    Son zamanlarda oynadığım en güzel açık dünya oyunlarından.Silahlar kılıçlar zırhlar eklentiler için müthiş bir emek harcanmış.Oynarken hiç sıkılmadım.Benim için önemli olan oyundan keyif almam insanların ne dediği umrumda değil ve ben çok sevdim.Biomutant yapımcılarını tebrik ediyorum ve devam oyununu sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum.

    It has some bugs and is laggy on my ps4 pro but besides that its a beautiful unique game which got me within 20 minutes. Beautiful open world, very cool crafting system and very cool skills and upgrades. Additionally very creative level design, story and especially the creatures and enemies. I love this game. I hope for a second Part in the future :)

    Ahhh Biomutant such a great game after playing for over 100 hours on my xbox series x I have gone ahead and purchased this game again for my Ps5 .. One key differences I have noticed from playing this on the Xbox series x the world looks a bit more detailed not a drastic change only noticeable if you look .. I feel Thq did not put as much effort in to the PlayStation 4 /5 version of thisAhhh Biomutant such a great game after playing for over 100 hours on my xbox series x I have gone ahead and purchased this game again for my Ps5 .. One key differences I have noticed from playing this on the Xbox series x the world looks a bit more detailed not a drastic change only noticeable if you look .. I feel Thq did not put as much effort in to the PlayStation 4 /5 version of this game as it suffers from slight frame rate issues such as lag and stuttering , but I will say it is not as bad where it will ruin your experience .. also they choose not to add a 4K option for the Ps5 which the Ps5 is fully capable of handling it is laziness from thq Nordic .. I will have to rate the PlayStation copy slightly lower than the Xbox version

    I finished the game and although somewhat repetitive I really enjoyed it. It's a bit of an underrated game to me.

    Biomutant is a lovely, charming and beautiful open-world game. Its fun, creative and wacky combat, amazing crafting and addicting loot system combined with great enemy variety makes the gameplay loop fell incredibly rewarding.

    I had the most fun when I just slowly explored this wacky and colorful world, taking it all in while doing the quests that came my way. Just take your time and    Biomutant is a lovely, charming and beautiful open-world game. Its fun, creative and wacky combat, amazing crafting and addicting loot system combined with great enemy variety makes the gameplay loop fell incredibly rewarding.

    I had the most fun when I just slowly explored this wacky and colorful world, taking it all in while doing the quests that came my way. Just take your time and face the enemies that cross your path. Slowly build up your character and just take in this beautiful and wonderful world.

    If you do this I think that you will have the most fun and that is a lot of fun.

    I bought the game with second hand 35e and had very little expectations.
    +Pluses
    + fast moving and running (if u choose agility +150) + As fast as u would ever want to set aim sensitivity. + Fast and fluidy mounting on/off of vehicles and animals as u need to do it million times so its very important. +Beautiful world considering it runs about 50fps with some dips but its still colmpletely    I bought the game with second hand 35e and had very little expectations.

    -Every time u open any box or closet for loot u HAVE TO wait multiple seconds to watch animations until specs revealed. If u skip it u dont see what u got. Annoying af. I just skip everythin that arent legendary and check them out later all at once.
    -Every enemy has the same two moves. -Separet outfit and gear options sucks and confuses. Should be on one tab.
    -when u loot or buy there should be compared stats what u have on or own already.
    -Imo there should be few more hit moves or combos.
    -lack of meaningful npc's, they all r the same.
    -Game is way too easy even from the first try extreme difficulty so it quickly becomes just run and shoot everything without really fear of dying or little dodging.

    Afterall great excellent game from very small group of people and budjet and its a huge step for to continue future games.    … Expand

    Beautiful, vast game with a vibrant, colorful world, a lot of side content, likeable characters and a truly remarkable crafting system. Would rate 9, but it is a 10 to even out some of the truly unfair zeros.

    For a team of under 20 people they did a good job. I don't understand the really negative reviews. Sure it falls short in some aspects (like the child speak and use of only one voice actor) but other than it it's a good rpg to sink some time into. I seriously believe that mainstream critics never really favour new Devs too much.

    I don't know why this game doesn't get better reviews, yeah it takes stuff from other games. But took good stuff from good games. It's fun, I have only put 12 hours in, and those 12 have flown by. Give it a play.

    I have no idea why this game gets hate. It's a game made by people with passion for gaming and the love they put in it shows.
    World is freaking gorgeous, characters are funny, combat is fun, story is ok. It's just BOTW, but better minus puzzles.

