    Killing space Nazis has never felt so good. Guerilla games has produced an excellent sequel which distills the core gameplay down to a satisfying loop.

    Killzone 2 is a great shooter. It's grim and dirty. Heavy and gritty. It's a fun experience for the single player campaign alone. The story is fairly simple and while the characters are nothing to boast about, the plot driving the story is compelling from start to finish. This game feels good and weighty. Guns and melee attacks pack a punch. The cinematics are well done and we'll shot. TheKillzone 2 is a great shooter. It's grim and dirty. Heavy and gritty. It's a fun experience for the single player campaign alone. The story is fairly simple and while the characters are nothing to boast about, the plot driving the story is compelling from start to finish. This game feels good and weighty. Guns and melee attacks pack a punch. The cinematics are well done and we'll shot. The levels are well designed and the art direction is somewhat unique. The multiplayer is game changing. The way a single match can have three or so different game modes at once is unique and exciting, resulting in matches that can last up to 30 or so minutes. Overall, Killzone 2 is great! The single player campaign has a good story with a few memorable and entertaining characters, good cinematography, good pacing and fun levels. The multiplayer is like nothing else out there, even to this day.… Expand

    Killzone 2 es un buen juego shooter, con buena trama y por ejemplo, unos detalles de desgaste de armas excelentes, pero no se puede obviar el tremendo downgrade que tuvo con respecto a los primeros gameplays que se mostraron. El engaño al gran público fue patente y a día de hoy se puede comprobar. Fue todo un circo, una herramienta que se usó para vender la "nueva generación de consolas",Killzone 2 es un buen juego shooter, con buena trama y por ejemplo, unos detalles de desgaste de armas excelentes, pero no se puede obviar el tremendo downgrade que tuvo con respecto a los primeros gameplays que se mostraron. El engaño al gran público fue patente y a día de hoy se puede comprobar. Fue todo un circo, una herramienta que se usó para vender la "nueva generación de consolas", que además era exclusivo de Sony por lo que ya desde 2005 se mostraban trailers increibles (literalmente no se podía creer que eso funcionase en una PS3). Aún así recomiendo jugarlo si te gustan los shooters, los gráficos no son malos para nada, los niveles son algo "pasilleros" eso sí, pero la trama gustará al gran público.… Expand

    I don't know if the servers are still working or are down but i spent hours and hours playing the online mode back since it's so fun and addictive i ranked first for so many times and i was in the top players of the week i got my platinum already the hard mode in the single player is a real challenge especially for the last mission and the controls are different than the other fps gamesI don't know if the servers are still working or are down but i spent hours and hours playing the online mode back since it's so fun and addictive i ranked first for so many times and i was in the top players of the week i got my platinum already the hard mode in the single player is a real challenge especially for the last mission and the controls are different than the other fps games but that's what makes this game so unique i had no problem using R3 button for zooming or L3 to sprint this is a must play ps3 game… Expand

    Sure, the PlayStation 3 had many great fps games. But then there was Killzone 2! This game is more action packed than a Bruce Willis blockbuster movie. Combined with a cool story, superb controls and graphics, that can still keep up today. Just WOW!

    um bom jogo de fps, porém o game trava em certos momentos, talvez devido ao gráfico forçar o ps3, todavia oferece uma jogabilidade insana e visceral.

    An excellent sony shooter that is played with great pleasure. On a high difficulty level, there is a finely honed balance that does not allow you to relax, but appreciates the player's skills, in contrast to sitting in shelters (uncharted 1-3). An excellent gameplay-oriented game with excellent visual style (just look at the hellgast) and graphics (which, albeit too dark, showed a decentAn excellent sony shooter that is played with great pleasure.     It is difficult, painful and the game hits the balls, but after passing through you experience a great sense of pleasure.It’s very interesting to go through. Among the shortcomings, the questionable use of the capabilities of the gamepad, excessively dark graphics, the plot of the game will not present interesting stories in the notes, and the fps is sometimes small (but considering the graphics, this is normal).
    Would bet the game 9 out of 10.

    This is Amazing but Real. This game is better than MW2. Graphics are Excellent, even better than some modern day games All that textures, lighting, character models are top notch. Gameplay is Very, very Great, The Cover system adds a realism and quality to the game that other games don't have. AI Much better than many games. It did a better job than all Call of Duty games. However, the biggest problem in the game is that there is very little variety of vehicles, the vehicles we use are only Tank, AA gun, Anti-Aircraft and EXO . Although 4 vehicles seem like enough for you, we use these vehicles for a very short time, which reduces the variety in the game. But that's the only problem with the game, everything else is very Great .Lastly, the game makes good use of the Controller's features, Vibration puts you in a more combat atmosphere, and Motion sensors are well used on C4s or valves.     I hate exclusive games, I so wish Killzone 2 existed for PC! I played on PS3 plus the best experience that an FPS can give and playing with mouse and keyboard

    Killzone 2 looks and feels amazing. While the story is a bit mundane, the fun gameplay and fantastic multiplayer make up for it.

Во-первых, игра пытается быть Gears, поэтому оттуда разработчики взяли систему укрытий. Во-вторых, разработчики ровнялись на Call of Duty, поэтому оттуда они взяли стрельбу по куче болванчиков. В-третьих,Плохая игра, но хорошая демонстрация движка. Графика действительно выглядит невероятно для железа пс3, но в остальном это отвратительный шутер, который только можно было представить. В-третьих, ощущается некий привкус Halo. В результате получится максимально убогий и отвратительный игровой опыт.

    Игра очень медленная в худшем смысле. Управление неотзывчевое. Враги бегут бесконечно и требуют постоянного продвижения вперед, но ты не можешь, потому что это кавер шутер, поэтому ты пытаешься отстреливаться, только оружие и прицеливание работает ужасно. Сюжет максимально пытается быть Gears, но при этом не дает харизматичных персонажей и интересных сюжетных моментов. Если бы я не играл в первую часть серии, то я бы ничего не понял из происходящего. Люди хвалят мультиплеер, но он такой же унылый, как и основная игра.    … Expand

    The original Killzone on the PS2 was a visually pleasing but very linear FPS with a rather lacklustre storyline. Exactly the same can be said about this sequel in that the graphics are excellent but the story is nothing more than gung ho stereotypes spouting clichés at each other and it feels quite old fashioned and limited in comparison to the likes of Halo and Mass Effect.     In my opinion, the second-best FPS game for the PS3 after the OG Modern Warfare 2. The surprise from the trailer that was notoriously feckin fake to releasing and getting some fantastic reviews was SUCH a surprise to me and I love it for a reason.

    One of the best exclusive on PS3 the game itself is so good to play and replay the campain because of his beatiful moments in the game such a masterpiece on PS3 too bad SONY didnt porting on PC or in his other console

    It's true that Killzone 2 is filled with moments that can handily be described as inspiring awe. Each scene is incredibly well detailed, from the gaps in jerry-rigged cover points letting you sneak in a killing headshot to scarred and scratched textures, the planet feels entirely believable... Without a doubt Killzone fans, action and shooter fans of any stripe will instantly tag this sequel as a powerful contender for best game of 2009. [Feb 2009, p.38]

    Killzone 2’s secret ingredient is the fluidity in gameplay that we have come to enjoy more than its graphical prowess or jaw-dropping visuals. And that’s what games have always been about... We're surprised to see Killzone 2 blows our expectations out of the water with a memorable SP campaign and a stellar MP component. To put it short, this game makes "Gears of War 2" look like a high school attempt at gaming and that is a HUGE compliment!
