Warlords of Draenor is WoW at its very best, a return to and step beyond form for the behemoth MMO.

Even as I write this, I'm fighting the urge to play. Warlords of Draenor isn't just the best Warcraft expansion in years; it's a return to form as the best MMO in the industry.

Warlords of Draenor is hands down the best expansion in 10 years of World of Warcraft, however there's still room for improvement as far as new features are concerned.

It's been a while since I had this much fun in World of Warcraft. Draenor is not only very pretty, but also packed with fun quests. The Warlords are the ultimate bad guys and you truly feel called upon to stop them. Finally, garrisons are an addictive and well-integrated addition. Warlords of Draenor is a very complete expansion, which offers the perfect entry point for newcomers, but also provides veterans with enough to give the MMORPG another chance.

The new expansion of the Blizzard MMORPG has a lot to offer: a great storyline, the new garrison and the boasted "back to the roots". If you're looking for a reason to return to Azeroth, well, you've found it.

Warlords of Draenor will remind you just why World of Warcraft is still on top after 10 years of service, even with its architectural problems that the Garrison feature holds.

Someone might call it the resurrection. In fact, it's "just" a great add-on, which brings a lot of innovations and fulfills some secret wishes of the gamers around the globe.

The Warlords of Draenor experience is truly outstanding. Not only it has by far the richest gameplay of any MMORPG out there, Garrisons are also poised to become the next evolutionary step for the genre.

Warlords is the ultimate celebration of the Warcraft franchise’s 20-year legacy and World Of Warcraft’s seemingly unending potential. Some of its mechanics are starting to creak under a decade-old design, but it shows no signs of withering against the tides of time.

There is no doubt that Warlords of Draenor is one of the most innovative and well done expansions achieved by Blizzard.

In a nutshell, this isn’t a revolution, but rather an evolution of the game in the same direction that Blizzard has been pushing the game for the last few years.

World of Warcraft is an achievement that's never truly been outdone and Warlords of Draenor ensures its reign will continue for the foreseeable future.

It's simply one of the best expansions for World of Wacraft.

Warlords of Draenor may not fundamentally change the way you play WoW, but it does a fantastic job of rejuvenating it. If you've been wanting to come back, now's the time.

A traditional MMO expansion, delivering more World of Warcraft, while quietly improving its framework through cinematic touches, delivering greater variety in dungeon design, and adding compelling social game undercurrents.

While the progression to max level is fun and the new zones are beautifully crafted, there are some concerns regarding storytelling with the time travel plot. Warlords of Draenor not only represents the 10th anniversary of WoW, but of the genre as we know it, and a faithful comeback to the old Warcraft that we know.

Warlords of Draenor is the pinnacle of a game we’ve been playing for over 10 years now. It’s absolutely the most polished version, with stunningly beautiful world design and a wonderful soundtrack that will fill you with awe during the course of your adventure.

To make a long story short, Warlords of Draenor has set itself squarely in the top two of most players’ “favorite WoW expansion” list. There is so much to do. There is so much to like. There is so much to see and learn and read. The developers truly outdid themselves on Warlords. It’s hard to believe that World of Warcraft is ten years old when one looks at the breadth of what was added in this latest expansion.

This time, Blizzard offers excellent content for WoW players. Warlords of Draenor doesn't bring revolutionary changes. But it makes the World of Warcraft experience even deeper with great story-telling and new Garrison system.

Warlords of Draenor is a candidate to be the new expansion preferred by all the players of World of Wacraft: the impression is that Blizzard has taken a bit 'of time to "ponder" with the launch of Mists of Pandaria, bringing back a great expansion with the central role in the narrative and important in terms of new game mechanics.

With Warlords of Draenor, Blizzard is back on track.

Assuming you can get in, this is definitely one of World of Warcraft’s better expansions.

Ten years, five expansions, and World of Warcraft keeps reinventing itself. Warlords of Draenor is no revolution, no disruption, but it makes the gaming experience even deeper. A good way to show that WoW is still the number one MMORPG.

Warlords of Draenor brings you back to the roots of World of Warcraft. And it feels good. Draenor looks good and brings a cool new storyline, with lots of new content and of course garrisons. It's too bad the game isn't very challenging and didn't add a new race.

Warlords of Draenor offers an ideal reason to start with World of Warcraft (again). You can directly enjoy the new content thanks to the level 90-boost. If you have never played World of Warcraft before, you will probably miss context. You will not really get to know your class well enough for the action that will come. We really like the Garrisons and Followers, as they help you but also make you come back every time to check out your castle.

Warlords of Draenor is a step back to the time when WoW was more hardcore-oriented. And we love this path that Blizzard has taken.

Warlords of Draenor is a smart, fresh start for World of Warcraft. New and current players can immediately start in the newly added areas and they make a great experience. It is too bad rude players are still negatively effecting the fun, but the game itself is really great.

Although World of Warcraft has had its ups and downs during its ten-year lifecycle, dynamic expansions like this might be enough to ensure it lasts another decade.

Warlords of Draenor does not upset the MMO as we've known it for a few years (accessibility, speed, ease ...), and this may well be the only thing you can blame on it. However, Blizzard managed to make us travel again, and allows us to find the roots of the Warcraft series on Draenor.

My quarrel with Warlords of Draenor is that it does not define the direction for the whole game – it just refreshes it and sets it in order, which is what patches do. There’s not enough novelties and the changes (e.g. randomized loot) are hit and miss. [01/2015, p.52]

Now is a great time to jump in for new players, but established players will quickly tire of grinding the same content.