No tiene algo que innove el combate, fabricación de objetos, mutaciones o la subida de nivel pero logra engancharte. Se siente como un juego que puede dar mucho más de sí con sus ideas, pero apostaron a lo seguro. Sin importar si fue un equipo indie los creadores, con el parche a día de hoy es como mínimo entretenido. Dado el caso que la forma de narrar no sea de tu agrado, siempre puedes entrar a las opciones para ajustarlo.

    HISTORIA DE BIOMUTANT
    Experiment 101 nos cuenta como una corporación ha provocado un accidente que casi lleva la fauna a su total extinción. A consecuencia de esta catástrofe, las mutaciones en el ADN animal se han vuelto el pan de cada día. El mundo está plagado de criaturas fantásticas que ahora están divididas en facciones con diferentes metas. ¿Es posible que tú seas el cachorro que va a salvar el Árbol de la Vida, cuya existencia es vital?

    JUGABILIDAD
    Tenemos a nuestra disposición un editor de personaje lo suficientemente variado para crear a nuestro pequeño pero muy importante mutante. Podremos elegir entre varias razas, la forma que tiene y también su clase en base a nuestro estilo de juego. Desde el clásico pistolero con gran fuerza bruta, hasta un poderoso psíquico de gran agilidad capaz de esquivar hábilmente. Biomutant ofrece una variedad razonable al momento de crear a tu peludo mutante.

    Antes de iniciar la exploración en su gigantesco mundo, el cual es muy colorido a decir verdad, aprenderemos lo básico. Un tutorial que a la vez funge de guía en los primeros pasos que damos en la aventura. Se enseña el sistema de combate, de creación de objetos, subida de nivel para obtener habilidades y poderosas mutaciones. Al derrotar a otras creaturas, obtienes experiencia que nos ayudará a conseguir los puntos para mejorar estadísticas, poderes y habilidades. El narrador estará presente en cada evento y traduce los gimoteos de cada criatura, como si fuera un cuento. Esto último puedes cambiarlo en las opciones si sientes que es muy frecuente, pero su valor por defecto es ameno.

    Incluso con estos poderes, no podrás realizar por ti mismo la tarea de salvar el Árbol de la Vida. Cuentas con un sistema de facciones para aliarte con una casa, cada una está ubicada en una raíz del árbol. La filosofía cambia para cada una pero tú decides a quién apoyar o incluso intentar salvar vidas de forma neutra. Si derrotas al jefe de la casa, además de tomar sus territorios, accederás a su arma emblema y técnicas secretas.

    Gracias a las misiones secundarias repartidas por todo el mundo, tendrás motivo de explorar cada recoveco en este mundo. Hay una gran cantidad de ellas, pero puedes viajar grandes distancias con ayuda de los postes que marcan el camino. Tienen la suficiente variedad para que te sientas con ganas de subir de nivel, obtener más poderes o habilidades. Cabe recalcar que al explorar podrás encontrarás los materiales para fabricar armas, objetos o armaduras. Estos se encuentran en centros de basura, como recompensa al vencer un enemigo e incluso escondidos en su extenso mundo.

    Aquí no podía dejar atrás el combate, el cual tiene muchas especializaciones. Puedes enfocarte a pelear con o sin armas, los poderes especiales e incluso dar prioridad a las armas de fuego. Con un estilo hack and slash, deberás esquivar o defenderte de los ataques, emplear tus poderes mutantes o artes marciales. Puedes emplear tu arma de fuego, la de corta distancia, los poderes mutantes o bien una tunda usando Wung-Fu. Si utilizas la esquiva perfecta el tiempo se ralentizará y el parry te permitirá marear para hacer mucho daño.

    Sin falta debo mencionar el sistema de luz y oscuridad, el cual afecta los puntos que puedes obtener. Las decisiones que tomas en las misiones, alteran tu aura junto a los psipoderes a desbloquear para tu mutante. No pasa lo mismo con el arte marcial Wung-Fu, el cual aumenta tus combos en el combate, ignorando tu aura. Debo decir que en este apartado tiene una IA que deja algo que desear, a pesar de tener combates entretenidos.

    APARTADO GRÁFICO
    Para el mundo abierto puedo decir que es bastante soberbio en color, diseño y variedad de escenarios. Biomutant quizás no esta tan poblado como debería y es algo de lo que suelen pecar muchos títulos del género. Aun así logra destacar de buena manera en el diseño de sus diferentes locaciones, enemigos, personajes, jefes y demás criaturas. Los jefes junto a los señores de cada casa, son los que cuentan con un diseño mucho más elaborado. En cuanto al rendimiento, no hay una caída drástica, solo ligeros atorones en momentos puntuales donde debe cargar.    … Expand

    Really impressive for a 20 man team.

