May 28, 2021Would have been fine when I preordered it in 2018 but now nothing really stands out about it apart from the irritating dialogue and broken difficulty curve in places. Delayed mediocrity

May 29, 2021This is not the worst game in the world. Sure, it is overpriced, the narrator is annoying, the world feels empty but you still can have fun with it. Just wait for a sale, and know what you can expect here.

May 29, 2021It's an ok game with neat ideas such as the crafting system and the psysical appearance changes through the upgrade points investement. Combat needs improvement and the game takes too long to actually start.
I don't understand the 0s but most likely these people who gave the game a 0 are the Sam weebs who gave ghost of boredom a straight 10 -

May 26, 2021It's a nice unique game that comes around only once in a long while. The combat does need improvements especially the melee, but overall, I like it.

Jun 3, 2021The game does a few things well but other times mediocre. Combat is fun and dynamic but messy. The crafting is one of the best I've encountered recently. Exploration is far more engaging than most modern open worlds. The world is beautiful and cartoony. The story is sometimes odd and charming then other times boring and repetitive. .

May 28, 2021I've not finished the game as yet, but I'm having a lot of fun with it. It's not perfect, and it doesn't do anything especially unique, but it is a solid piece of entertainment with a fun world. Well worth playing.

May 27, 2021I really dislike that they cloned the giant rat hero from Guardians of the Galaxy without a license, and used it as a basis for your hero build. And that they copied pretty much everything else from other sources too. Like you see stuff and go, hey, dint I see that in NMS?
Fighting is ok, rest is mediocre, and very, very unoriginal. Doubt many bother finishing this game. A massive disappointment. -
Jun 17, 2023Biomutant is an action-adventure RPG
+ Gorgeous world to explore
- Overbearing narrator is very annoying
- Doesn't explain some game mechanics very well
- The Story is boring -
May 29, 2021Nothing new narrative guy wouldn’t shut up frame rate could be better and to many glitches! Story was meh. Why did to mom know kung fu while dad was sowing? Bland game in the end.

CD-ActionDec 7, 2021For on open-world action RPG developed by a handful of people, Biomutant makes a very striking impression. It’s hard for me to imagine someone not falling in love with the beautiful, unique world conjured up by Experiment 101. Sure, the game as a whole is not perfect, but if a sequel is ever created, I’ll be the first in line to play it. [07/2021, p.38]

Jul 6, 2021From creating your own character to a wide array of vehicles and a unique world, there’s a lot to love in Biomutant – which makes its shallowness all the more disappointing. The inconsistent battle system and the amount of bugs doesn’t make things any better. While the game certainly knows how to hook you, the fun doesn’t last very long.

Jun 25, 2021Biomutant tries to do a lot of interesting things. It offers a potentially captivating world and unique crafting mechanics. Even the combat's fine, on the surface. The game, however, doesn't exactly play well, with clumsy controls, repetitive missions and an overemphasis on drawn-out dialogue that bores instead of inspires. This really could (and should) have been a lot better than it is.
