    Anthem is an open-world looter shooter that offers unique, and addicting gameplay. Generally I was impressed with the improvements over the VIP demo and open Demo. The load-times while perhaps somewhat long, are not much of a detractor. I am happy with my purchase.

    I have never got bored of a game so quickly. Shallow and poor execution. I wanted to enjoy this game even with it being an EA game but I just can't. Luckily my local game shop offers £40 back if you hand it in before the 8th of Feb I am taking it back tomorrow.

    It’s certainly not the second coming of Mass Effect 2, but it’s addictive.

    Pros: it’s an Iron Man simulator. All four javelins have vastly different play styles. Only the ranger feels like a “shooter” style game. Story was great. Certainly has the BioWare quality cast of characters. Looter mechanics are much more similar to Diablo than Destiny. Flight mechanics have been nailed.    It’s certainly not the second coming of Mass Effect 2, but it’s addictive.

    Pros:

    This is an awful game and EA and Bioware knows it. The game feels unfinished, trashy, and is a bore to play. It just feels like a Destiny or Warframe clone with no passion or direction.

    really Fun game with lots of potential like every game it has its flaws but those can be overlooked since Bioware is being really open about the future of the game and listening the community this game is like the first chapter of a final fantasy game and can't be judge like a finished products but as the first part of a great project. also FREE DLC.

    This is a great game. Realistically an 8 out of 10 but I'll leave a 10 to do a bit to counter the obvious hate train running over this game.. I've been playing all night and haven't become bored of it at all! It's not perfect but some people want this game to fail hard.

    You guys should really really relax! I'm 33 yo played any game I can get my hands on (From Final Fantasy to Destiny) and I can tell you THIS ISNT the worst game ever. It's not perfect but it sure is fun! Don't be so close minded!

    Anthem is a game technically well done. Beautiful graphics, nice mechanics. I love the face animations when characters speak. But there is a huge lack in content and options. Few hours into the game you already run out of things to do. Sometimes I would just wander around Fort Tarsis without knowing where to go, who to speak, etc... BioWare said over and over again that lots of contents are coming. But today the game lacks exactly that: content. Never fully trust a review made 2 days after release. Don’t even read reviews with 0’s or 1’s, nor the ones with 10’s and 9’s. You know, common sense.     The game is clearly Early Access for full prize + microtransactions. Its insane as the game is full of buggs has many flaws in gameplay and lacks of content.
    Its just insane that its allowed to publish something in the PS4 store.

    looks great and the mechanics feels great. I dont understand the low rating and it seems, a game today has tons of content and is still played in one week. For people who couldnt slow down and have to jump from game to game play other hype games. I cant understand the low ratings and score of 60. I have a great fun in the moment with Anthem.

Just another titanfall, Ark, Evolve, For honor and so many other online required corpses that will quickly drop to the bottom of the bargain bin.

    You just have to look at Biowares previous stab into online gaming in The Old Republic and look to see how many legitimate players still frequent that space.

    I will miss Bioware after this ends up being its closure for not meeting expectations of board members.    … Expand

    I haven't had this much fun playing a game in a long time. The graphics are beautiful and game play is amazing, the controls are spot on. I know they still have more to add on to the game, but all online games are like this. Definitely doesn't deserve the negativity it's getting. People are giving it bad reviews without even playing the game.

    I gave this game a ten on the sheer enjoyment of destroying bad guys in a slick, earth shattering experience, in 4K glory. Controls are flawless. Graphics are sick. Story is good and makes sense. Voice acting could be better at times. Every game comes out with a few bugs. I can find no glaring faults with this game. Enjoy.

