    COD MW is pure Russophobic propaganda. The political propaganda in this game is appalling. And this is coming from an American and a veteran USMC. Don't be manipulated by the propaganda.

    Beside the propaganda, the game looks great, but in reality is subpar. 2019 and still no destructible environments like R6 Siege and Battlefield.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Не буду говорить про сюжет, так как не играл в него. Такая оценка из за дебильного баланса( вот именно он не ужасный а именно дебильный). Неубиваемые игроки с щитами, дробовиками и ружьями с дальностью ваншотного урона как у штурмовых автоматов. Щиты пробить не возможно что делает игрока бессмертным. Клейморы (ненавижу) на маленьких картах это ад. Карты сильно не сбалансированы( баланс лишь на тех которые были на релизе и тоне на всех ) одна сторона уже заведомо проигрывает так как лучше простреливается и более выгодные позиции. Вообщем до баталфилда коду ещё огого как далеко. Так что пока новая колда ((((((… Expand

    The latest installment in the never ending shooter franchise, now with extreme right-wing views of the American military/government being displayed as angels who do no wrong and every other faction (especially Russians) as irredeemable war criminals. And of course, to appease the right-wing gun-humpers, a glorification of guns as displayed in the multiplayer.

    They did it again. They created fake hype for another awful call of duty game. This game is as dark as a 12 year old goth. The campaign is disappointing. The only good part was the dark missions. Let's not forget Russians are awful unlike Americans. This game is a total joke. The online is toxic and broken. Yet again they prove that they can not handle a multiplayer game. Do not buy.     I put game 2, only because of the new graphics and the engine, but in general the game is full of propaganda, there is no talk of gray morality, but they stupidly attribute to the Russians the crime that was committed by the Americans(NATO) the worst game in the series, shame on developers.

Выставлять кого либо лютым зверьём , прикрываясь боевыми действиями(русские наёмники , при том что при тех же боевых действиях противоположная сторона конфликта не выглядит таким же образом при совершении военных преступлений( зритель испытывает к ним явные переживания и становится на их сторону) , всё это выглядит откровенно стереотипно и не соответствуют реалиям сегодняшнего дня , мне жалко миллионы не окрепших умов , которые ничего не читая и не слыша о других странах , в частности о России , не поймите меня неправильно , каждая страна имеет право на своих мерзавцев , но как это однобоко и безмативационно это было показано в этой игре я давно не видел , не говоря уже об отсылках на историческую действительность ( присваивание своих военных преступлений в чужих странах другой стране ) . Я хорошо отношусь к другим странам , я сам имею в себе множество кровей ( финскую, датскую , украинскую ,русскую), но тем не менее я считаю данную игру откровенной пропагандой ненависти к России .     Good campaign but terrible Support. Keeps on crashing on my PS4. Drove me nuts. Multiplayer is a camp fest, it is so bad. Last time i’m pre-ordering a call of duty. Truly disappointed.

The Campaign is okay, The Multiplayer is absolutely horrible as most players are camping in buildings and hallways spelling out an unfair death in just 3/4 of a second, and Co-op is way too hard due to the scarcity of checkpoints, the merciless barrage of 7,000 enemies, and the option to end the mission on other players. Overall,Essentially just Battlefield with the Call of Duty branding.     Multiplayer is very unenjoyable with campers and the openess of most maps. Sometimes your left with no choice, but to cross a lot of open ground to get to the objectives in ground war which is impossible with all the snipers and the ridiculously overpowered killstreaks in the game.     Update 1.07 ruined the game. Loved it before because it seemed more realistic than any other call of duty but now it's back to running that feels like I'm on roller blades and never having to slow down. I liked having to slowly move thru the buildings checking corners peaking thru doorways but that's just not possible now.

Even the pros agree the game is awful. Alongside that is just how badly it plays on PC, forced crossplay to be able to play ground war and the bias towards camping as a play style.     Do not purchase this game. It’s trash Pros : graphic, sound

    Cons 1. Balance(still M4 is king) 2. Match making(They don’t separate Micr & Pad, so usually players turn off Cross matching)
    3. Map design : Most map is good for camping and we can’t select map when game starts. The system managers are lier. I will never buy Activion game again

    The campaign is ridiculously short. Infinity Ward lied one more time. Spec Ops doesn't feel like Spec Ops, it feels like battle royale, and I hate battle royale. Multiplayer has pink stuffs that does not fit in a military shooter game. Now Infinity Ward screwed up everything due to aggressive micro-transaction incoming. This is 5 dollars game.

С каждой миссией я пытался убедить себя что в следующем задании немного реабилитируют русских. Но этого не произошло вплоть до развязки сюжета. Русофобство и политическая направленность сюжета игры отбивают все желание играть. С каждой миссией я пытался убедить себя что в следующем задании немного реабилитируют русских. Но этого не произошло вплоть до развязки сюжета. После полученного крайне негативного впечатления я все равно попытался заставить себя полюбить эту игру и начал игру в сетевом режиме. Но впечатления от пережитого слишком отрицательны. Настолько отрицательны что даже не спас ситуацию красочный мультиплеер.

