    I never quit playing Warcraft 3. It's one of my happy places to launch it up and enjoy it with coffee in the morning or on a quiet night when everyone is asleep. I also have a few friends that would come over to play LAN multiplayer rounds with me. This remaster (reforged) is excellent. I have been enjoying the beta and now I am enjoying the full release thoroughly. I am a nerd and have 5I never quit playing Warcraft 3. I also have a few friends that would come over to play LAN multiplayer rounds with me. This remaster (reforged) is excellent. I have been enjoying the beta and now I am enjoying the full release thoroughly. I am a nerd and have 5 gaming computers all of varying specs and hardware. I haven't had any issue playing the game on any of them. When I say varying hardware I mean some computers have Intel CPU with Nvidia graphics, some have AMD CPU with Nvidia graphics, and one has Intel CPU with AMD Radeon graphics. I can't understand why anyone would be having trouble running the game unless they had an extremely cheap gaming computer... and mine are not considered top of the line gaming machines by any measure any longer. They were maybe 4 years ago. I basically logged in to throw down my 10/10 score to do my part to help fix this games metacritic rating. I have nothing but love for this game and this remaster.… Expand

    Фанаты давно просили близард улучшить графику и сделать нормальную поддержку создание лоби и картостроения. Мы это получили. Кампанию и так все считали отличным по этому про её изменения речи особой не шло. Собственно о чём просили то и получили, да есть баги, но их пофиксят. Зато подумайте это же поддержка старого доброго варкрафта! Это чудесные карты которые в свое время породили не тоФанаты давно просили близард улучшить графику и сделать нормальную поддержку создание лоби и картостроения. Мы это получили. К тому же мы уже имеет гигантскую коллекцию старых карт. По мне так это безграничный источник развлечений и стоит своих денег! (хотя могло бы стоит всё и дешевле!). Но если близард будут выпускать регулярные обновления то это действительно даст вторую жизнь самой крутой РТС всех времён!… Expand

    Конечно это не предел мечтаний, но вполне играбельно. Особенно на фоне полного отсутствия новых RTS. Жаль только, что нынешние школьники совершенно не вывезут такую игру и будут ныть про сложность управление, невзрачную графику, высокую стоимость и прочую хрень, поколения выросшего на фортнайтах и коловдютях.Конечно это не предел мечтаний, но вполне играбельно.     Played through the campaign prologue yesterday. The game looks great and the mechanics are still as I remembered them. Blizz did a great job refreshing this title rather than letting it die like WCI and WCII. After all, it is the essential setup for WoW.

    Ностальгия... Это именно то, что я хотел получить, такой красивый ремастер легендарной игры. Я не понимаю, почему такой низкий балл... Это не warcraft 4 это ремастер всем нам любимой игры... Я очень доволен т.к. с выходом игры в релиз у игры будут появляться новые патчи, а значит новые фишки. Это достаточно хорошая альтернатива старкрафту, где сражаются целые армии.     Nostalgia... This is exactly what I wanted to get, such a beautiful remaster of the legendary game. I don't understand why the score is so low... This is not warcraft 4 this is a remaster of our favorite game... I am very happy because with the release of the game, the game will have new patches, which means new chips. This is a good enough alternative to StarCraft, where entire armies are fighting. Here, rather compact units fight, where the outcome of the fight depends on microcontrol. As a result-10/10. Играю в Варкрафт каждый год с 2008(12 лет выходит). Игра хорошая. Нареканий нет. Даже если что-то не так,Близзард молниеностно отреагируют и исправят. Хватит писать бред про худшую игру в Мире.     Теперь можно заново насладиться кампанией, мультиплеером и кастомками с отличной графикой и обновлённым интерфейсом. Просто великолепный ремастер за копейки. Очень рад покупке.

    The game has its little bugs but its fixable... Game is totaly in new coat which is fine.... also switchable to normal classic style. They remade some maps in story which is cool and they remade introduction trailer and old cinematics have now higher resolution quality which is great :)