This game personally was a game I was not going to buy and didn’t really think much of. That was until the Beta. After getting this game into my hands, I was an instant fan. Also the open world here is beyond gorgeous that have small touches and has interactions that you don’t see in other games for sure. It has shades of Diablo, Destiny, Phantasy Star Online and Mass Effect which isn’t the worst games to have shades of. Will admit that I was hoping that Fort Tarsis would have more to it, but everything considered, this is a small gripe for sure. Also the weapons could have more variety with some more imagination. Though the fact that you can run plenty of different builds per javelin definitely makes up for this in my opinion. My advice is to either watch someone stream the game or get it into your hands before rendering your verdict for sure. As the negative commentary around this game is unfounded for sure. Me personally, this game went from something I could care less about to a game I didn’t know I wanted and possibly my favorite game from the past 4 years.… Expand

    1.very repetitious..... im tired of playing king of the hill or a collectathon mission
    2.audio cuts out
    3.the game breaks itself depending on how you progress and the dialogue of people will be off as well
    4.faling through the map consistently

    The problem I see most is people constantly comparing it to other games, "its not like mass effect" because it isn't, would be like me saying last remnant is bad because it isn't final fantasy. "There's not as many guns as warframe" its been out for a few days, it took 5 years for warframe to build up its current catalogue of weapons, you think it had that many on launch? My favourite is the complaints about dialogue options not impacting the story, thats because its a mmo, changing the outcome of events would lead to different mission choices, so if i chose a path different from my friend, we'd end up with different missions and could not play them together, Bioware cleverly kept the dialogue options there for us to have some kind of interaction with the NPCs but tied it to bonus faction exp depending on your choice. I guess what im trying to say is that Anthem is its own game and a player should enter it with that in mind.

    Познакомился с игрой буквально вчера. Читал метакритик, но тем не менее взял и не разочаровался, это Destiny+Titanfall которые мы заслужили. Мне жаль, что игру откровенно утопили в помоях, мне жаль Bioware за то, что связалась с EA которая гнала в шею студию для скорейшей сдачи проекта и мне правда жаль, что эта игра может оказаться последней в истории Bioware.     Anthem is truly a masterpiece, lets start with the Tower of Tarsis. I love it, it acts as your very own personal garrison! Here is were you meet your npc team members, friends and town folk. The combat is one word Intense, flying, hovering, calling down lightning or launching bombs it totally rocks!! The story is cool a bit disjointed IF YOU ONLY GO BY THE the cut cense . ( what I mean and I believe what is intended ) combined with the rich lore from npc's codex scrolls and come together wonderfully. Content A PLENTY!! LOL from 15-25 hours just on main story quests 12 dungeons tons of incurtions, side quests, private contracts and 3 strongholds / raids its jam pack for a launch mmo isk type game. I am truly blown away at the "pro" reviews seems like Destiny has there hands in there pockets because at a harsh and I mean harsh review should be 75 to 80. People try to compare it to Warframe and there content, well if you started when it hit console it had been out for 2 years I bought Warframe at original launch PC and payed money like all who got it day one it had hardly any content again for a launch mmo isk game Anthem is packed… Expand

    Fun game - i've played it for about 10 hours and am really enjoying myself. I'm a Destiny fan and like that another game has jumped into the arena. Flying is fun, the map is great, the missions are satisfying. I don't know if it'll keep it's audience in the long run like Destiny has but for now, i'm really impressed and excited to continue playing.

    I don't think that this game is so bad, of course, the load screen is annoying but after the patch, it is improved.
    Some battles you do feel very good but some others not that much but in the end, I enjoyed to play it.

    Despite reading all the negative reviews I still decided to give this game a shot and to be honest... I'm enjoying it. Gameplay is pretty fun but I will say the flying mechanics is still pretty buggy for me. Just the camera angles sometimes go out of wack when you go into fly mode continuously. My other big complaint would be the loading times but I'm sure they'll patch that later on orDespite reading all the negative reviews I still decided to give this game a shot and to be honest... Yeah the story isn’t that gripping but to be honest, when I play I can never remember much of the plot anyway.     It has potential and can be entertaining during the first couple of hours, but you realize of its problems since the beginning: buggy, more loading screens than gameplay, laughable IA, microtransactions, lack of content and variety, disappointing story by Bioware's standards, the most unimaginative grind wall to progress in the "plot",.. and more importantly Mass effect died for this.    … Expand

