did it way better 12 years ago. I don’t like the idea to make it on a giant BR-like map. The ops are all similar, without any good story background (despite many teases aimed at making us think oppositely) and boring. Day one, there were very few ops, and at this day (26/01/20), I am still very disappointed in it. If the Spec Ops mode of MW was similar to the ones of MW2 & MW3, the game would have been a success in my opinion. But this big minus shows how not ready IW were to release this game, and once again, gave the community less than what it expected.

    That being said, the game is good. We’ve seen good things, and we must encourage Activision to continue in this direction. Crossplay and limitation of microtransactions are important additions that I hope will show the way for the future.    … Expand

    I'm really enjoying this back to basics approach. The Gunsmith adds a bit of nuance to the game as you start getting quite attached to all the different builds you can do. This is from someone who couldn't get on with fortnight or Apex.

    I know I'm really late to the game but I just had a chance to try it this year and overall was a great game. The campaign was short but very exciting and introduced some new as well as old characters, the multiplayer was fast-paced and fun (despite some issues with some maps and matchmaking) and the co-op was ok I guess but in my opinion strangely hard, but that could just be my skillI know I'm really late to the game but I just had a chance to try it this year and overall was a great game. Generally, the multiplayer is pretty boring with few unlocks to care about...Cold War... but almost every unlock and score streak felt amazing to use. Infinite ward also changed the multiplayer meta in a way that made it feel real but also like an arcade. Infinite Ward set the bar for all other games to come after it. Unfortunately, Cold War has since fallen well behind modern warfare’s shadow. While not every COD will be the same going forward, I truly hope that they learn from how amazing modern warfare is.

    Crossplay is both a welcomed introduction and cursed one. On one hand, it’s awesome to play with friends regardless of their system and it makes for more populated games. On the other hand, it clearly highlights how disadvantaged console players are to PC players. Mouse and keyboard will forever be easier/quicker than a controller.     Solid 9/10.

    Hands down the best COD experience since the original MW.

    Gripping campaign, superb multiplayer and now with the addition of Warzone, this game is gonna keep entertaining for years to come.

    This is the first Call Of Duty game i've bought since Black Ops 1 and I was not disappointed. Brings back memories of the original Modern Warfare games and thankfully got away from all that futuristic power crap.

    It's been over two months since it came out and I still play it almost every night with my friends.

    Excellent overhaul, and I love the fact that they show realistic perspectives of what happens in war. I have family in military and I have studied a fair amount of military history and I absolutely love this game's portrayal on war.

    This is a comeback for call of duty because in all honesty, the last few games prior have been very unsatisfying to say the least.

    I think the Game deserves some love, I've played for almost a month and experienced what it has to offer and yes there are annoying parts about the game, but if you want to buy it go for it.

    The greatest cod, interesting story, perfectly balanced multiplayer gameplay, when i was playing first cod mw 2007 and starting new it is the same feelings. So funny to read angry russians comments about them, that the same instrument to yours state tv **** info.

    This is the best Call of Duty game in years, no futuristic **** no climbing walls, no fighting robots, just like the old sweet call of duty, amazing campaign, this game is perfect, I 100% recommend you playing this. (Glad to know they got their guts back in that campaign)

    THIS GAME IS I PROBABLY the best fps in last years. Weapons, movement, graphic it's all amazing. Yes i know there is a lot of crap put on russians in favor of americans in campain but the multiplayer and game over all Is rly amazing. Hate bad move in case of that history "errors" but give this game a try. After all warzon is FTP if u want to try it out tho i personaly like standard multi-cod more.

    Idk why so much hate . The campaign is so realistic and breathtaking . As for the multiplayer ..im at aloss of words ! It's shown great progress by adding ground war and 2v2 ( gunfight). I havent found any diasadvantages for Warzone yet.despite the fact that ecery camper in the world chooses to join my lobby. Go back to fortnite kid and sit on a bush!!!!

This game has some of the most up and down content in the series, sometimes it wows you with the graphical design, then sometimes a sniper from 50 feet away kills you in multiplayer, you never know what your gonna get.

    I was super excited to jump into the game, controller in hand, I went into spec ops, ready to play some fun content with a friend. Then the realization came, both Spec Ops and “Co Op” were online only, for someone who bought this game almost entirely for the idea of playing games with friends, this was so disappointing.

    So you may be asking yourself, does Spec Ops live up to the incredibly high standards set by the trailers? Nope, this mode is one of the toughest modes I’ve played in a shooter game in a while, PVE in this game is just you being shot from enemies that constantly respawn and respawn and respawn over and over again. This mode is terrible, and the missions, bad.