Графика не спорю, каждому своё, Артаса старого нет, просто потому что актёр давно умер, а ОРИГИНАЛЬНЫЙ АНГЛИЙСКИЙ Артас похож на нынешнего. Да и многие фанаты злились из-за того интерфейса blizzcon 2018. Ещё раз, это просто ремастер, не новая игра, не Warcraft 4, неЭто просто ремастер игры.     Я не понимаю почему люди занижают оценки и пишут что компания не выполнила свои обещания . Мной были пройдены уже 3 компании и сыграно 15-20 совместных игр . Я очень доволен тем что увидел , многие уровни очень интересно переделаны + шикарные новые модельки . Согласен что игры немного сыровата , но не согласен с оценкой в 2 балла .Я не понимаю почему люди занижают оценки и пишут что компания не выполнила свои обещания .     A lot of work were done compare to initial Warcraft 3 release. Thank you Blizzard. Graphics and textures ok to play in 4k resolution. It was hard to play old version on new hardware, because of old models, textures and effect. Since this is still Warcraft 3 - 10 out 10.     Reddit hivemind at it again. They get the idea that the game is bad from all the people trash talking on reddit and the W3 General lobby and come on here to give it a zero score. If you liked original WC3 and Frozen Throne, this is a great game. The population increased a ton on release from beta, so they're working out multiplayer kinks but the campaign works. I played over 150 games inReddit hivemind at it again. They get the idea that the game is bad from all the people trash talking on reddit and the W3 General lobby and come on here to give it a zero score. If you liked original WC3 and Frozen Throne, this is a great game. The population increased a ton on release from beta, so they're working out multiplayer kinks but the campaign works. I played over 150 games in beta so I feel comfortable saying the feel is good and clean once you get used to it. It can also be monetized which is what the original wc3 was lacking, so it can finally become an eSport again outside of China. Tons of Nostalgia players are coming back to the scene, so this was a good move.… Expand

    Прошел пролог и кампанию за Лордерон и Плеть. Не одного бага и вылета не было, фпс не проседал. Озвучка шикарная. Не понятно откуда столько ненависти и соплей в рецензиях.

    Мне кажется, что стоит дать разрабам шанс. По выходам патчам видно, что стараются и исправляют. Не успели в срок и выпустили. Накосячили? Однозначно! Но стоит понимать, что мы сами хотели, просили, требовали. Проектов у Близов много и просто взять и найти персонал для такого проекта не реально. К тому же это не основный разработки.     I am of the opinion that the balancing, story and game play of the original game were just about perfect- the    First of all, let me start by saying that I literally created a Metacritic account to write this review. Warcraft 3 is maybe my favorite game of all time. I've got thousands of hours invested in it's multiplayer. When I heard about this remaster, I was thrilled beyond words.

    I am of the opinion that the balancing, story and game play of the original game were just about perfect- the ONLY thing dated in that game to date, were the graphics. So the only thing I wanted out of this remaster was updated visuals- and I got exactly that. The new models and textures are absolutely incredible when compared to the old game, the difference is night and day. You can zoom ALL THE WAY IN and the models still looks incredible.

    I'm about 1/3rd of the way through the campaign and have not run across a single bug, performance issues- or any problems at all. For the life of me, I cannot comprehend all of the negativity surrounding the user reviews- for some reason it seems that people had the expectation that this was a sequel and are outraged that there is no new content and that the story wasn't changed.... this is a **** remaster of the original... it's NOT Warcraft 4. I knew EXACTLY what I was getting when I bought this, because I'm not a moron. If you loved the original and you just wanted a visual upgrade, this is a fantastic buy, especially on a 4K set-up.    … Expand

    I've been playing wow for over 7 years and I loved this game, excellent graphics, wonderful voice acting, my new favorite game and look that I'm not a fan of rts games, I didn't have any problems with bugs

Но, господа, ведь это же был скорее концепт, эскиз, о чем было сказано почти сразу. В дальнейшем по мере работы над игрой разработчики сообщали о изменении/корректировке своих планов. То, что    Ощущения от игры смешанные, но, наверное, больше все-таки положительных.
    Проглядел другие отзывы, у все основная и главная претензия в том, что итоговый вариант сильно отличается от ролика 2018 года. Но, господа, ведь это же был скорее концепт, эскиз, о чем было сказано почти сразу. В дальнейшем по мере работы над игрой разработчики сообщали о изменении/корректировке своих планов. То, что вы ограничились просмотром трейлера и сформировали на его основе завышенные ожидания - это скорее ваша вина. Несправедливо из-за этого ставить нули и брызгать желчью.

    Теперь о моих личных впечатлениях.
    Визуал - отлично, 9 из 10.
    Озвучка - есть недостатки, но в целом неплохо, 8 из 10.
    Катсцены - вполне годные, пусть и несколько уступают первоначально запланированным, 8 из 10.
    Синематики - для 2020 года откровенно слабоваты, выезжают только за счет ностальгии. Тем, кто не играл в оригинальную игру, будут резать глаз. Очень жаль, что Близзард решила сэкономить именно на этом. Все-таки финальный ролик - что-то вроде награды для игрока, пик эмоций и проч. 4 из 10.
    Изменения компаний. Да, да, они таки есть. Я просмотрел пока только часть миссий, и серьезно измененных из них было только две - Стратхольм и Луносвет. Обе сделаны просто отлично. Вроде бы должны быть еще шесть, но это не точно. И жаль, что не добавили хотя бы парочку совсем новых. 7 из 10.

