Oct 27, 2011So fun!! Everyone who bought the game for the single player doesn't understand what Battlefield's about........ the multiplayer is ridiculously fun. Graphics are better than the beta, and dunno what all the complaints about the aiming are; I don't have any.

Apr 27, 2012More of the same, nothing but FPS garbage. This genre has single handedly destroyed gaming and turned the entire industry into one that favors "safe" shallow gameplay with good graphics instead of games that are actually enjoyable.

Oct 27, 2011Most overrated game ever. Clunky controls, boring gameplay, average graphics and no one ever talks when playing this game, it feels so depressing. EA did a great job hyping this game and getting everyone to buy into it, but lightning never strikes twice so we'll see how DICE and EA try to make up for this with their next game which will probably be Bad company 3.

Oct 30, 2011hey, that was stupid. I don't wanted to give this game a 10 rating. It's so far away to get this good rating.
because it's bad, boring and disappointing.
I wish, I never bought this game. -
Oct 29, 2011i cant believe the biased reviews on here. 56 cod fanboys complaining abotu a game they didnt buy. the multiplayer is betterthan cod4 the graphics are top notch campaign was great cod sucks.

Oct 27, 2011Battlefield 3 by far provides the best graphics on the ps3, it is truly unthinkable given that ps3's technology is more than 5 years old. Intense singleplayer with maximum destructible possibilities and by far the most realistic game yet.

Jan 22, 2012A complete disappointment and disgrace to a series of good shooter games. Graphics failures, boring missions, and a cast of half-baked characters make Battlefield 3 a white cap in a ever-expanding sea of bad shooters.
-
Oct 29, 2011its a shame codfanboys are ruining the user reviews. whats funny is its still higher than the cod / black ops user reviews lol. a 10/10 and much more than a 60$ map pack, which is what every call of duty game after 4 is

Nov 2, 2011Very very enjoyable game near to perfect multiplayer can play it for hours and hours without getting bored or even yawning but the singe player is what has let the game down, you don't have as much freedom as you have in the multiplayer, anyway this is for me the second best game this year Uncharted 3 being number 1 :)
-
Nov 27, 2011Ok. So Single Player is HORRIBLE considered the last 2 games. Linear game play. Not as much open world, just not what I expected. Not sure about online play, SINCE NOT EVERYONE HAS ACCESS TO INTERNET ALL THE TIME! Disappointment.

Apr 6, 2012Battlefield 3 may have a poor campaign and an abysmal co-op mode, but the multiplayer is truly the best gaming has to offer.
The maps are varied and huge, the weapons are balanced, and the countless vehicles provide some extra combat not found in other FPS's/
Anyone who likes shooters can blindly buy Battlefield 3, as long as you don't care about the terrible campaign. -

Nov 8, 2011It has terrible single player mode and bad, empty spec ops mode. Multiplayer mode is full of campers. It has lots of unfixed bugs. Maps are not enough.

Feb 10, 2012Hopefully EA reconsiders its approach to toppling Call Of Duty in the future, and allows its games to develop their own personality, rather than imitate something else.

Playstation: The Official Magazine (US)Jan 4, 2012Despite its incredible competitive online play, we can't ignore the shortcomings of its campaign and Co-Op. [Jan 2012, p.66]

Official PlayStation Magazine BeneluxJan 2, 2012The nine multiplayer maps seem to be designed specifically to let players come up with their own creative strategies. Compared to COD, this gives the player a real sense of freedom. There is no such thing as a perfect strategy or a trotten path. [December 2011, p.74]