    The graphics in this game are phenomenal some of the best I’ve seen on PS4 pro. The flying is extremely satisfying, the gunplay and general javelin play is also great, they nailed the aspect of each javelin playing and feeling completely different. I’ve put about 30 hours into this game on PS4 pro and have crashed 3 times. Which isn’t a big deal to me because even after those crashes I still want to play the game and see where the story goes. The story is the most “meh” part of the game to me, it throws a couple curve balls and plot twists that make it interesting if you’ve been paying attention to what’s going on which is pretty good at times and boring at worst. Facial animations are top notch. The game is a live service, if you like looter shooters flying around with friends blowing up enemies with cool ass abilities and are willing to stay for the long haul, which I know the game will become even better with future updates and roadmap already laid out. Don’t listen to the fools who gripe about the occasional bug and load times. If you can look pass that. You’ll be in for a very fun time.

    The only big complaint I do have is armor. It doesn’t drop. From what I can tell you can only buy it with coins you get from completing challenges and missions or with shards (in game currency) which I’m hoping they fix soon to allow armor drops even if it was from like impossible bosses and mission or challenges.    … Expand

    FPS drops to something like 15-20 frames per second on PS4 pro, makes this game barely playable for me. Also, I find that quests are dull. Sad that there is no return policy on PSN.

    For those of you bashing a game rather than showing constructive criticism, shame on you.
    Anthem was recently released and I expect bugs and issues, rather than bash the game for it, tell the developers and also this is the first time I've even seen this much clarity from a development team. Time is what this game needs, as of now it's a C, with room to improve and become an A or even greater.

If the game hasn't already interested you wait for a sale if the game does interest you and you have the cash buy it or try to play a buddy's copy, the hate the game is getting is unfounded and I hope the haters will move on to another game now and let BioWare keep doing what it is without EA getting antsy and coming in to ruin what potential the game has.… Expand

    This is a great game. Realistically an 8 out of 10 but I'll leave a 10 to do a bit to counter the obvious hate train running over this game.. I've been playing all night and haven't become bored of it at all! It's not perfect but some people want this game to fail hard.

    That aside, I can give you an honest opinion of the game.

    if you're looking for a great story filled with memorable characters and NPCs you will be very disappointed. It's lacklustre and very predictable. There is only one city (if you can even call it that) and I find it a slow boring chore walking up to each unimportant shop keeper or drunk just to give you fkn faction points. Theirs choices to be made in the conversations and I found it completely useless and lazy. It's not like the Paragon choices you had in Mass Effect. The main characters don't interest me one bit and I find that Owen guy unbearable.

    The game truly shines on it's gameplay and detail. The world is completely beautiful and its sandbox is just amazing to travel through by air. You can fly around with your chosen javelin through dense forest weaving trees, through caves, shortcut your way across the map through wormhole tunnels and even take a quick dip under water to cool your engines to extend your flying.

    Combat is fast and intense and I suggest you always play on the HARD difficulty even when just starting and with a group to maximise experience and get better loot.

    The javelins are well designed, some are different from each other some are very similar. I prefer to use the Interceptor which is a rogue class. Very fast, jump in jump out type class with a range of different skills.

    You can try the Storm javelin which is the mage class which can cast devastating elemental damage from afar but can't take many hits and will be at the back of the pack.

    The Colossus or I call him 'Big Boy' is the tank of the group which has the taunt skill and carries a shield to jump into the party. You can also use him afar and use artillery fire to devastate.

    If you still on the fence you can opt back to the starter Ranger class which has a balance of offence and defence and probably the easiest to use.

    Yes there are loading screens and they are annoyingly long. I hate it when I have to jump menus to gear up my javelin...loading screen...then go to the mission select...loading screen...oh sh..t forgot to equip better guns....loading screen...start mission...you guessed it. Hopefully some patches can reduce this especially during gameplay when you go into dungeons. Really breaks immersion but I'm not too pissed at that...yet

    Will be interesting what endgame content they'll have and how they overcome content when there's no PvP. The strongholds which is the 'Raid' equivalent are challenging enough on Hard is the best way of getting the best loot.