    Итоговая оценка. Хотел было поставить 7, но добавлю балл для компенсации массового хейта игры.
    Очень надеюсь, что такая "горячая" встреча все-таки не окончательно похоронит желание разработчика далее заниматься доработкой Warcraft 3 и стратегиями вообще.    … Expand

    As a regular Warcraft 3 player and a fan of custom user maps, I just adore new models and high res textures, they really brought new life into my favorite game. I also appreciated that they didn't change the interface like on blizzcon, it was awful. Reforged is a perfect example of how to adapt old graphics without changing the core gameplay.

    Очень понравился итоговый продукт, есть над чем поработать, но я уверен, что Blizzard всё отполируют, с нетерпением жду нового контента.     Я считаю что игра получилась отличной, несмотря на переносы дат релиза и прочие огрехи, мне как человеку который сыграл сотню часов в RoC и чуть больше в TFT игра понравилась.

    I am glad to play in this game again, remember the time when I have back from school and play it a lot. For me its huge nostalgy. In total we have a good game with minor bugs, I hope they are fix them.

    It delivered exactly what was promised. Maybe there are some bugs here and there I don't know, I haven't encountered them. But exactly what I wanted. The community revived for this wonderful game. Also anyone who doesn't like the new graphics there is a toggle for going back to classic which is amazing.

    Вы этого не заслужили, но 10 это в надежде на то что вы не бросите игру и будете доблалять новые компании и другой контент в игру. Я очень ждал эту игру, из всех продуктов от Близзард мне только Варкрафт 3 и нравился ( ну ещё и рок’эн’рол Рэйсинг) я был расстроен так как у меня нет времени играть в WOW, Diablo скучная, и я надеялся на эту игру. Ребята не бросайте её.Вы этого не заслужили, но 10 это в надежде на то что вы не бросите игру и будете доблалять новые компании и другой контент в игру.     The game is chic, the company Blizzard great well done. The graphics were very good.
    Don 't listen to negative reviews, because they 're biased. All players were warned there would be no new story, it 's the same Warcraft 3, just very improved. Please don 't insult Blizzard, they 've done some crazy work. I am very happy. Excellent postscoring. Please, do not stop.

    ИМХО А что делать если всё нравиться, все работает. Прошёл вступительную компанию за Орду, пока никаких проблем, графен зашёл как и озвучка.

    Favorite game now with new graphics! Thanks. Most of the shortcomings described by the haters are far-fetched and unjust. The game has something to complete, but it does not slow down or lag, everything works great. Thanks for the opportunity to play Warcraft 3 in 2020

    Yes, it has some frame-rate issues but the game looks solid. Seems like many people are feeling negative thinking the game didn't change much, but it surely did and to be honest, I think most of the people are expecting way too much since it's just another remaster.     Great game, ive had no problem with it. The community complained that they wanted no change, and, well, it's a reskinned wc3 just as they wanted. Community will be belligerently angry no matter what pretty much.

    This is a great remaster! Solo game is so fresh and awesome. New missions in prologue are exciting. I know it takes a while to get used to new interface and graphics, but It worth it. Beta was great and now, mb there are some bugs, etc., but it is very good and it feels so cool to play this game. Дайте им время на отладку, в наше время редко игры выходят без миллиарда багов. Это не Valve которые каждый неудавшийся проект сразу хоронят. Я верю что в blizzard еще остались фанаты своего дела которые любят эту игру, эту вселенную и постараются всё исправить. Warcraft 3 полу мертвый, а я хочу чтобы люди вернулись в эту удивительную игру. Её не нужна графика как в Red Dead Redemption 2. Её нужен гибкий и стабильный движок, чтобы умельцы потом из неё как из пластилина лепили новые удивительные карты из которых будут появляться новые игры а вы в них с радостью играли. Дайте шанс...     I specifically registered here to leave a review about Warcraft 3 and support Blizzard. This is a good game, which unfortunately did not have enough time to become ideal at the start. At the moment, the game has small friezes, but nothing more. On the whole, Blizzard gave us what they promised.

It is true to the original, and everything that they did differently than they showed off at BlizzCon was because its what WE wanted. We did not want new missions and tained new voice actors.     There is a new death sound (which i have found only for human race but didnt finish the prologue).
    The game surely must be still updated. Reforge those damn cinematics! Remake those damn campaign maps, change the perspective!! Increase framerate of the animations - nothing could go wrong on this one!
    Add more construction sounds, more misc sounds as well!