    This game is stunning and I have loved every minute of it so far. I can't understand why it has had such bad reviews, The combat system I think is intuitive and you have a real variety of melee weapons, guns Psionic abilities, and mutations. The environment is beautiful, literally the most aesthetically pleasing world I have experienced since Horizon Zero Dawn. The seemingly infinite draw distance gives you some almost breathtaking views. The crafting system allows you to craft anywhere at any time which is great. Upgrades have to be made at workbenches which is no bother because you can fast travel. I am really enjoying the story and the narration is exceptionally good. It has a sad sense of irony to it considering the stark warnings that unless making drastic changes over the next 10 to 30 years we will push our planet beyond its environmental tipping point resulting in cataclysmic, non-reversable changes. I am on PS4 Pro and I have experienced some frame rate issues but it happens very rarely and has not spoilt the game for me. I can only imagine how lovely this game is on a PS5. Biomutant is novel and original in many ways but you will be familiar with its open-world structure, the style of which I personally enjoy. I am glad I didn't pay attention to the bad reviews and trusted my instinct about Biomutant. I will be playing it and enjoying it probably for 100s of hours.… Expand

    Really well done open world game. Lots of places to explore. Creative: mounts, regions, puzzles, creatures, etc. Fun, interesting crafting system. Developers seem to be responsive to feedback.

    8 hours so far.

    Really fun with a lot to do. A satisfying new IP you can get lost in. I've loved it. It's light on story but heavy on exploration and everything else. It's a really charming world too. This kind of design philosophy can be considered old school, but by no means outdated.

    I can easily recommend this game for anyone looking for something in the open world action rpg genre.

    This game is made for teens, for the Fortnite genaration. It's not in a direct competition with Skyrim or Witcher 3. My son (12) really like it.     This game is awesome! The animations are super cool and the ability to pretty much craft any weapon you want is awesome! The combat is super cool and the characters are very likable! I would 100% recommend this game.

    Biomutant is a fantastic game with a fresh take and unique gameplay. The world is colorful and the characters have a fun charm. While the game is not perfect I hope to see more from the game and the developers. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fresh take on the post-apocalyptic open world genre.

    I don't understand the bad rep this game has been getting. I've been loving it. On a base PS4 there are definitely some frame rate issues, and there are some minor annoyances I have discovered, but with that being said it's still a great game. I got lost in exploring the beautiful world they have created and really enjoy the combat too. It's a bizarro-cutesy and charming game that at leastI don't understand the bad rep this game has been getting. I've been loving it. On a base PS4 there are definitely some frame rate issues, and there are some minor annoyances I have discovered, but with that being said it's still a great game. I got lost in exploring the beautiful world they have created and really enjoy the combat too. It's a bizarro-cutesy and charming game that at least thoroughly entertained me.     Muy buen juego. Algo aburrido el tutorial del principio, y con un final un poco malo, pero el resto del juego es fabuloso, por eso no puedo ponerle mas nota a este juego, pero bueno, es algo entendible para un juego desarrollado por apenas 20 personas.

    That’s absolutely what I wanted to get based on all previews and other information communicated before release. The game wants you to have simple quests, that push you to exploring entire world, because each location has some new swag that you can equip, consume or use for crafting. Crafting is very cool, you can build whatever you want to use for melee and ranged combat. Combat system, skills and mutations give you a lot of different options you can combine to build something unique. The story isn’t very complex, you don’t get a lot of twists, so it doesn’t distract you from exploring and you can go exploring entire map, I didn’t find any things that prevented me from going anywhere I wanted to explore, aside from areas that require resistances to go in. I’m now 30-40 hrs in game without even killing first world eater. Not sure on New Game+, but it opens you all class bonuses, so you can combine a best from multiple classes, and this is worth exploring. It’s actually first time I’m considering New Game+, after completing Witcher 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, Horizon Zero Dawn and this is mostly because exploring here is much more fun. Disregard all bad reviews, try it out yourself and make your own opinion. Experiment 101 continues to work on the game and I’m sure they will improve it based on gamers feedback further. They managed to build nice world that’s worth further content build on it.… Expand

    I read the reviews. And thought It's another Outriders and Avengers situation (Sorry if you like those games or are patient enough to stick through their issues).

    However, what a fun game. GET PAST THE TUTORIAL (it's horrible). Yes, they need to buff up Psi powers and work on the feel of melee. But, all of the cool gadgets and open world make it fun. The story is not for me. The    I read the reviews. And thought It's another Outriders and Avengers situation (Sorry if you like those games or are patient enough to stick through their issues).

