    Quick background on me the reviewer, I tend to like single player games that is heavy on narrative the most. I also play a lot of racing games and use to play multiplayer games in my high school days but now that it's hard for me and my friends to find a good time to link up so now it’s rare for me to get into a multiplayer game. Up to try any genre of games and sometimes I find something new that I didn't think I'd like. I own a PC (built by me), Xbox One X, Xbox Series X, PS3, PS4, PS5, and a Switch. I prefer Playstation due to their focus on narrative games. For scoring, I’ll be using the Gameinformer review scale and of course influenced by my personal opinions.

    The game’s features may work, but are nothing that even casual players haven’t seen before. A decent game from beginning to end.

    Apex feels like an EAs version of fortnight, there is just so little that makes this game unique. While the gameplay is fun it gets repetitive due to the lack of game modes. It feels like Apex was just a game that jumped on the battle royal train when fortnight was at its peak. Less and and less updates come each year, the game just feels forgotten.     Es un juego bueno pero para mí no fue una experiencia bueno creo no está hecho para mí, pero acepto que es un gran battle royale

    Posso dire di essere stato un accanito giocatore di Apex, ma purtroppo la sensazione di noia e staticità che avevo iniziato ad avvertire da qualche tempo ha preso il sopravvento e ora non riesco più nemmeno ad aprire il video game, non che questo sia brutto o oggettivamente noiosa che io reputo giochi come Apex noiosi a lungo andare.

    Pretty fun but way too much grinding involved to get any wins. One of the better battle royales as theres different playstyles between the characters.

    The best shooter on the market currently. The gunplay is a bit too fast, and the grind is kinda silly to get new characters.

    Ultimately, it doesn't do anything great, it is merely good. But I'd rather play this to scratch my shooter itch over COD or Battlefield.

    La verdad, van pasando 11 temporadas y este juego es lo mismo, eliges a una leyenda, buscas donde caer, te mata un equipo pred mientras que tu equipo son solo jugadores de Free Fire y al looby y repetir. a sido lo mismo desde hace 2 años, debe haber algo nuevo ya para este juego

    Very good speed and movement.
    Nice ping system and nice respawn system.
    Awful character design.
    Very fun to play.

    A better experience without all the PC cheaters, but also needs better frame rate, it's obvious that the game pretty much never hit the target 60fps needed for a decent shooter game.

I come back to it every few months but every time I am confused what it is trying to be, because it is NOT a Battle Royale Titanfall, that would have been awesome, but this game is NOT that. It "borrows" few things from Titanfall 1-2 but just fails to make me play for longer than 1-2 sessions. It is way too fast-paced for movement and way to slow in-betweenI don't understand this game. I come back to it every few months but every time I am confused what it is trying to be, because it is NOT a Battle Royale Titanfall, that would have been awesome, but this game is NOT that. The massive map is balanced with fast movement but it does not mean it is easy to find enemies. Sometimes I play for 20 min and do nothing but loot with no enemies. This is not better than Warzone or Fortnite. Loot is confusing but I do like pinging system. Some animations are weird too (like running with a gun). I like the "hero" options but sometimes I feel like you can lose an encounter because you did not have other hero, and that's kinda unbalanced.… Expand

    i don't understand why people compare this to fortnite it's nothing like fortnite if your coming from fortnite and your good at fortnite and expecting to then be good at apex your wrong the games is awesome but it's different from fortnite just had to say it.

    Combines the team and class nature of Overwatch, the gunplay of COD and PUBG, and the skins/emotes/loot from Fortnite. Absolutely no pay-to-win, as all of the rewards are cosmetic. The guns feel superb, maybe a bit more arcadey than COD (the guns are pretty tight and remind me more of Halo).

The mods auto-equipping if they are better than what you have and if you have the spot open on your weapon is just such a great feature. And when you switch weapons, it will auto-switch the mods.

    Bad features: honestly almost none. Maybe the reload time is a bit too long? (but that just encourages you to pursue extended clips and rewards those who do) And yeah, the elephant in the room is that EA owns Respawn, but they seem to have their hands out of this one unlike Anthem, which already appears to be a full-priced game with microtransactions. This game does the MTs just like Fortnite, which is totally ok in my book. You can play the game perfectly well with them and enjoy them if you get them.    … Expand

    I had fun with this game playing with friends, but that's not much of a compliment. Apex Legends is competent at what it does, nothing more. As a result, the game is as good as your friends.

    It's free, so you might as well play it with someone if you have the time. Just don't try it by yourself.

    Couldn't get into fortnite. This excels in every way. Stunning visuals, great audio, polished and varied gameplay. Hard to believe its free. Great Job Respawn!

    Okay, not a great game. This is a lot like Rogue Legends, but I feel that while this game has potential, it's not for me. I've played a couple of matches so far, and unloaded a full clip into one of my opponents, and got destroyed. Maybe I'm just biased because my first couple of matches were trash. You decide. Either way, my rating stays the same.

    First of all, I do not enjoy playing any Battle Royale games. The fact that it makes you play BR in a team of 3 doesn't change the fact that I just don't like playing for a short amount of time. Die. Then back to lobby. The reasons I gave it a try were due to the comparison to Overwatch and that it was made by Respawn. I enjoyed Titanfall 2.     To be fair this is a pretty enjoyable game and well-executed to boot. I don't like Battle Royale games so it didn't really hook me but if you enjoy the genre you should give this one a try for sure.

    It has a decent variety of characters and skills (the game is also update and adds more) and the weapons are also satisfying to use.     just unexpectedly, EA with Respawn come out and shoot like a big gun.
    Yes, and f2p. after all the battle royals, this one really gives a new experience.
    Smart and clear ping system - it works fine.
    Absolutely comfortable to play with other random players without a voice chat, I thought this does not happen.
    But Respawn did their best.

    During its first couple of months after release, I probably would've given it a 10. Since then though it has progressively gotten worse. Half the guns in the game are just straight-up garbage the new map is too spread out with no top tier places to drop. Kings canyon got worse too after the removal of skulltown. It just isn't as fun as its competitors in its early state. Hopefully respawnDuring its first couple of months after release, I probably would've given it a 10.     When the round table of a company takes an idea and re-skins it... Gross. This game is nothing you haven't already seen. only popular because all the 9 year olds are playing it.

    Purely from a gameplay perspective, it’s the best first person battle royale title out there, and well worth dipping into a year on. It’s disappointing that Titanfall 3 seems further away than ever, but for now Apex Legends will do just as well.

    Apex Legends spices up the battle royale formula with hero-based shooter pizazz and its revolutionary pinging system, which helps everyone feel welcome to the team. Though its Season One rollout has been disappointing content-wise and its visual flair remains bland, Apex Legends still has the solid foundation necessary for a free-to-play shooter to survive in the long run. And with 50 million players reached in its first month, it's not like it's slowing down anytime soon. We're all jumpmasters now.

    There are many free to play Battle Royale games out there that are vying for your attention, but Apex Legends takes the genre to new heights with its superb gunplay, Moreish game loop and a superb communication mechanic.