    I think that everyone agrees that they have expected a DIFFERENT APPROACH to the classic campaign. We wanted to see different angles and maybe even some sub-stories/fragments that are present in the books.    … Expand

    I don't know why people get so freaking angry , it's exactly what was announced, same game just new graphics, and is exactly what old players wanted. The only bad thing is the graphics could use a bit of better optimization, and some models are still missing at launch in some campaigns, still having cubes as stand in.

    The new textures and modeling are great. Some of the voice acting could be better. Some of the unit portrait art is a little flat. Issues on launch day is no surprise. I assume they will implement the ranked ladder when it is ready. Aside from some minor quibbles, I got everything I wanted and expected and don't understand the flame.

    I'm doing the campaign of warcraft 3 reforged and everything is ok me, i didn't wait a warcraft 4 but the same game than 2002 with better graphics.

    I have fun with the campaign, and waiting for the ladder with matchmaking! for more fun !

    То есть объективно коммюнити само похоронило игру.
    Да близы накосячили, оптимизация местами хромает (хотя на моем конфиге I5 4570, GTX 770 (4гб), 16гб DDR3 (частота 1866) 60 кадров стабильно).
    Есть баги, но такой уж геймдев нынче, игр у которых нет патча первого дня можно по пальцам пересчитать.
    Итого я снял 2 балла за баги и оптимизацию, остальное уж простите мы выбрали сами (хотя лично я (олдфаг) вполне бы не отказался от новых катсцен и глобальных изменений).    … Expand

    It's a good recreation of the old Warcraft 3 game. New spit, new polish, same game. As far as people saying it's buggy and has poor performance, well my pc is just shy of a potato and it ran it just fine at around 68 fps. on it. I say thanks Blizz for letting me play a game that I haven't played in years with a nice new coat of paint!

    While it has flaws it fixs a lot with the old wc3 which was infested with hackers cheaters team killers, bots literally made to be afk yes this existed I've been playing since 2003 cutscenes were the least I was worried about where was all this publicity when all the hackers were in wc3

    Your satisfaction of this game depends completely on your expectations of it. As it is - it's classic Warcraft 3 with updated graphics. And classic Warcraft 3 is still a damn good RTS.

    My dissapoinment is they didn't do the Reforged cutscenes,but overall the modernized graphics look ok and think it dosent deserve the hate it's getting look at poor remasters that ubisoft is making like the cash grab that is Assassins Creed 3 so i know this is far from a perfect remaster but because it gets all the hate it dosen't deserve i'll give it the highest score i can ;)

    Great patch, despite its payd. It makes ladder and multiplayer games smoother and well feelings that was unable to rich on an older bnet wersion! Im not even turns on new graphics, cuz it not important for me, i just love this game. It so pity that Blizz ruined publicity compaign, inspite this, game is great!

    I am loving the nostalgia with updated graphics. While I understand the disdain, I don't understand why it is so severe. I'm loving the time I'm putting into this. The only complaint is that not all of the live action cutscenes are remastered, but I understand why, it would be months and months of work, plus a LOT of money to redo all of those perfectly.

    Warcraft 3 Reforge is a pretty game, with wonderful remastered models and everything that was promised. It's the original experience that provides quality, and the voice acting is phenomenal. Plenty of extra details in these new original cutscene's that you wouldn't of noticed before and the movies provide plentiful immersion.

    This has been a very satisfying product, Blizzard has once again - created another fantastic remaster that will be remembered for ages to come and everyone is able to enjoy their long awaited nostalgia once again. The substantial amount of negative reviews, came from a flock of sheep at youtube and entitlement. Seems most people focus their fragile minds on negativity, rather than being thankful they got a remaster: like a child, throwing a tantrum for not getting what he wanted for Christmas.     Reforged- это не ремейк и не ремастер , это что-то среднее и не надо его воспринимать как ремейк.В нём много проблем ,но все оценки необъективны.

Поднять щиты за wk3 вы совсем офигели это явно не лучшая игра года, месяца, квартала, эта история полная лжи, недоговорок, и молчания, я владелец этой игры, и играл со дня релиза, не было вылетов, багов и всего прочего ставлю игре абсолютно не заслуженную десятку что бы хоть как то поднять общий рейтинг хотя бы выше fallout 76 а теперь спойлер, вы все просто конченые кто ставил не заслуженную оценку… Expand

    Отличная игра, уверен что все технические проблемы будут решены. К сожалению у людей отсутствует критическое мышление, у них либо все хорошо, либо все ужасно, нет середины...     Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