    In the over 100 hours I have spent with Biomutant I have had a enjoyable experience in the world crafted by Experment 101. In my opinion the world is very cool and well crafted also for a game that is only 11 gigs is beyond impressive foe a a group of 10 people. Th crafting system and gear are amazing and unique I have enjoyed the combat even before the patch

    First of all ignore reviews , what others believe doesnt mean that you have also to believe.....its a beautiful game . i love the way you customise your character and only that you can use an animal character, thats all for me !! love the world design ,love the big enemies!! this game is amazing!!

    Dopo aver giocato per ben 13 ore ho completato la campagna in singolo e ho portato a termine qualche missione secondaria ma per platinare il gioco ci vogliono circa 70 ore quindi da scoprire nel mondo di Biomutant ce ancora tanto tanto tanto...Ci sono tante armi da scoprire...luoghi...amici,nemini e sottotrame. Inoltre ci sono 2 finali.

    Le mie ore trarscorse in Biomutant sono state molto piacevoli ed intense, ha una grafica molto colorata,a volte il frame rate scende drasticamente ma nulla di compromettente,musica ottima e una buona trama,sconsigliato magari a chi non apprezza i giochi narrati...parte lento ma poi è solo un crescendo di emozioni e il gameplay è spettacolare e rende tuto meraviglioso e unico.
    Il gioco mi è crashato una volta sola. ci sono dei difetti : frasi ripetute, frame rate,pop up - pop in, ma per un team di sole 20 persone,e con un bassisimo bugdet, non gli si può rimproveragli proprio nulla. Oltrettutto hanno appena dichiarato che ci saranno aggiornamenti futuri per migliorare il prodotto.
    Forse ha 60 euro ha un costo un pò elevato ma se lo trovate in sconto dategli una chanche e non ne rimarrete delusi.

    After playing for 13 hours I completed the single-player campaign and completed some secondary missions but to platinum the game it takes about 70 hours so there is still so much more to discover in the world of Biomutant ... There are many weapons to discover ... places ... friends, enemies and subplots. Also there are 2 endings.
    My hours spent in Biomutant have been very pleasant and intense, it has very colorful graphics, sometimes the frame rate drops drastically but nothing compromising, excellent music and a good plot, perhaps not recommended for those who do not appreciate the games narrated ... it starts slowly but then it's just a crescendo of emotions and the gameplay is spectacular and makes everything wonderful and unique.
    The game only crashed once. there are flaws: repeated phrases, frame rates, pop up - pop in, but for a team of only 20 people, and with a very low budget, you can't blame them for anything. Furthermore, they have just stated that there will be future updates to improve the product.
    Maybe it has 60 euros and it costs a little high but if you find it at a discount give it a chance and you won't be disappointed.

I haven't been this intrigued by loot since borderlands. the way you can customize the weapons give it a unique look that make it feel more personal than most games. I wish more games can adopt this crafting system like dying light 2.
    The world is gorgeous in motion and have really foo draw distance it was cool seeing an area then realizing i cant o in there yet till i required the right gear for the element. I felt like so far I have been always working towards something. the music is enjoyable to and enemies have been nicely scattered through the world(although i dont think they respawn in certain area but i believe they are working on a patch).
    the combat is where i have had the most fun. it was really janky and bare bones at first but once i unlocked the wung fu combos for the gun and weapon i was using and earned a few abilities that complemented the way i play combat became a lot more smooth and fun. I do warn that this game isnt a hack and slash game or it will feel janky. once you are in a attack animation you have to finish the attack so you should be more methodical with you button inputs.
    The story is probably the weakest aspect with it being straight forward and there just to string you along the world. if you are playing just for main quest story the game is not for you. I personally have enjoyed some of the character I have came across exploring and usually found worth while upgrades, loot, mounts or mini bosses through exploration.
    the game has some jank and flaws but if im being honest I am having more fun with this game than the last few openworld I have purchased for 60$ (AC Valhalla and Fenix Rising) so I dont mind the price point comparing it off of those AAA games    … Expand

    I was hyped before the launching and then after some reviews I got little bit sad to buy the game. Even though I bought it and for my surprising I love it. It is true the narrative is not good but I liked to explore the world to find new items and craft some awesome weapons.

    The game is good and the best price for it would be US 40.

Absolutely not. It has things that can be improved upon. But as a new IP. Its amazing and I can't wait to see where it goes.     This game is definitely meant for a niche of fans that miss the Rareware games of old. The combo strings are fluid and the crafting is fun. My only two complaint is the narrator when I could understand the language. After switching it to Russian I immediately started enjoying it more and just read the subtitles.

    Крафт: нашел вещи в самом начале, периодически обновляю заплатки и на другие поменять и не получается, эти имба.
    Система кармы не работает в сюжете. Био и пси приемы слабые..
    Диалоги....я иногда вообще не понимаю, что несут за чушь эти ушастые.

