Combat and presentation feels a lot less polished than Platinum's other games, but maintains the core structure that makes them so exciting. And for $15, it's simply a steal.

While it may pale in comparison to some of Platinum's other games, this game is well worth the 15$ it'll cost you. Animations all look smooth and polished, and there's a fair bit of unlockables to collect.
The gameplay is also very enjoyable, featuring a multitude of different ways to fight, including Jump Cancelling, Dodge Cancelling, Dodge Offset and switching bending styles mid-combo.

It is a bit on the short side, though, with one playthrough lasting roughly 5 hours. (Subsequent playthroughs will probably run you about 2 hours each)
There are also quite a few balance issues regarding the different styles of bending. Waterbending is only moderately useful as a long-range technique, firebending is practically worthless, earthbending is incredibly powerful but a tad too slow and cumbersome to be useful near the end game or on Extreme difficulty. Meanwhile, airbending is fast, powerful, deals a lot of hits and hits all around you. There's hardly ever any reason to use anything besides airbending.
The story is also nothing to write home about, though it's not terrible either.