    I then jumped into multiplayer, tears still in my eyes after watching myself die 20 times in a row, and the first thing I do, is I jump into a game of ten V ten on shipment, one of the new maps. As soon as I landed from the helicopter, I was having Vietnam flashbacks all over again, everyone was camping, I couldn’t move without being spawn killed, and overall hell broke loose. This map is literally so bad, I got so pissed off, I quit. I then played multiplayer for about 10 hours, making it to level 55 and having a k/d of, believe or not, 0.89. What? I thought.... Oh yeah, nevermind this multiplayer is such a grind, and it’s super fun for the most part. Besides all the campers that are shooting at you as soon as you spawn, gunplay is fun, graphics look great, and editing your weapons feels better then ever. Multiplayer is a step up from past CODs, and definitely a great PVP experience.

    Im not even going to bunch of filler and jokes into this section, because I need to get right to the point. This is, if not, one of the best Campaigns I’ve played in a COD game. This was also the first one I’ve finished on the hardest difficulty, Realism, where there is no hud. The last mission however, made me almost break my controller, after the _______ blew up, I was just getting sniped from out of nowhere, and I must of died 30 plus times, not at all an exaggerated statement. Besides that mission though, the campaign is so damn good. Overall, this is a step in the right direction for a game series that looks to be taking a step back every game, and it’s very refreshing. Spec ops is terrible, Multiplayer is fun, and Campaign is world class. Please play this game. Oh, and I didn’t play Warzone.... ew.

    The bad russian, good captain america plot aside, the game is extremely fun to play. Clearing rooms, going dark etc was just exhilarating. Black ops cold war is a major downgrade. I'm sticking with this one.

Варзон 4 из 10 , куча багов, дисбалансовое оружение из-за чего приходится играть с одними и теми же пушками, куча багов, высокий порог вхождения для игры. Для стрельбы низкий, стрелять довольно просто в игре. Мультиплеер тоже очень неплохой.Кампания на 8.5 из 10 отличная постановка, годные миссии и тд. Все очень отлично сделано. Варзон 4 из 10 , куча багов, дисбалансовое оружение из-за чего приходится играть с одними и теми же пушками, куча багов, высокий порог вхождения для игры. Для стрельбы низкий, стрелять довольно просто в игре. Мультиплеер тоже очень неплохой.

    Love this game to be honest just kind of sad black ops Cold War came and they are not coming with new guns or battle pass or any blue print for modern warfare anymore to be honest. I wish they worked on that because a lot of people still loved modern warfare more than Cold War.

    Finally a step in the right direction for COD. Weapon mechanics and graphics look and feel amazing. Just wish the call of duty franchise would steer away from the heavy use of SBMM in multiplayer.

Although I grant that the video game depicts the Russians as being savages, I still believe that people won’t believe this happened during the war just because it is a video game and it’s trying to create a more interesting story.
    A lot of people are trying to knock the game and say it's bad just because of the campaign mode being racist towards russians. Even though most people play the multiplayer mode online with their friends or they play the new ground war mode where you play in a lobby on a team of four maximum, or solo, in a lobby of 100 others and you fight till the last person or team is standing. This new mode has brought many new players to the game because it is similar to a very popular game named fortnight. Another thing that this game has brought that is new is having the option to buy the full game or if you're not into playing ground war or multiplayer you have the option to purchase just one part of the game saving you money.
    CorgiXR only really states how the campaign mode is bad and unrealistic but doesn’t really talk about the good things the game has and just overlooks them. Although I agree with CorgiXR up to a point about the campaign mode depicting Russians as savages , I cannot accept their overall conclusion that people will believe that the story plot in the campaign mode as being true. I do not believe that the campaign mode will change someone's political views on Russians because it is just a video game and they need to make the story interesting so people won’t say that the campaign mode is boring and doesn’t tell a good story. I would have been able to agree with CorgiXR if he was able to explain why he liked the game and not just focus on just the one bad thing about the game. This game has introduced many new maps and modes and needs more credit then some people are giving it. This has been the best call of duty game i’ve played just because it brought a new ground war mode and added smaller maps into the multiplayer mode making it almost like a laser tag or paintball game with your friends with a lot of action and wonderful graphics.    … Expand

    My top 3 favourite games in no order (as I like them all the same) are Cod 4, Black Ops 2 and 3, and this game has a good chance of replacing one of them as I have really enjoyed it so far, haven't played the campaign and have only played one short game in Warzone, the Multiplayer is where I'm always at and its absolutely fantastic I love playing it its very fun and I hope to keep on playing

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 is the best COD game i have played since 2011's Modern Warfare 3. Multiplayer still needs some work especially Ground Wars but the smaller modes are very addictive. Single player coupled with 2v2 & 10v10 death-match alone is worth the price.