    Но в целом мир красивый, спецэффекты сочные, разнообразие примитивных головоломок.
    Рассказчик иногда говорит что-то не в попад, но при условии, что наш ГГ всегда молчит, то без комметов рассказчика было бы вообще скучно.

    - dressing up, and crafting. Often I find myself lost in crating some new cool weapons and must lough about a new find. A head with rabbit ears or other stuff. So much loot and everything can be useful in its right. Maybe selling, destroy or for materials or use it to revamp a new weapon.
    -interesting element system. U can also combine for example electro and fire, and u create a lot more damage than only with one element. And with ur gun u can stack a 3rd type.
    - wonderful creative stuff. Not only the animals ore enemies are sometime so cool designed. Also ur vehicals can be changed in look and are useful for boss fights and certain situations
    -this game is so different and also the same in questing, as we know from other games. But u search for funny things, that humans needed, and the narrator explaining these things. That can lead to some funny moments.
    - everything is cute and the language of the animals make me lough a lot.
    - the world isn't empty, that's a lie. Their are parts of the world empty, but that's only realistic because in some parts u can't breathe or u are high up in mountains. The only thing that I can say is-a bit more epidemic life would make sense sometimes

    Negative things

    - the voice acting is great but also boring sometimes. Also some lines are repeated. Also in mainquests and side quests.
    - the narrator is a strange thing. Because he is the only voice u can understand in this world.
    - fetch quest are in their. Repeat this, and do this. Bring me wood to re build a city and so on.
    That isn't for everyone. But it's definetly not so much as like in AC games.
    - no lock on camera. Makes fighting harder, but u can get used to it
    - the healing menue isn't intuitive. And the time do not stop, only goes in slow motion. That is tricky in the beginning.
    - ur bad and good behavior do things in the world. But not as much as u think.
    Other villages get destroyed or some people talk differently to u. 101 could do a bit more with it.
    - some decision must be made without any warnings. And can't be changed. That's okay, but not mine.
    - playing the game nearly 30 h now, and I got the feeling u have to play it a 2nd time. NG+ times are not mine either. I am from generation. U can get everything in the first run    … Expand

A lot of the reviews are disappointing, often saying things that are completely untrue; the game is linear, the world is flat, the world is unpopulated, the enemies are all the same and not varied. All of this is provably false. Also rampant reports of the game being too easy while other reviewer say the unpolished combat is too hard. This game is at its best when you just explore and uncover fun stuff - when you are barreling toward the finish line to give this game a bad review, you haven't actually experienced the true game at all.

    Lets be real - Biomutant is an unapologetically weird experiment of a game. While many feel that they got too far off the beaten path, I say its refreshing to experience something new, especially in this open work genre that is starting to get beaten to death at this point. Its not a perfect game, more like a jack of all trades. If you are looking for a game that's a master of something, this isn't it. Its a game about sitting back and enjoying the wild and cooky ride. If that is your mindset going in, you are going to have a lot of fun.

    I would say the closest comparison that you can make for this game is Fallout. Every Bethesda game ever has been ripe with bugs and problems around every corner. While biomutant sure has a lot of weirdness, it has had a much cleaner launch. Yet before 76, bethesda games were showered with praise where Biomutant is getting dragged through the mud. While not perfect, this game is far from an embarrassingly buggy release that is all to common in this day an age.

    Some of the biggest things holding Biomutant back are simply fine tuning. When new players get their hands on a game they like to band and break it in ways devs could never have imagined. This game is being broken in many ways that can be fixed with simple updates. Bring down some overpowered things, bring up some weak things. Mix in more perks. Fine tune some combat elements. Clean up some UIs. Most of the dirt can be cleaned off this game with a few basic content patches, and Experiment 101 has already announced they are working on it.

    This game isn't perfect. Far from it. However the longer I play it the more I love the game. Don't follow the critical hate. Its trendy to hate things lately. Try it for yourself and have your own opinion. There is a lot of charm here and I'd hope there is a future to improve upon whats laid out.

    I love Biomutant. I'm now about 7 hours into the game and find myself smiling every time I play it. I fail to understand how a game like Final Fantasy Remake, which is barely an RPG and more of a guided tour in futility and frustration with absolutely no freedom at all (loved the original, HATED the remake) can garner such praise when a new and lovingly crafted IP such as Biomutant is getting crapped on. Ok so the world doesn't have a super lot going on at the moment...has anyone really played Shadow of the Colossus? Because they're ain't a whole lot going on in that games world either. And that game was also often times an exercise in frustration when it came to combat/controls/climbing. The sad reception of a game such as this, is living proof of why companies shell out mindless and soulless clones of COD and Madden every year. Most people just don't want to try anything new or different. Well to those knee jerking, Red Bull drinking, Funnion eating, twitch-finger zombies, keep your wallets full because the clone age will never leave you. I'll stick to titles with imagination and vision. DON'T LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. PLAY THE GAME FOR YOURSELF.

