A more than satisfactory expansion that takes us to Sinai to give us much more content and even improve somewhat the story arc of the creation of the Brotherhood of the Assassins with respect to the base game.

If you love the Assassin's Creed universe and you want to know more about the fate of medjay Bayek, this add-on, in fact, proves truly unmissable.

A lot of what The Hidden Ones gets right is its ability to take familiar concepts from Assassin’s Creed Origins and make them feel new again by means of a new purpose, a new story, and a new creed. A new direction to the story that makes Bayek more relatable, high-level combat keeps quests challenging even when you’re fully leveled up, and a more rewarding pace of loot provide an opportunity to feel something new without straying too far from what I loved about Origins in the first place.

Assassin’s Creed Origins: The Hidden Ones is probably exactly like you expect – it offers more of everything you liked about the base game, but it won’t surprise you or offer anything revolutionary.

If you do not expect sudden changes, plot twists or other craziness, you will probably like The Hidden Ones. It does not really do things differently, which means the experience is pretty much the same.

The Hidden Ones DLC continues where it left off and it's mostly more of the same, which is excellent if you loved Assassin's Creed Origins. We would have liked to see more variety and more beauty in the region, but it's still a must play for the fans.

We have a whole new region to explore with really detailed side quests . the story is about 3 hours long . It would take about 8-9 hours for completionists. Things such asThis is a worthy expansion to Assassin's Creed: Origins. There are some improvements upon concepts that were in the base game. Things such as the assassinations themselves are far more entertaining and much more open. Unlike in the base game, you need to find and kill your target in an open area (like a fort) which you can tackle in anyway you want. You can sneak your way around the fort and stealth kill your target or you can run into the fort and kill everything you see. It's all about freedom of choice, which is something the base game didn't handle very well (in terms of the main assassination targets). While the main story is only 3-4 hours, it is much more streamlined and does not drag like the base game story. The characters are still great and this expansion adds more depth to them. The side quests are much improved as well. The Hidden Ones goes for quality or quantity. Each side quest is unique and memorable. Gone are the dozens of side quests were you save someone from a camp and return him/her to safety. With a $10 price tag, this is definitely worth it, especially if you are a fan of Assassin's Creed: Origins. Full Review »

I spent 6.5 hours to complete the main quest and side quests considering my gear was already top end. It is set after the original game and definitely worth playing if you enjoyed it. Full Review »