    Overall it's a good game, not great even though they had the 'allstar Bioware' team and so much time to perfect it. My real score is a 6-7 but i'll give it an 8 to boost it's score from the stupid haters.    … Expand

    Sure this game is lacking (and that might be an understatement to some) but based on my experience, I am able to have a genuine fun time playing this game.

    Sure the loading screens make me want to shoot myself in the foot to pass the time, but when I actually get in and play, I forget all about it. Until I run into another loading screen.

    Поиграл в релиз, все хорошо, все устраивает, нытья не понимаю. Самое оно чтобы вечером после работы не загружая голову не разбивая геймпад об стену поиграть.    Абсолютно нормальная игра.     Same goes for your javelin. You can make your Javelin nearly uniqe with dozens of materials, colours, gears etc. I never saw 2 Javelins in the same Sqaud that looked exactly the same.
    Also the dialogues are mostly very good. It has not the depth of a Mass Effect/ Dragon Age but thats ok. Nevertheless, you can talk to many of the resident in Fort Tarsis an advise them with diffrent things. Sometimes the Fort will change a bit.
    The dialogues within in the Missons/Contracts are very nice to and they are able to keep the tension high in many situations.

    I don´t know what´s the problem for so many people.

    This game is exactly as advertised.

    It get compares a lot to Destiny or Warframe....but to what version of that games? At launch, Destiny had not very much content (but many broken promisses (smaller maps as promissed, 3 strikes at start) but it changed over the months with the live-service. Same for Warframe. You compare a new game wich just startet with other games that had time over years to evolve an become what they are now. In the beginning, they where more or less at the same state, they where ok but had much space to evolve, and they did.

    Please guys, remember, this is just the beginning. Let it evolve.

    After about 12 hours in game (PS4) I can say that I really like the it. There are so many good things that make up for the negatives and initial issues. Problems are there and need to be addressed however this game certainly does not deserve a lower score than Fallout 76 if you know what I mean (if you don't, people seem to love to hate this game).     Anthem is not nearly as bad as people are making out. The controls are superb and are some of the best of any game I've ever played. Operating your javelin feels so smooth and enjoyable, so hats off for that. The gun play is also great and the guns feel balanced enough. Skills such as grenades and launchers are fun to utilize and change out for combos. The graphics are amazing and theAnthem is not nearly as bad as people are making out. Character models look good and the voice acting is on point, though I found myself not caring about the story at all. The loading times are obnoxiously long at times, and the customization of your javelin (appearance) is weak. Their are virtually no new helmets or other parts besides one or two. I was hoping for more customization besides simply changing colors. Missions can feel repetitive and fighting the same enemies over and over again can get boring. But I fought the same enemies over and over again in games like Zelda Breath of The Wild, Destiny 1 & 2, The Division, Far Cry, etc., so no big deal I suppose. Drops feel fine to me after the latest patch but prior they were weak. My biggest complaint is fire and getting hit by nothing. I will literally dodge attacks and they still connect somehow, and heaven forbid you get caught on fire. Fire will deplete your shields and health quickly, even if you are standing in knee high water. Overall this is a fun, but short game that they promise to add to for free with large team. Currently the game feels incomplete which is sad, but normal anymore.… Expand

    Hi. I played the VIP and Open Demo, now i am playing with the full game from the start. Bioware made a lot of fixes. Works great almost all the time. After about Twenty hours of game, i didn't reach the endgame and still enjoy it. Not a perfect game, but in the genre it has the best story and combat mechanics. Don't deserve the hate...

    Amazing game really FUN!!!! Enjoyable flying around solo or with freinds. Missions are great because linked to a great story. Its not destiny but give it time and PATIENCE it will get there. Great game

    About 18 hours into the game on the PS4 Pro, I'm happy about the purchase of Anthem. Being a level 17 Storm by now, I'm overwhelmed by how the game looks and feels.

