    If a D2 remake is in the works I sincerely hope they don't release it at all if it's anything remotely like WC3: Reforged. It'd be better for the company's public image and economy for that matter if they simply released the entire source code - there's a 100% chance fans would do a much better job.

    Game crashed my pc 2 minutes into campaign, units look choppy. Some custom games got ruined from new models(can’t see color clearly) waste of $30

    broken promises, what are u expecting ? zero ofc. Nothign is complete, u can clearly see it in world editor, no path texture, no animations, around 50% isnt complete, its early access, diffenetly not a full release.

    If Blizzard does this again with Diablo, I just shudder to think how many more nails it would take to seal its metaphorical coffin.

    Blizzard has a paragraph in the user agreement for this game that they have exclusive rights to any custom game which is made in this game. Just unbelievably **** from one of the companies who used to be my #1 by miles. This game does not deliver on what it promises and I am not even going to start on the price (40$) on what is essentially a HD mod

    game has stability issues, such as fps freezes whenever an match starts, they also dragged the original into this while giving it its own bugs, and lied to us all, they even gave us an beyond autistic response to the controversy they themselves created

CGI ролики не оновлювали, катсцени також( хоча тепер юніти також мають анімацію коли говорять, а не тільки їхні портрети). Одним словом це халтура, та обман покупцівНам обіцяли оновлення та покращення усього в грі, але на ділі нема й половини обіцяного.     Never got to play it back in the day and wanted to try it out. Barely played a half hour before i crashed and it wouldn't start again. So I refunded it, such a shame too I was excited to try it out after years of WoW.

    Bought the original like 4 times. Been waiting for reforged for .. 18 years? For WarCraft 3 with skins of HOTS, restrictions, same cinematics, ruining everything old. 30 euro and 5 years of my life trown in the trash. Thanks Blizzard!

    warcraft 3 was and I quote "was" a iconic game a legacy to all people that love RTS games but this pile of mess and broken promises is not worth anyone's money or time, this was one of two games of 2020 that I was looking foreword to play but what it turn to be is colossal fail and I am saying this as a fan of warcraft 3 and fan of modding

If you want a good RTS play Age of Empires.     Riding a 0 train on this one but this game is one unfinished peace of crap. Campaign script missions are not even finished and hard difficulty in this is more like easy... I still want to believe they gonna do something with it but if it's gonna be in 2+ years

    The only fact that I don't have any access to Classic WIII anymore and am forced to download 30 Gb update (1000% the original game file size) to play a 'reforged' version filled with bugs... Blizzard... What did you do ?

I am very certain this is the last time I will ever by a Blizzard game again. No Shadowlands, no Overwatch 2, no Diablo 4. It's time to move on after 20 years.

Played the old one two weeks before the new one was released, the nostalgy was there and I couldn't wait for the new one to come. Played the old one two weeks before the new one was released, the nostalgy was there and I couldn't wait for the new one to come. Now I am totally disappointed mostly because they ditched the old one. If the new one was released with these bugs I wouldn't mind if I still had access to the old one and wait for improvement patches. I also miss custom campaigns a lot...… Expand

    This is actually just ridiculous. A remaster that they even postponed since it "wasn't ready yet" delivers nothing but a couple shiny models that they pretty much just ripped straight from WoW. No effort was put into this crap and it really just shows what blizzard has become these days. "Just play the old version if you don't like the remaster" doesn't even apply here, as they even forced the worse UI along with new bugs and some questionable balancing decisions onto the old client. (They even disabled shadows in game if you're not on the reforged client, what kind of passive aggressive stuff is that?) A couple dedicated modders would have done a better job in a few months than this, and it's just embarrassing. I sincerely hope that Blizzard will learn something this time as the "Warcraft 3:refunded" meme gets traction, but rumors say that they might even refuse that so maybe they're beyond salvation. Don't even get me started on the custom games. Banning third party assets and CLAIMING everything made in their client as their own intellectual property. What a **** joke. Corporate greed strikes again. No one is going to bother to put any creativity into the custom game scene as Blizzard has made it clear that it doesn't give a **** about their player base.     In short line, Activision killed all good in Blizzard. For 30 bucks you get makeup and nothing else.

    The fact that blizzard managed to downgrade an old game meanwhile taking away creative rights is a major scummy move. I am rating it a zero because I think there should be no one buying a downgrade.

    This "remake" literally gave me depression, it is such a train wreck along with the destruction of a classic it's unbelievable

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