    Ну здравствуй россия я игрок из России и не вполне понравилась компания. Какая разница из какой страны будет антагонист и каким образом это относится к реальному миру. Игра есть игра не нужно относиться к ней как в реальности, а то россиия это как феменистки пока не тронут молчат, а как где то мелькнет начинает все разрывать и метать и доказывать всем свою точку зрения.Ну здравствуй россия я игрок из России и не вполне понравилась компания.     Гра чудова але кацапи цього не зрозуміють їх як завжди начіго не влаштовує. Якби це не була б перезагрузка то можна було б сказати про те що Росію у всьому звинувачують але так як це перезагрузка серії то все ок і гра дуже добра а вам кацапам потрібно задуматись. На моєму ПК I7 920 ,GTX 670, 16 GB ОЗУ , все йде добра настройки середньо низькі при цьому нічого мильного не замічав наГра чудова але кацапи цього не зрозуміють їх як завжди начіго не влаштовує. Якби це не була б перезагрузка то можна було б сказати про те що Росію у всьому звинувачують але так як це перезагрузка серії то все ок і гра дуже добра а вам кацапам потрібно задуматись.     Among the best COD ive played after the original MW trilogy and Infinite Warfare. Never liked Black Ops. Loved the story missions that remade movies such as Zero Dark Thirty (The Night Raid on The Wolf's compund and how they breached it) and 13 Hours: Secret Soldiers of Benghazi (the us embassy and diplomat compound defense). The Multiplayer was also fun with the addition of Ground WarAmong the best COD ive played after the original MW trilogy and Infinite Warfare. Never liked Black Ops. The Multiplayer was also fun with the addition of Ground War mode where you can duke it out 32 vs. 32 with vehicles justblike Battlefield. The Multiplayer also felt fair and better compared to previous itterations where crazy fast players get all the kills, but here theyre limited to the mechanics such as cover mounting and map layouts that have a tactical approach in mind rather that cruise and killing, a welcome addition to let amateur players have a fighting chance. Only gripe was the omission of splitscreen for ground war mode and also SPEC OPS! Yes, in this day and age people play online with others, but would love to have the option to hop in together with your kids, brother, sisters, girlfriend, wife, friends when theyre at home with you. Was hoping for the same SPEC OPS local co-op madness of MW2 but Modern Warfare didnt deliver it despite some early developer interviews confirming splitscreen for SPEC OPS. All in all, its a fresh reboot from IW. Have grown bored with the WW2 themes, Black Ops series, and Zombies. Looking forward to future DLCs and more Ground War maps!… Expand

    Great game about the true character of a Russian soldier. Syrians, Georgians, Moldavians, Ukrainians will not let lie. As for the graphics and gameplay, the game is above all praise - a worthy continuation of the series. I strongly advise you to play.

    The game-play is the best I've seen in cod. I understand people are review bombing the game because of the depiction of Russians in the campaign but its still a great game.

    Great game overall, some historical discrepancies but it is a work of fiction inspired by true events. Would have liked a second viewpoint from the Russians. Best COD in years.

    The campaign is clean and realistic, the multiplayer has great maps, some are a little "camper" friendly but there are still multiple entry points into each of the rooms that snipers or campers seem to favor. The cross platform is well designed. I was sure PC gamers would have a strong advantage against console players but it seems to be very even.     Everything is upside down. Call of Duty has a better solo campaign than multiplayer after many years. We will remember a perfectly scripted war with a dense atmosphere, but we’ll forget about the unbalanced online multiplayer. [Issue#298]

    After a multiplayer-centric episode, the COD fans will be delight with the return of a nervous and strong solo campaign. Modern Warfare is back with old-fashioned gameplay that is more grounded and efficient. The generous amount of content adds some depth to one of the best chapters of the saga to date. Magic!

    Overall Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a good title that is marred by the expectations that the Modern Warfare name brings with it. The campaign has some really stellar gameplay moments that are brought down by the mediocre plot. Multiplayer was fun but felt a bit like the competition’s output (despite there being no Battlefield release this year) which may be a turn off for some. I don’t think Modern Warfare 2019 has done anything to make me rethink waiting for substantial price drops to play Call of Duty campaigns, because clearly multiplayer is still Activision’s main focus and that’s just not where I get my kicks.
