Jan 12, 2011The inclusion of Move controls doesn't do enough to recommend John Daly's ProStroke Golf. Even with the control options, the lack of modes and the plethora of other omissions and short-comings make this an incredibly disappointing game.
-
While the development team's intentions were good, the actual gameplay and presentation just don't do enough, outside of PlayStation Move support.
-
Parts of the game aren't entirely bad, but its simplistic approach will leave golf fans feeling cheapened. At best, this is a golf game for people who dislike golf.

Jan 6, 2011The actual golfing mechanic is spot on and very impressive, but there isn't a lot to actually do. The landscapes are hopelessly dry and uninspired, and the soundtrack doesn't consist of much else than Daly's three power sentences that follow every shot. It works as a technical demonstration of what Move can do, but not much else. If you're looking for a good golf game, look somewhere else.