    It’s super fun. don’t listen to all the hate and see for yourself; the graphics are not bad at all, the fps rarely drops on ps5 (it’s gonna get fixed with the ps5 patch anyway), the narrator is not that bad actually and the gameplay is entertaining. it’s super refreshing and relaxing. I strongly recommend it!

    Fun, quirky, and colorful world mixed with creative, sandbox style combat allows your imagination to run wild in a Wung-Fu fantasy adventure. Definitely has 80s era Saturday morning cartoon vibe. Recommend for people who have a soul and enjoy having fun

    Don’t go in expecting a AAA title. Go in with an open mind and some patience and you’ll see the love behind the game. Played through once and already started my second play through. Plenty of options and character choices to keep things interesting for awhile. Looking forward to Biomutant 2!!!

    Now, with that being said, I have had Biomutant for 5 Days now, and I have had the most difficult week in terms of my priorities in an entire decade.

    I refuse to compare this title to traditional AAA titles that we play Today because it wasn't the teams intention. It also wasn't the average size team of developers either. Even with that being said, after my first 6 hours with Biomutant I realized that I prefered its style as a whole, over my entire collection of beautiful AAA titles.

    Biomutant didn't impress me during its intro. It actually had me feeling conflicted, and worried about whether I would care enough to stick around just 2 hours in. It was about 6 hours in, when I had actually fuly grasped the combat, looting, crafting/scrapping system. Once I fully understood how it worked and how to benefit from loot and what do with bad loot, thats when the game as a whole came together and I realized that it was going to be an absolute blast of a journey.

    I am thoroughlly enjoying the narrator in this story vs the narration in a game like Immortals Fenyx Rising. Not once, has the Biomutant narration thrown me off or made me want to avoid it. Its the perfect amount of quirkiness and seriousness. The narrator talks about the beautiful scenery as you enter a new tropical location and gives you a brief history lesson. I truly appreciate that. The way that the narration unfolds the story, past and present is very personal to a gamer like myself.

    The combat system reminds me of a clunkier version of Insomniacs Spiderman. Its far from perfect but also far from imperfect. Its smooth and clunky at the same time and it works really well for the setting and pace of the game right now. The developers have stated they'll be working on that which is amazing but as it stands right now, I would be able to finish the game happily. Remembering the different melee combos is a task for me, one that Im actually happy to take on because its very rewarding seeing the name of the combo blow up on screen in comic book style letters to verify that it was done correctly. Its an instant shot of dopamine.

    Crafting/Scrapping has become the most rewarding portion of the game for me now that I have a great understanding on how it actually works. I wasn't sure what the information was telling me in the first few hours of play but after reading some forums and comments I gathered my own understanding and started to run with it. I ended up sitting on a large collection of loot and started piling up resources and creating incredibly unique and funny weapons for my character to use. I now find myself thinking while Im at work "Can't wait to loot things for 2 hours when I get home". Its something that means alot to me as a gamer right now. Genuine fun.

    Now as far as the map/locations go, Im truly confused with all the buzz on the internet about Biomutant being a lonely, dead World. Compared to what? I can barely travel on foot for more than fifteen seconds before seeing something to loot, fight or discover. And the "bare land" I have found is perfect for summoning your mount and taking some awesome photos. Right now I find myself wishing that you had the ability to climb. I really think they could have capitilized on hiding loot up top on narrow plankboards on abandoned buildings or something. But regardless, searching for loot is somehow refreshing in Biomutant comapred to many loot games and I dont know exactly why but I love it. I cannot stop moving the camera around to absorb the scenery. Its art style and locations are incredible. I love that it doesnt look nearly as good as games like Days Gone or Horizon Zero Dawn or The Last of Us 2 but it works just as well, in its own way and provides the same foundation of appreciation.

    The story is something that I feel like I dont even have enough hands on experience with to be able to talk about it with confidence. I havent actually completed a single main mission aside from what the game makes you complete before throwing you into the open world. With side quest experience, I can confidently say that the story should open up and be as exciting as Im hoping.

