    Undead Nightmare es una expansión casi perfecta del gran Red Dead Redemption. Con una temática de zombies, el juego vuelve a cumplir en cuanto a su ambientación y su banda sonora y expresa una verdadera admiración hacia la historia del juego principal, añadiendo una narrativa paralela con los mismos personajes, pero en este caso con nuevas historias y un nuevo argumento tremendamenteUndead Nightmare es una expansión casi perfecta del gran Red Dead Redemption. La jugabilidad está muy conseguida y los zombies muy bien hechos. Mi única pega es que se pueden hacer repetitivas algunas misiones, ya que muchas son de hacer los mismo constantemente. Me duró unas ocho horas, una duración muy correcta para un DLC. Como conclusión, esta expansión pone la guinda a un juego legendario. 9,1/10

    Ich liebe Red Dead Redemption Untote Albträume, die Geschichte ist eine lustige Parodie, die sich wie aus einem kitschigen amerikanischen Zombiefilm von 1980 anfühlt, und so ist die Stimmung von allem anderen im Spiel, das Gameplay war auch eine wirklich lustige Überarbeitung mit der Enphasis auf Kopfschüsse und das Sprengen der Zombies, warum also eine Sieben geben? weil die schiere MengeIch liebe Red Dead Redemption Untote Albträume, die Geschichte ist eine lustige Parodie, die sich wie aus einem kitschigen amerikanischen Zombiefilm von 1980 anfühlt, und so ist die Stimmung von allem anderen im Spiel, das Gameplay war auch eine wirklich lustige Überarbeitung mit der Enphasis auf Kopfschüsse und das Sprengen der Zombies, warum also eine Sieben geben? weil die schiere Menge an bahnbrechenden Glitches, auf die ich stieß, sehr frustrierend waren und viele, ich musste das Spiel so oft schließen und neu starten, es war der Headless-Glitch, der Menschen-statt-Zombie-Glitch oder einfach der Glitch, der das Spiel einfror, während ich es versuchte Um zu sparen, wollte ich das Spiel so oft beenden, aber ich machte weiter, dank der Intrigen aus dem Spaß an allem anderen.… Expand

    Possible the greatest DLC ever released. Undead Nightmare is a fun genre bending epilogue to the Red Dead story.

    The expansion is not as long as the one in gta iv, but it is worth it. It is one of the best video game expansions

    While the idea behind this DLC is very fun, it is executed very poorly. The gameplay of saving towns and cleansing graveyards over and over becomes repetitive quickly, and the missions offer none of the cinematic set pieces the base game and other Rockstar titles like GTA have. The story is also paced very poorly, and the only thing that keeps it even slightly entertaining are the zanyWhile the idea behind this DLC is very fun, it is executed very poorly. The gameplay of saving towns and cleansing graveyards over and over becomes repetitive quickly, and the missions offer none of the cinematic set pieces the base game and other Rockstar titles like GTA have. The story is also paced very poorly, and the only thing that keeps it even slightly entertaining are the zany characters returning from the base game (though they are very under utilized).

    All that would make this DLC a mediocre but still fun little campaign, for fans of the base game. However, the final nail in the coffin (pun very intended) are the multiple bugs the game has, and the overall lack of polish. Every 30 minutes or show NPC's and zombies would spawn without heads, making town saving (which is what you will spend most of your time doing) impossible. In areas with many zombies, or even some cutscenes, the framerate dips HARD.

    Overall, while there are things to love in this DLC (the setting, characters, the Sasquatch mission, taming the horses of the Apocalypse, new weapons, the twist in the post-game), it is dragged down by mindless repetitive gameplay, a bland, virtually non existent plot, and bugs that make an already boring game downright grating. I would only reccomend this game to hardcore fans of the original game who want an extra 8 hours with John Marston regardless of quality.    … Expand

    Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare is just like the main game a must have! Even after playing Red Dead several times I can say that Undead Nightmare gives the open world a new painting. Darker and dirtier atmosphere and many survival horror aspects. Super cool!

    Una expansión sobresaliente con una historia a parte de la historia del 1 que le vino de puta madre a Rockstar lanzar por esa época. Viene incluida con la edición GOTY del RDR 1.