The other funny thing is that the only one country in the world that has used white phosphorus against civilians was U.S in Vietnam.     (Revised Review): Multiplayer Gameplay: The current set of multiplayer maps are at best ok and mostly bad (Since launch they have removed some glaringly bad maps). There is not a single map that I enjoy (I now enjoy Ramazza, with a few others being tolerable), and yes I already have about 10 hours clocked in so I know all the maps decently well at this point. Other glaring problems(Revised Review): Multiplayer Gameplay: The current set of multiplayer maps are at best ok and mostly bad (Since launch they have removed some glaringly bad maps). There is not a single map that I enjoy (I now enjoy Ramazza, with a few others being tolerable), and yes I already have about 10 hours clocked in so I know all the maps decently well at this point. Other glaring problems such as nameplates popping up way too easy, names being called out, and footsteps are way too loud. (Footsteps since fixed, and now I just play hardcore mode, which I never used to do) Not sure why they added unnecessary things when the classic COD MW1 or MW2 gameplay was nearly perfect.

    Singleplayer: A very well done singleplayer but the absolutely disgusting propagandist portrayal of Russian soldiers as child molesters and almost comedic throwing of gas canisters around a town of civilians like its some internet meme really turned me off to the story, which was otherwise going well until those 2 scenes just broke the wall of just the usual COD story. In previous COD games Russians were portrayed negatively but as a third party and obviously fictional, not the official military. This is just very obvious Syrian war propaganda.    … Expand

    Эту игру можно описать одним словом: клюква. "Серость" сюжетной компании видна с первой минуты игры. Без этой клюквы было бы "12/10, ШЕДЕВР ИГРОВОЙ ИНДУСТРИИ, ВЕДЬМАК ОТ МИРА ШУТЕРОВ"

    game doesn't work properly for many people, crashes every 5 min. impossible to get a refund - I feel ripped off. it's not playable for the first week from launch. would definitely not buy the game again

    Not a fun game, just people with riot shields and camping. When you do finally get people out running around the amount of time it takes for you to pull your sniper up to scope in (full attachments so it scopes in as fast as possible in the game) you're already dead. 2 bullets from pretty much any gun, pretty much anywhere, you're dead.

    Besides all the russians that vote the game it is really bad! Kills the series for me. Maps are straight **** spawns are worse than ever (even worse then in mw3 for real). You are forced by the game to camp because otherwise you are going 0:10. Just again another shot at a dead shooter-series!

    Shooting is terrible compare to bo4.
    Tick rate terrible.
    Story kind of ok though a bit funny how they blame russians.
    Guns quests doesn't work.
    Guns balance is broken.
    Freezes even on top PC.
    Literally every aspect of the game accept customesation is terrible. Next time I deffinatelly waiting to see the actual gameplay before buing anything from activision or infinity ward.

Imagine a well made shooter about american intervention to Pirak where you play for russian spec-ops cooperating with local resistence forces fighting with US army forces. American intervention happened decades ago with excuse of fighting chemical weapons threat, but they don't leave and instead:
    1. Preparing chemical attacks on civilians
    2. Murder locals with cold blood
    3. Plan terrorist acts in Moscow
    4. Bomb civilians on highway
    5. Murder journalists mistaking them for terrorists
    6. Severely torturing local people in prisons
    7. Stealing oil/ selling drugs to fund CIA black operations
    8. Do many other kinds of bad stuff.

    If you're american and such plot won't offend you - congrats for strong will and endurance.
    Such game is unlikely to happen in real life because in US people actually buy games, in Russia they just pirate them (so not a big risk of offending people on such small market).    … Expand

Да и после выхода меня переполняли эмоции, после каждого пвп матча (хотя игра не реально грузит процессор, что иногда приводило к проблемам). В игре идеально было все (лично для меня). Но потом для открытия персонажей я пошел в кампанию, по стандарту поставил ветерана и начал ее проходить. И тут понеслось... Сценаристы решили показать русскую армию (не ЧВК, как в Сирии, что могло бы избавить от большинства претензий к русофобии. Где Баркова могли бы сделать взбунтовавшимся генералом). Но сценаристны нарочно (или по глупости, что мало вероятно, так как присвоили русской армии бесчинства, которые творили американские солдаты в Ираке) выставили русских какими-то животными. Таким образом предвзятость сценаристов и пропагандический подтекст сюжета не дают мне право оценить игру в 10 из 10.
    Но я бы за геймплей поставил максимальный бал, а за сюжет не больше 2/10.    … Expand

    Everything is upside down. Call of Duty has a better solo campaign than multiplayer after many years. We will remember a perfectly scripted war with a dense atmosphere, but we’ll forget about the unbalanced online multiplayer. [Issue#298]

    After a multiplayer-centric episode, the COD fans will be delight with the return of a nervous and strong solo campaign. Modern Warfare is back with old-fashioned gameplay that is more grounded and efficient. The generous amount of content adds some depth to one of the best chapters of the saga to date. Magic!

    Overall Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a good title that is marred by the expectations that the Modern Warfare name brings with it. The campaign has some really stellar gameplay moments that are brought down by the mediocre plot. Multiplayer was fun but felt a bit like the competition’s output (despite there being no Battlefield release this year) which may be a turn off for some. I don’t think Modern Warfare 2019 has done anything to make me rethink waiting for substantial price drops to play Call of Duty campaigns, because clearly multiplayer is still Activision’s main focus and that’s just not where I get my kicks.