    I see that this game only makes sense when you play in coop. All by myself, I wouldn't have had so much fun the past weekend. It had the chance to be a great looter shooter with a robust gameplay loop. Instead the developers have decided to keep dicking around with the player base and keep the loot economy crippled, despite everyone's incessant call for loot changes, Bioware had decided that they know best, and their game will fail for it. Bioware doesn't have the luxury of debating game direction with their fans. They are lucky to still have any at all. I would say simply that unless you are a die-hard looter shooter fan like me, steer clear of this title. If you want a looter shooter fill then maybe try out Division 2.     before i begin i totally see myself might re-reviewing ths game again in the future. this game deserves a 6/10 at its current state (launch)! it has a lot of issues to be fixed the game is a total mess ive even had to open youtube after a cutscene cuz in the middle of the cutscene the game has stuck and then "disconnected from the EA servers" how lame ! but other than that the game isbefore i begin i totally see myself might re-reviewing ths game again in the future. this game deserves a 6/10 at its current state (launch)! it has a lot of issues to be fixed the game is a total mess ive even had to open youtube after a cutscene cuz in the middle of the cutscene the game has stuck and then "disconnected from the EA servers" how lame ! but other than that the game is definitely not polished i have to mention the fact that EA should STOP using the frostbite engine for everything they own! frostbite is not made for games such as ME, Anthem or any bioware game at all !!!! i see a ton of issues that im sure the developers would've done amazing things if not that FPS engine ( not that im complaining the game is outstandingly beautiful but its not designed for these kinda games!) !!! anyhow im still going to play this game a lot the combat is addictive and amazing ! the customization is superb ! and the expedition is beautiful. but the story in this game is so basic and we didnt get much from the interesting stuff, i also heard bioware had to cut a ton of content because the publishers told them to and thats just awful! and all of the characters arent that interesting or memorable even though i really tried to like the characters but it didnt work ! and not to mention that the people in the world are just unreadable or matching the whole world like why is fort tarsis a middle eastern look with british/ american/ russian citizens ??? i dont get the whole concept with the all HUB area doesnt add up, at least tell us in the story how the world of anthem goes... anyhow lets get to a conclusion i still enjoy playing this game ! im totaly going to spend more time with it and would definitely be happy to see new content in the future i love all the javelins they are all fun and very balanced (my fav is the storm and ranger these 2 are so fun for me but i havent tried the colossus and interceptor yet even though i have all the javelins rn but ill get to them within progress haha) and they way you customize the javelins is so fun and unique ! and the gameplay is super fun ! for real the whole flying thing with the javelins makes D2 feel like a baby with those sparrows(but dont take me wrong i gave D1&D2 a 9/10 i have been playing these games for a long period and same with warframe which i gave a 10/10 and also warframe has jetpacks) and just because the flying and gameplay and combat in anthem is so fun this makes me want to play it more !!! and the whole loot system, yeah this game has recycled loot only with different ranks and all of them look pretty much the same... anyhow this game couldve been a whole lot better if bioware would have not used the frostbite engine and showed a middle finger at EA and used their own engine ! i really love bioware i have been playing their games for many years of my life ! and i am tired of AAA publishers always trying to make T rated games so kids could use their parents credit card for microtransactions and these T rated games are so effortless (battleroyal and fifa for example) if they want to succeed they should open their minds and make more M rated games with no rubbish monetization schemes and ways to nickle and dime people in the most greedy way as possible and i know that the bioware team is super talented in making awesome games ! but at least from now on im not going to buy and EA game for full price or wont buy an EA game in general that publisher used to be an awesome competitor to activision but now EA is on the list of my stay away titles together with ubisoft, bethesda, and of-course activision! i really wanted to love this game and i know bioware can do a fantastic job i know they could ! but the past EA entries i just seem to give up on them and will probably keep my doubts for the nex titanfall even ! anyhow i hope EA and bioware will learn from this and i really am looking for more content in the future for anthem :)! 6/10

