Dec 15, 2011This game is a terrible console port, and each successive patch just breaks the game further. It handles PC hardware as poorly as possible. My PC, which can run Crysis and Crysis 2 both at consistently over 60fps, sometimes struggles with Skyrim at it's most basic settings. It is poorly engineered and the PC port of this game is a joke.

Dec 15, 2011Best RPG of the year. Big open world. Many quests - many gaming hours. Old school RPG with new style. Design of game more better than graphics. Waiting for addons!

Dec 15, 2011Excellent and huge game. Sure its buggy, very very buggy, but given the size and scope the bugs aren't a big deal. I'm also hopeful that there'll be DLC for it, but even if there isn't there's more than enough content to keep you happy.

Dec 14, 2011Brilliant Game - Bethseda have outdone themselves again. Skyrim is a epic and immersive game. And, even better, PC Skyrim has amazing graphics and mod capability (I believe the Mod Tools are being released soon). You will not regret buying this.

Dec 14, 2011It's a good game but it could have used another 6 months of QA and bug fixing. The combat is incredibly simple and really could use some work. Most of the characters are forgettable and the story fairly boring.

Dec 12, 2011A lot of hipsters hating on this because it's popular, you know the type. They'll say [insert band here] sucks, while they themselves can't sing a note or play an instrument to save their life. It's like saying the Beatles suck; they may not be your type of music, but to just dismiss them as crap is ignorant and petty.

Dec 12, 2011I would give this game a 10, but I haven't found myself interested in it as much as I was a month ago.
But don't let my words discourage you, Skyrim is one of the best games in a long time, get when you can. -

Dec 11, 2011This game is....
And i have spent countless hours contemplating if this is true.
Also as a "hardcore"gamer some might say, i have played basically most games that were average to outstanding in the last 10 years but i can definitely say now after all this time in my humble opinion.
The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim - IS..THE BEST.. GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED. -

Dec 11, 2011Overall this game is amazing. It's so fantastically well done that it's a game I can't get away from. I'm completely addicted and I love it! Way to go Bethesda!

Feb 29, 2012Unfortunately, Skyrim trips and falls on its own (most probably, to make the cool-sounding deadline of 11-11-11) and just before it reaches perfection as the ultimate specimen of its genre, it self-destructs in a crucial aspect of game design: the interface and the peripheral components (inventory, journal, map, etc)... but that is not to say that Skyrim is anything but a truly majestic, epic RPG that will suck you right in its cosmos.

Feb 14, 2012Skyrim is definitely one of the best games of 2011, but if the DLC holds out, it might just be one of the best games of 2012 as well.

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Jan 19, 2012Skyrim is the best open world RPG you can get. A true evolution of genre is not flawless but still it is the game you love to live in. [Christmas 2011]
