The perfect ending for Ezio and Altair protagonists. It is little bit worse than Brotherhood imo, but still awesome for me as a huge AC fan. Unfortunately this game was short same way as a relationship with my first girlfriend. Graphics were awesome as always for fact that i played it on PS3. (Yes... its May 2020 and im playing on PS3) 9/10

Revelations is a terrific conclusion to not only one of the greatest video game protagonists, Ezio Auditore da Firenze but also a conclusion for the character from the original title, Altaïr Ibn-LaʼAhad. The final game in the trilogy begins with a wonderful CGI cutscene that transitions into a great first mission set to a beautiful score that really signifies that this is the beginning of the end of the story for both of these characters. Although there are some questionable gameplay additions like the very quickly tiring tower defense strategy mission by the end of the story you are left satisfied with how both Ezio and Altair were handled as well as where the future of the franchise is headed.

With a familiar look and feeling, Revelation closes the Ezio triology, just like how it started, with a fantatisc plot and game play. Generally underrated

After my first playthrough AC Revelations didn't surprise me too much. I loved the Altaïr storyline and I liked the background information about Desmond and Clay but the konstatinopel storyline wasn't that great. After a second playthrough I saw more value in it. It could be better but all in all a good ending for the Ezio trilogy

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view.

This 2011 ACR shoulda been called the next gen version of 2008 Altair's Chronicles and 2009 ACII Discovery.

I think the hookblade is a great addition for both combat and parkour even though I was sceptical about it first it really felt like a gimmick when it was first introduced, but it definitely doesn't feel like that. The story I think is the best in the trilogy I really liked all main sidecharacters when in the previous games i didn't really care for them. I just though that they were really likable here and interesting. Also the setting of Constantinople was awesome as well. The plot itself I really found interesting and great too. Expand

Why do I keep playing these games? The Assassin's Creed franchise is garbage and Ubisoft is the garbage dump. I decree that I will never play another Assassin's Creed, or Ubisoft, game again. Die Ubisoft, die Assassin's Creed... please!

Unfortunately, many aspects of the game were too similar to the previous one, Brotherhood. Ubisoft not only copied the strengths of Brotherhood, but also added unnecessary activities such as renovating banks, blacksmiths, and tailors, as well as buying landmarks. While it was a nice idea, there was too much of it. Buying new weapons was also unnecessary as it made no difference in combat. Fighting was easy, regardless of which weapon was used. The bombs were a new addition, and the variety of bombs was impressive. However, the rest of the gameplay was old and repetitive, such as finding and killing targets. The real strength of the game was its storytelling, cutscenes, and soundtrack. The atmosphere was also great, and some missions were epic and well-made. Overall, I may give this game another chance in the future. Expand

I really like the difference in setting from the other two ezio games.
It has my favourite story out of the trilogy and gameplay wise its the exact same as brotherhood.

The emotional depth and development of these iconic characters leave a lasting impact, solidifying their status as some of the most influential figures in video game history. However, the side characters in the game lack the same level of depth and fail to leave a lasting impression, dampening the overall storytelling experience. Additionally, the conflict between Assassins and Templars feels somewhat lacking in depth, and the gameplay and side quests can feel repetitive, reminiscent of previous entries in the Ezio trilogy. Nevertheless, the enormous impact of the ending and the closure provided for Ezio and Altair make Assassin's Creed Revelations a worthwhile experience for fans invested in their journeys. Expand

Ezio and Altair, the most famous assassins in videogames, end their mythical stories with Revelations, stories that are better than any videogame because they are realistic, possible and make us smile and shiver with joy while we play them. If there is one criticism of the title, it is that it HAS AN ENDING for such iconic and well-made characters.

Assassin's Creed Revelations will satisfy those who are looking for more of the same but if you're expecting some major innovations, prepare to be disappointed. Revelations isn't a bad game, but the experience no longer feels fresh.

In the end, Revelations mostly feels like a step backwards that was probably rushed to market just to satisfy the need for a yearly installment.