    UPDATE: had to downgrade the score and give it a 2/10 the game just got worse! i feel like bioware is shooting themselves in the foot! i really love bioware but todays bioware is just a disaster! i wish i could love this game but i just cant anymore ! it crashes my ps4 everytime i play it ! there is absolutely nothing to do in the game after you finish the campaign, and the game itself is buggy AF!!!! its so buggy the game itself is a huge bug!!! anyhow im out of space here but please do your self a favor and stay away from this game ! PLAY WARFRAME !! trust me you wont regret it its more polished and its free and the microtransactions are worth it (you dont have to even buy microtransactions in warframe you can just grind the game doesnt force you to pay, anthem indeed does force you to pay more than what you already bought plus anthem is way more trash than warframe !) anyhow dont spend your time and money on anthem go to warframe!    … Expand

    I have been playing Anthem game from day one and I am absolutely in love with it. It just has some minor issues which all games have in the beginning but I am sure these are gonna change with few updates. Apart from the story which is a little out of sync with the gameplay all the other features are astonishingly great.     I'll compare the game with destiny 2:

    1) Gameplay: Anthem > Destiny 2 because in Anthem you can use your abilities more often. Combat is more dynamic, user has to decide more often which ability is used when on which enemy. Destiny 2 feels like a boring shooter compared to Anthem. Anthem has no PvP so the game is not balanced around a stupid PvP mode. Its just designed as a great PvE    I'll compare the game with destiny 2:

    3) Graphics: Anthem > Destiny 2. Well, ... its just as it is.

    I don't think that Anthem is a masterpiece. Its a solid game. Any player who likes destiny 2 PvE should try Anthem. Players who don't like the looter-shooter-genre: just don't buy anthem (or destiny 2).

    Destiny 2 was a boring game without any endgame content because the whole content was too easy. You don't need any high level gear for anything. Strikes are not a challenge at all. And the raids are just boring because it's all about learning mechanics, not about skill, timing,...! But destiny was ..."ok".

    Anthem is a great PvE experience for those, who like Warframe, Destiny 2 and similar games.

    If you like PvP: Don't buy anthem!

    About loading times: I have a normal Ps4Pro with the standard HDD using day1 patch. Loading times are pretty short. Got many other games with longer loading times (Destiny 2 for example...!)    … Expand

If you are looking for a fun loot shooter that is actually fun to play this is the game. It makes Borderland and Destiny feel so slow and not as fun to actually play it. I think people's problem with it is that it was not what they were expecting when they heard "Bioware" and then tried to explain it as "Destiny with bioware choices".     I also wouldn't call this game a shooter, and so to compare it to more traditional shooters like Destiny isn't a fair comparison. Yes, you do use guns, and yes you are shooting but the combat is about a whole lot more than just shooting. Positioning, using skills, movement, these are the things that make Anthem's combat great and different. Since I am playing on PS4 Pro I like the controls but honestly, I don't know how anyone could play this via mouse and keyboard.

    Overall, I like the idea of the lore being found via cortex and optional conversations. Is it an in-depth player-choice driven Bioware single-player game like Dragon Age or Mass Effect? No. Is that necessarily a bad thing? No. Look, if you just want to quickly jump from mission to mission with just short conversations in-between, you can! If you want to look for all the optional logs and information to flesh out the world, you can but you have to read about it. Which, quite frankly, was what original Mass Effect did and I loved it.

    Are all the decision in this game perfect? no. The load times are mildly irritating but not horrible on my PS4 Pro and does it take longer to go from mission to mission because you have to load back, talk to someone and then go back out again? Yeah, but that just gives me an opportunity to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere, grab a beverage, and then go back in. I personally like these decisions and as someone who isn't trying to simply rush to the end-game, I like the forced slower pace.

