    This game is amazing, I never believed I would like it as much as I did but I found almost everything about it super fun. The quests are really fun, the main quests are also really good. The dark brotherhood storyline and thieves guild is good at times but also a bit dissappointing.     It is skyrim nothing more to say, amount of hours you can put in this game and still not finish it and the mods community makes the game hours multiply.

    A must play for everyone amazing soundtrack, great gameplay, absorbing combat great story and also great side missions, I love the world and the freedom of gameplay also the adition of mods make the overwhole experience even better has some bad things like creation club, mods with money but it is not a reason to give this game a bad review cause the experience is wholesome

    This is the absolute best game you could ever play I mean astronomical you get to kill dragons absorb their souls and eventually kill an immortal dragon I will stand by this point for so long I’ve been playing this game since the day it came out.

    This game is honestly my favorite game, I have been playing for over a decade and still am discovering new things. Every new save feels like a new experience.

    Immersive and beautiful open world in first person, no other game can provide you with such a great feeling of adventure and freedom in a medieval fantasy world. The game is even better with mods and has infinite replayability.

    I've ben playing Skyrim since 2016,and to be honest its my best game in library, i have 1200+ hours in the game and still i haven't conpleted every quest because i always repeat the game from begining... I have finished main quest for about 7 times, and still it isnt boring. Great job Bethesda!

    Absurdly replayable, an enormous map full of content to explore. Character progression is massively dumbed down but this time its the realm of skyrim thats the main attraction. Its full of mysteries and quests and politics and is fascinating to explore. Its a beautiful game overall and the DLC is still excellent.

    Run from dragon. Explore for 100 hours. Kill dragon. Accidently kill kids in orphanage. Kill everyone in whiterun for fun. Kill all the jarls for fun. Explore for 100 more hours. Never touch the game for another few months. Repeat. 10/10

    This one was masterpiece for me, so much to discover, so much to do, (*so much to steal*)!
    collecting different unique weapons or going to be the best smith in the world!

    Possibly Bethesda's greatest game so far. Times have moved on since Morrowind, this is a fun, engaging game with hundreds of hours of content. It is my most played RPG of all time.

    Skyrim is almost everything you'd want in an open free-roaming world. There really isn't a correct way of playing the game and it's up to the player in how he want to approach the game. Do you want to be like a Demigod were every enemy encounter is a breeze? Or do you want them all to be challenging? There are a lot of ways of playing this game, and I'd wager for the most fun the playerSkyrim is almost everything you'd want in an open free-roaming world. There really isn't a correct way of playing the game and it's up to the player in how he want to approach the game. Do you want to be like a Demigod were every enemy encounter is a breeze? Or do you want them all to be challenging? There are a lot of ways of playing this game, and I'd wager for the most fun the player shouldn't be afraid to vary his gameplay style. Imposing your own artificial limitations can go a long way of making the game more enjoyable, such as don't use Fast Travel, don't use the Compass to navigate, don't focus solely on maxing out Enchanting or Smithing first, et cetera.

    That said, the game is a masterpiece were the sum of its part far outweigh the parts itself, which shows. The voice acting is the best in the series so far, but it doesn't really say much. Voices are still repeated on a regular basis, which some might feel breaks the immersion. The main quest feels empty and boring, as does most of the quests of the guilds. Overall, the feeling of being "special" and treated as such is too obvious. Regardless of what line of quests you want to do, you'll pretty much end up being labeled as SPECIAL early on, and an early non-worthy prize awaits you after a few simple quests. Gone is the struggle of advancing through the ranks of a Guild in order to succeed.

    Discussing were the elements of the game fails can take all day as Skyrim contains a lot of very different elements, which all feels lacking in one way or another. Yet this doesn't stop the game from feeling like a masterpiece. It's fun, it's immersive, it allows players to customize their gaming experience and offers an extremely high level of freedom. The attention to detail in the world is amazing, and it's a wonderful experience just exploring the world in your own pace. Is Skyrim a GOTY of 2011? Yes, I truly think so. Though is it a 10/10? No, while it's great, it isn't perfect. There's A LOT of faults in the game, though while frustrating or disruptive at times, these doesn't stop you from enjoying the rest of the game.    … Expand

    Unfortunately, Skyrim trips and falls on its own (most probably, to make the cool-sounding deadline of 11-11-11) and just before it reaches perfection as the ultimate specimen of its genre, it self-destructs in a crucial aspect of game design: the interface and the peripheral components (inventory, journal, map, etc)... but that is not to say that Skyrim is anything but a truly majestic, epic RPG that will suck you right in its cosmos.