    Плюс еще 8 часов игры, если вам не хватило основного сюжета. Ничего особо нового, стреляем по зомби, смотрим кат сцены, отбиваем поселения. 7.5/10

Fans of RDR will appreciate the changes, but those who never warmed up to the main game should be warned that this is more of the same, shooting gallery with zombies instead of bandits.     That’s not what you get though.
    My favorite part of undead nightmare is its mythical creatures, there are Sasquatch that roam the forest and apocalyptic horses you can break and take for your own all with their own special perks.
    War for example can catch enemies on fire with contact.
    This however is really the only good the DLC has to offer.
    The thing Undead Nightmare does right is that it does feel like its own game, it isn’t just add on, it’s something new and can stand on its own.
    This isn’t cover based shooting like in red dead redemption though, this is survival based shooting.
    But Undead Nightmare does an absolutely horrible job with game progression and level design.
    Undead nightmare is massively repetitive.
    When you get to a town you have to rid it of all zombies so you can sleep there and restock ammo, at first this is fun slaying a hoard of zombies to reclaim a town, but after about the 3rd town it’s no longer fun and becomes grindy.
    Zombies take forever to kill no matter what weapon outside of the blunderbuss you use excluding head shots, making gameplay unsatisfying.
    And you do a lot of zombie cleanup both in towns and in cemeteries.
    The story has you cleaning cemetery after cemetery, town after town, it gets boring fast.
    The game also does a horrible job with story progression.
    I’m not sure if main missions are bugged out or not, but unlike in Red Dead Redemption, some story missions won’t unlock until you’ve done a certain side mission which quite frankly makes no sense…
    Why not just make every mission a main mission if you’re going to force me to play them anyway.
    There are so many side missions I didn’t care about doing such as getting a zombie for a movie, but if I wanted to continue the story I had to, and having to do side missions isn’t really the part that bugs me, the part that bugs me is that you aren’t told to do them.. Which gives you a panicked feeling of maybe the game is broken because it doesn’t feel like you’d need to do a meaningless mission to continue.
    The concept of undead nightmare is great, and the first couple hours are mesmerizing,
    but the weapons aren’t over powering enough to make this survival style of gameplay satisfying and by hour 2 of 6, if not earlier, you’re just ready for this undead nightmare to be over.

    The game has solid graphics and an original story.One of the bad things about the games is that some characters are glitchy and they don't really help you when one of the places is attacked.

    I was disappointed with this "dlc", this is NOT the red dead redemption I've played and loved 100x over. Everything that made the game a masterpiece is non-existent in this dlc. Granted there is a whole lot to do and explore for a dlc, I've never thought this hybrid red dead redemption would be so bland and repetitive. It still has it's core gameplay mechanic down, but for anyone lookingI was disappointed with this "dlc", this is NOT the red dead redemption I've played and loved 100x over. Everything that made the game a masterpiece is non-existent in this dlc. Granted there is a whole lot to do and explore for a dlc, I've never thought this hybrid red dead redemption would be so bland and repetitive. It still has it's core gameplay mechanic down, but for anyone looking for more than a mindless zombie game, look elsewhere.… Expand

    Western + Zombies = RDR Undead Nightmare. For any fans of RDR and/or over-the-top zombie massacres this is the way to go. For a DLC this is a substantial and quality content with 10+ hours of gameplay and many new additions. My favourite being the four horses of the apocalypse (Pestilence, War, Famine and Death). It's really fun to put on the black coat of the legend of the undead and rideWestern + Zombies = RDR Undead Nightmare. For any fans of RDR and/or over-the-top zombie massacres this is the way to go. For a DLC this is a substantial and quality content with 10+ hours of gameplay and many new additions. My favourite being the four horses of the apocalypse (Pestilence, War, Famine and Death). It's really fun to put on the black coat of the legend of the undead and ride the world on the horse of Death who is trampling down anything in its way, or on the flaming horse of War that burns everything it touches. 7/10… Expand

