Jul 14, 2020It’s quite evident that The Pillar is heavily inspired by The Witness, but the quality is just not there. There are good, original moments, but the puzzles are generally far too easy.

Aug 19, 2020The idea behind The Pillar works when done well, as we’ve seen before, but a bit more substance is needed to make both the beautiful world and its gameplay click better here. As it stands, it must settle for being a decent, if imperfect, puzzler.
