    Barely any improvement, and the new end user agreement stifles community creativity meaning it has less going for it than the original in terms replayability and content. As a remaster it is a failure.

    Ну могли же просто взять и пересобрать игру на новом движке. Нарисовать красивые фоны, текстуры, полигонов добавить. И приправить это красивыми CGI роликам. Худшая игра в истории цивилизации.

    Проблема рефорджеда не в графоне, который убогий проосто как для 2020, не в багах и лагающем меню, и даже не в задержке выхода. Проблема в самом отношении близзов к игре, которые явно перестали видеть в играх искусство. Невозможность как-то противиться воли больших шишек из активижн, они делают все ради того, чтобы их ублажить забыв про игроков и саму игру. Такими темпами через короткийПроблема рефорджеда не в графоне, который убогий проосто как для 2020, не в багах и лагающем меню, и даже не в задержке выхода. Проблема в самом отношении близзов к игре, которые явно перестали видеть в играх искусство.     Все уже итак знают проблемы Reforged, так что я просто напишу то, что разозлило меня: 1. Уничтожен клиент классического Warcraft; 2. Навязано дешевое главное меню с интерфейсом уровня браузерки; 3. Переработанная графика не доделана, из-за чего смотрится убого; 4. Предзаказ не оправдан - выход игры в первоначально заявленную    Максимальная халтура, пренебрежение, лицемерие и жадность.

    Все уже итак знают проблемы Reforged, так что я просто напишу то, что разозлило меня:
    1. Уничтожен клиент классического Warcraft;
    2. Навязано дешевое главное меню с интерфейсом уровня браузерки;
    3. Переработанная графика не доделана, из-за чего смотрится убого;
    4. Предзаказ не оправдан - выход игры в первоначально заявленную дату не состоялся, никаких новостей о разработке не было - просто собрали деньги и заставили томиться в ожидании;
    5. Озвучка хороша только местами;
    6. Помимо моделек, текстур и анимаций ничего не поменяли - это обычный рескин;
    7. В процессе разработки сломали движок (это, кстати, все тот же JASS) - появилась куча багов.

It's not really about the money, it's about the relationship. I've grown up playing Blizzard games - from Warcraft I all the way through every title they've ever released. They don't know what a good Blizzard game is because they aren't old enough - they just see this unfinished mess of bugs and experience a feeling of being taken advantage of. If you don't refund, you're going to ruin your reputation with the next generation of gamers and that's not worth all the trouble of keeping people's money. Refund anyone who wants it. Fix the game. Show us it's fixed. Then kindly ask us to consider buying it again. Don't destroy your legacy - it's not worth the few million that will likely be ultimately resent to you by players when they buy your fixed game again. You're on the last bridge Blizzard (Activision) - don't burn it.… Expand

    Ruined one of my favorite games. Forced everyone to upgrade to the new launcher, even if you didn't buy reforged, and the new launcher removed many loved features. Blizzard is trash now, they can't even handle a simple remaster.

    The only real thing on the game is the upgraded models. Even though they are cool when you zoom in, the new graphics create some weird feeling that the older version was better when you play. Somehow I find the units more difficult to differentiate from the enemies, etc. The buildings, at least for UD, don’t really give a better aspect to the game.     Dissatisfied and disappointed with graphics and sound. Also, where’s promised new content? And did in game transactions appear, when there wasn’t any sign of them in original title.

    Blizzard fan from long time, I never felt so much trahison from a company.

    Animation not finish, game rushed and no cinematics, it feel so bad.

    The first time I really regretted paying Blizzard. I just remembered the ancient Greek myth of King Midas - it seems that Activision acts like the protagonist of this myth, with the only difference being that everything that their hands touched turns into a substance other than gold ...

    i usually love the warcraft franchise i played all rts games and world of warcraft, i was exited how the promisses looked. the story changes and stuff to the actual content in wow.
    but its horrible! lags, crushes, and nothing what was promised! even the original wc3 changed into reforged... i will never ever preorder or even buy a game where is activision on it.... there no gamers they    i usually love the warcraft franchise i played all rts games and world of warcraft, i was exited how the promisses looked. the story changes and stuff to the actual content in wow.

    Game doesn’t even come close to what they promised on Blizzcon 2018, they promised almost a new game, with tons of added cinematics and fully upgraded graphics but actually it’s just a bunch revamped character models, I barely see any difference between old 2002 and the new reforged terrain, new models become awkward sitting on top of the old 2002 graphics, it feels like just a half-doneGame doesn’t even come close to what they promised on Blizzcon 2018, they promised almost a new game, with tons of added cinematics and fully upgraded graphics but actually it’s just a bunch revamped character models, I barely see any difference between old 2002 and the new reforged terrain, new models become awkward sitting on top of the old 2002 graphics, it feels like just a half-done job to grab some money since they are charging almost what a new game nowadays cost.… Expand

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