    Un juegazo, si te gustan los zombies tienes que tenerlo, si te gusto el juego original, debes tener este DLC, que mas bien parece un juego completo, es espectacular, graficos increibles, originalidad no le falta, la jugabilidad es pasmosa, el unico pero es que no esta doblado al castellano...por lo demás un juego que no debe faltarte, lo recomiendo 100% un juegazo, uno de los mejoresUn juegazo, si te gustan los zombies tienes que tenerlo, si te gusto el juego original, debes tener este DLC, que mas bien parece un juego completo, es espectacular, graficos increibles, originalidad no le falta, la jugabilidad es pasmosa, el unico pero es que no esta doblado al castellano...por lo demás un juego que no debe faltarte, lo recomiendo 100% un juegazo, uno de los mejores juegos de Playstation 3 actualmente, no lo dudes mas, compralo!!… Expand

    Rockstar hizo bien al aprovechar el extenso y numeroso éxito que tuvo "Red Dead Redemption" para realizar éste divertidísimo pack llamado "Undead Nightmare". Simplemente me dataré hablando de su humor arcaico que, a pesar de tan absurdo termina divirtiendo en su totalidad. Todo es perfecto, lo que no le hace llegar al 10 es que la historia me pareció muy corta, pero todo lo demás esRockstar hizo bien al aprovechar el extenso y numeroso éxito que tuvo "Red Dead Redemption" para realizar éste divertidísimo pack llamado "Undead Nightmare".     I got this game as a stand alone disc and I have never played the Original RDR so i can not compare the 2 so if there is any big differences between the 2, I cant talk about them. In RDR Undead nightmare you are in the wild wild west and its gone to Crap overnight. You are john marston, wisecraking,Pistol'wippin,Cowboy(Why not right?). And he wakes up and his family has a diease that turnsI got this game as a stand alone disc and I have never played the Original RDR so i can not compare the 2 so if there is any big differences between the 2, I cant talk about them. If you could not tell from the story-line to the dialouge this game is a big Zombie movie spoof and you will see that in one of the very first cutscenes in the game but thats not a bad thing because this game needs some comedy here and there because the rest of the game for the most part is dark and spooky and Dark,Did i mention that its dark? The gameplay is really fun and the horses are really controllable and finding weapons and collectables and this game is the best rockstar game out there so check it out.… Expand

    This would be awesome as a $5-$10 DLC, but I paid as much for this as the game costs, so I'm reviewing it as a game. I finished it in 2 short evenings, and actually thought the end was a halfway point until nothing else happened. Red dead redemption was a Legend. This game was a profanity. They should never have boxed this game. It only tarnishes the memory of the original.

    Red Dead Redemption is one of my favorite games of all time, so I was frothing at the mouth (pun intended) for this piece of DLC. Unfortunately, Undead Nightmare is shallow, vapid and repetitive. The scripting and cut-scenes are absolutely hilarious, but the zombie slaying gameplay is actually quite boring. Whilst fun at first, clearing out graveyards or re-taking lost cities fast becomesRed Dead Redemption is one of my favorite games of all time, so I was frothing at the mouth (pun intended) for this piece of DLC. Unfortunately, Undead Nightmare is shallow, vapid and repetitive. The scripting and cut-scenes are absolutely hilarious, but the zombie slaying gameplay is actually quite boring. Whilst fun at first, clearing out graveyards or re-taking lost cities fast becomes a chore. As I have already noted, it's just very repetitive. Shoot zombie in the head. Run in a circle whilst reloading. Shoot zombie in the head. Re-take town from zombie hoard. Clear out graveyard. Shoot zombie in the... zzzzzzz. I love Red Dead Redemption. This DLC...     One of the most 'WTF?' moves I've seen in a while. Totally unexpected and totally enjoyable. It's like one of those things you think about for a DLC or an add-on, but they actually did it! Kudos to Rockstar for this hidden card up the sleeve.

    This made Red Dead Redemption more awesome than it already was. This story is almost as long lasting as the normal story, and that is really saying something.

    played until 100% and it was a scary, funny and interesting adventure through the darkest, craziest and most dangerous places and towns in the red dead undead universe!

    For any fan of RDR or zombies, Undead Nightmare is a must-buy. Nothing combines excellent story-telling, old west action, and zombie killing like Undead Nightmare! Way to go Rockstar!

    There's no doubt that this is top quality content but playing these modes without the main game is not a full experience. Thankfully the price tag makes up for that in a big way. [Issue#199, p.86]