    All in all, at the end of the Day Biomutant impresses me, and leaves me hopeful for an amazing journey. Can't wait to put 50 more hours into this. Spectacular game.    … Expand

    I like most people read reviews before buying games. It’s quite natural to investigate before you invest some of your hard earned money. With that being said I believe this is one of those times you should not listen to the reviews and buy this game and try it for yourself. Which is hyper focused on shooters, gore and over the top cinematic. This game has been lovingly crafted for years by a small group of people. Does it have its issues, of course. But it most certainly does not ruin the experience. Once through the tutorial the world opens up and the vision comes to life. This is a love letter to simpler times when games were made to be fun, quirky and make us feel like a child again. The combat, crafting, exploration is all top notch. And open world games being some of the hardest games to make this is truly an achievement and testament of this small studios talent and creativity. Sure, everything could always be better but just this once stop listening to critics and give this game a chance. It deserves it.… Expand

Pero superando el tutorial el juego mejora notablemente y realmente se disfruta la exploración. Puedo afirmar que el mapa tiene muy buena vista y no lo siento como un mundo vacío, es más se siente que se ha hecho con bastante cariño

But smacking a big guy head first to ground is so statisfying when executed. Story and Quests are generic but everyone who played any AC game should be used to it. The most fun I had so far is the crafting. The combination of all the funny parts Items and what not is just a blast and once you get a hang of the menu it’s all not that big of deal. So in the end it’s definitely no GOTY masterpiece like a ghost of Tsushima or last of us but I never saw it that way. It’s the first project of a development team with 20 people in it and most people seem to ignore that but please ask yourself when you did something for the first time , was it perfect ? I bet not but that’s no reason to put these guys to shame for trying to bring fun into your lives. Especially in times like this.     I should start by saying 95% of games I play are of the open world rpg variety. I've sunk hundreds if not thousands of hours over the years into games like BOTW, Borderlands, Fallout, and Outerworlds, Red Dead Redemption, ect. so I think I have a solid understanding of all the aspects that make them enjoyable and not so enjoyable. So far I have about 40 hours of play time in Biomutant andI should start by saying 95% of games I play are of the open world rpg variety. So far I have about 40 hours of play time in Biomutant and I gotta say my honest opinion is that although it lacks depth and scale compared to other AAA rpg's I have played I still think its a wonderfully crafted game that is both beautiful and charming. Its relaxing to play and I love its quirky characters and story telling. Not to mention the character armor and weapon crafting is super satisfying. It seems a main complaint from players and critics is that after awhile the game feels repetitive but I know if you play any rpg long enough they all get repetitive. In every rpg i've ever played at some point or another I inevitably find myself racing through what seems like a never ending chain of fetch quest in order to finally feel the sense of achievement I get from advancing the main story without skipping anything along the way. I think the real issue with Biomutant is that some of the side missions and puzzles are too similar or simply repeated throughout the entirety of the game which I will agree makes the game feel basic and/or dated. Some people are also crying about the narrator being overbearing and claiming the names the game uses to describe things is too silly or childish. I didn't have a problem with either of these issues, for starters there is an option in the game menu to lessen the frequency that you hear the narrators voice while you play and as far as the silly naming conventions, they are no different then similar made up words used in movies like Willy Wonka, Harry Potter, or the B.F.G to list a few examples, all of which are very popular very successful movies. Other than that I really don't have anything critical to point out about the game. I really enjoy the oriental overtones in the games music score, artistic style, and combat mechanics which I feel all work together to bolster the colorful and beautifully designed world environments. Bottom line I really like Biomutant and I hope that it is successful enough where the small dev team that made it can continue to build upon the great foundation they have created and get to work crafting a bigger and better sequel in the future. 10 out of 10 to offset negative reviews I think are completely unjustified. I don't know whether it's because the cahracters are perhaps adjacent to furry, muppets, or just being notably non-human but in many critic reviews they're being harsh on BioMutant for things they were permissive about in other open world games, even Breath of the Wild.     I'm not just being facetious here, either. A lot of these reivews are simply unfair. Some bring up elements like the baby-talk, without having an ounce of the self-awareness required to realise that this is a game that's meant to appeal to kids. If 50~ year olds are having problems with a game like this, perhaps they shouldn't be playing it in the first place?

I gave it a 10 because it deserves better than what its getting. How can people give Zelda 10s and this a 3,this game has me more interested than Zelda and the worlds alot fuller,the loot is amazing,the crafting is to,the weirdness to it makes it thatI honestly dont understand all the hate this game is getting.     Honestly not sure how this game is low rated. I am having a ton of fun, looting, exploring, crafting, fighting. It's great to put on and just relax and explore. Best game I have played since Ghost of tushima.