    Overall, I think Anthem tried to combine so many different things together that it didn't fit into the traditional molds of what a bioware game is, or a loot-driven game, or a shooter and so a lot of people got upset. I play Anthem for what it is and I think it is great now and will get better in time. If you disagree, that's fine, that's your opinion. My opinion? 8/10    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I’ll start by saying the game is not, I repeat, is not perfect by any stretch of the imagination. There are bugs for sure. 99% of which I can deal with, the servers STILL being sketchy bothers me (please fix this BioWare). The main story is pretty run of the mill, good guys trying to stop bad guys from having unstoppable power (what rpg/action game/looter shooter doesn’t boil down to that) and isn’t anything to really write home about. I personally however have enjoyed the side characters and MANY conversations you can have in Fort Tarsis and learning about them. MINOR SPOILER ALERT Like the old lady who’s son is dead but she is still waiting for him and you can either tell her the truth or play along to make her feel better. The game play is VERY fast paced and I will admit sometimes there is too much happening on the screen (I’ll be investing in eye drops). The shooting feels solid and the abilities look amazing. The flying handles well and just feels right, which is another one of the stronger points of the game. Overall if you want a game with fun and fast action, with a decent run of the mill story that offers some interesting and sometimes deep side characters Anthem is worth the pick up but I’d pass on the Legion of Dawn version.… Expand

    As some haters can give zero and prolly didnt play that i will give 10 just to negate that :P Good game with much things for future that can be done better than now but still with potential. My normal score will be 75/100 and better if polished and without some bugs :)

    No the game isn’t perfect, no game is. The 10 rating is based of the enjoyment and playtime I’m getting and plan to get from it. The combat is deep and fun (combo system, status effects, damage types, etc), the classes are diverse and play nothing alike, the world is massive, beautiful and dying to be explored, and flight is tight and super cool and the high tier loot is powerful andNo the game isn’t perfect, no game is. Mainly because it just adds so much flavour to an already fantastic shooter. Whether it keeps up to those games in terms of storytelling is really irrelevant to me. The gameplay on it's own is enough to keep me going. I'm picking up contracts every day just trying to keep my home safe and to bring honor to the freelancer name. The shooting is very tight. I'm always refining my style, trying to find the best combo of abilities and guns to suit each javelin and the playstyle each is more adept at. I am frankly upset that so many people have problems with this game, and for a few reasons. Other than a few disconnects, I have had no problems playing this game. Of course the developers can refer to points from the gaming community to improve their game, but to you people out there slamming the game, especially old bioware fans, giving the game 0/10, 1/10, etc.. why? Power trip? Don't bury this game. If you want to play destiny? Play that. I want to support this game so content keeps rolling.

    Ótimo game. Jogo desde o lançamento e tem muita coisa pra fazer. Sinto a necessidade de um app próprio, algumas melhorias de estabilidade, mas foi entregue o prometido. Aguardo novas atualizações para aumentar o mapa e a história. Seria ótimo um PVP.

    I have had a lot of fun playing this game so far. The gameplay is fluid and fun (the combat is fun with the combo system and I absolutely love the flying aspect), the story is intriguing, the characters are very well-developed, and I have not had any trouble with the loading screens or playing with other people.     Why would you buy/what would keep you coming back - COMBAT IS FUN! You get the sense of being ridiculously powerful without being overpowered. There are also multiple difficulty levels to choose from.

    There are multiple play modes and activities to choose from. Yes, some of the content is repetitive, but I haven't tired of it, yet. I'm currently level 16/30 and am fully enjoying the experience. I hope some of the negative reviewers return and revise their ratings as this game is getting a lot of unfairly negative reviews.    … Expand

    It's a pity they did not wait to get it out when fully developed. When it came out it could have been a very developed beta. Right now the game sinks content endgame in addition to failures in the loot system that would have been solved if they had tested it before.

    The most positive thing is that EA is listening attentively to the community and they are adding big patches every so often.
    It is a very ambitious project to abandon it so I am sure that in a short time we will be facing a huge game.    … Expand

    By far the best game i played in ps4, the graphics, gameplay its just amazing, people giving bad reviews to this game are just destiny fans scared their game finally dies thanks to this masterpiece. Of course it has some bugs but devs always update on twitter and reddit what they're doing so just gotta be patience and this game will be the best in no time mark my words.

    Even if I ignore all the bugs, glitches and disconnects I had, Anthem is still, by and large, a mediocre game. The lackluster story, loot system and gameplay make this game one to pass on. At least in its current state.