I am having an amazing time playing through this and it is a truly unique game. Some minor bug fixes and tweaks need to be made but the foundation of Biomutant is a remarkable experience. It is not perfect though that is for sure. But it does a lot of things right and the atmosphere stands for itself. The narrator though can be annoying at some point in time. Than turn it off.     I know a lot of people don't like this, but I love it. It's a AA game in a AAA world. The developers love shines through and while it does have some issues, it's still a blast to explore and have fun in combat. I look forward to whatever the devs make next.

    Let's break down the reasons.

    TECH
    GRAPHICS | 9: game is gorgeous, lush and vibrant environment, dense. Think of Horizon Zero Dawn. Not a 10 because there is a tiny bit of repetition especially in insides / bunkers
    SOUND | 8: does it's job, no outstanding OST or anything but just the right support to the game play

    GAMEPLAY
    COMBAT | 7: this is a mixed one for me. I love combat but I feel it could be polished a little bit more. What is lacking the most is "weight" especially in the melee, a more responsive and clean parry and a balancing (ranged can get overpowered fast, needs to be toned down a lot). Would be interested to have more often enemies resistant to to melee, ranged or powers
    EXPLORATION | 10: this is one of my favourite sides. I always feel encouraged to look each nook and cranny to find scrap and use it for crafting. Tons of secrets, funny and quirky things to discover. Many traversal options with vehicles, mounts and "parkour" via double jumps and weapons combos
    CRAFTING | 10: another easy top vote, hands down the best crafting system I ever seen in a RPG. NOT BOUND TO A STUPID SKILL. Tons of configurations. Results can be broke back down to their components. Very fun to create crazy weapons mixing and matching scrap. I SO LOVE IT.
    CHARACTER PROGRESSION | 8: there are ton of option, the fact that you are virtually never locked out of options is both a strength and a weakness. I cannot push the score higher here (and maybe is even generous) because sometimes the choices feel impactless, and maybe a bit more restrictions would be beneficial. Also not a fan of flat skill trees, I think it adds more depth if the skills are lined in paths to take and go deeper

    STORY
    OVERALL | 6: here we are touching the very weak points. Story is there, adds the right context to the overall world but it never got me hooked. I didn't find it compelling or special.
    DELIVERY | 5: here the weakest point for me. The character don't have interesting dialogues, often they repeat themselves. The narrator, while a reasonable choice for a "fable" as the devs call it, removes TOO MUCH SOUL from any character... they should have been voiced independently to make them memorable. Also the continuous presence of this voice makes the overall experience very flat an monotonous. I'm aware this will come down to personal choice, but is kinda objective that a different direction would have made the story and the character much more interesting and likeable. I'm aware you can disable it but that's not the point: he's the main pillar of the narration, the solution isn't muting it. I have too say it it wasn't always negative, he made me chuckle lot of times but he generally overstays his welcome after a while.    … Expand

    The introduction phase is quite long because it crams a lot of tutorials in narrative style. The dialogues can slow down the pace a lot, so it takes a while to get into the game. But the core of it kicks in and the paths open up once you are free to choose your quests, find your mount, build your character, wander anywhere you want given you can survive the elements.

    Skills and weapon types have different learning curves so they feel unequal at first until you find your favorite play style. After a while using the first thing that worked on most mobs it gets boring, but the character development is open enough so you can change directions and there is no need "respec" to keep your build viable. Sometimes the combat gets messy when there are too many mobs in the same fight, especially when there are two opposing groups involved in a fight.

    I'm not giving 8/10 to counter the review bombers. It's a good game. Biomutant isn't perfect but it's not a botched release, it runs very well a. It does what many open-world action RPG's have done up until now. It combines many recipes of what made the genre popular but it looks like people suddenly decided to raise the bar sky high for story, originality, content and variety in a genre that rarely stands out in those aspects. I bet the bar will be low again on time before the next Ubisoft releases of sequels of upon sequels if you know what I mean.    … Expand

    For on open-world action RPG developed by a handful of people, Biomutant makes a very striking impression. It’s hard for me to imagine someone not falling in love with the beautiful, unique world conjured up by Experiment 101. Sure, the game as a whole is not perfect, but if a sequel is ever created, I’ll be the first in line to play it. [07/2021, p.38]

    From creating your own character to a wide array of vehicles and a unique world, there’s a lot to love in Biomutant – which makes its shallowness all the more disappointing. The inconsistent battle system and the amount of bugs doesn’t make things any better. While the game certainly knows how to hook you, the fun doesn’t last very long.

    Biomutant tries to do a lot of interesting things. It offers a potentially captivating world and unique crafting mechanics. Even the combat's fine, on the surface. The game, however, doesn't exactly play well, with clumsy controls, repetitive missions and an overemphasis on drawn-out dialogue that bores instead of inspires. This really could (and should) have been a lot better than it is.
