    This game has insane amount of content... thats what I was thinking before it got few gigantic updates with hundreds of things in them. Its not really Minecraft in 2d, think about it more like a metroidvania with crafting and building. Once you get into it, you can easily have fun for months, maybe even years...

    Fantastic game, especially if you play it with a couple of friends like I did at the time. It is just a really chill experience. It might have been a 10 if I had spent a bit more time with it, and maybe a little bit less time solo where I am simply building stuff. I think otherwise this game is even better than Minecraft imo.

    Terraria progression is kinda weird, took a while to get used to it. Cant do much and it forces you to explore while you know nothing. But its pretty addictive. Has many bosses to offer and its core gameplay doesn't get old quickly. Minecraft should take a little bit of inspiration from Terraria and add more bosses.

    I really like this game the "construction" aspect it's really fun. What's so ever I feel the game sometimes is the same.

    This game is just amazing and stupidly addictive. Years ago i thought this was like a 2D Minecraft, kinda boring you know ? Oh man is was soooo wrong. I would even say: Terraria > Vanilla Minecraft. I still have not experienced 1.4, but when i come back to this game i will definitely lose my Real life again.

    Alongside one of the best games you could play on PC you have one of the best dev team in the industry- they just can't stop making free content from this already incredible game

    It's Basically Minecraft But 2D, But With A Cheaper Price!
    So This is why I bought it!
    But It's Sad Tho That They Stopped Doing Major Updates
    They Could Have Made More Stuff!

    amazing game that I've played all the way through. You will need this to be your primary game to play though because when you come back to you world after a while, you can lose motivation and could get lost. But overall, the content is great especially for that price-tag, it's a steal.

    One of the best 2D games out there, lots of weapons, armors, items, many bosses... Terraria is incredible.

    Я люблю эту игру. За её графику, геймплей, музыку , атмосферу. Если у вас есть друг, вы потеряете добрую часть жизни. Но есть одна проблема: обновлений больше не выйдут. Жду новую игру от этого замечательного разработчика и попытаюсь НЕ сломать клавиатуру, играя в эту игруЯ люблю эту игру. За её графику, геймплей, музыку , атмосферу. Если у вас есть друг, вы потеряете добрую часть жизни. Но есть одна проблема: обновлений больше не выйдут.     This game is a masterpiece. Minecraft every uptade dropping quality while Terraria getting better. Minecraft losing it's community but terraria growing It's community.

    Terraria is a great game which can give you the great feeling of defeating bosses while you can explore and find! With the Journey's End Update long time players could find new items and discover new paths of defeating new enemies. The TmodLoader is so easy to get via steam, you don't have to reinstall it for updates anymore or seek through endless folders to find it!     Labor of love. these dev's just don't know when to quit, the game is atm 11 years old, and still gets updates.

    This game is so good. It is a unique 2D survival game. It is not a Minecraft clone. I really recommend this absolutely excellent game.

    This game is pretty fun and im always finding new things about the gme and the mods are really fun to play and there is a very good variety of ways you can play modded or unmodded terraria which always makes it fresh in my eyes the only reason its not a 10/10 is because the bosses seem to be weird when it comes to difficulty

    Terraria has really always been one of my personal favorites, watching the game only grow and get more complex with each update. The game is almost like a roguelike in a way I feel, each trip you make from your base into one of the many diverse biomes filled with unique loot and enemies. Each playthrough feels fresh and fun through addicting gameplay, even if the beginning feels some what slow on new playthroughs it is still a very fun experience over all. And if the game ever leaves any to be desired from a player, it has a great modding community that can completely change a playthrough like the massive Calamity mod or add more to the base experience like the Split mod. And if you want to play on the newest version but also play something new they're many different servers.… Expand

    Why are game critics stupid? They gave it a low score because it was a "Minecraft" clone but in 2D. They have the same genre but not the gameplay. Terraria is a game that just made me grind. It's so fun i actually had more time playing than me studying. The gameplay and graphics is very good. Don't even ask about the Soundtracks, cause holy **** it's the greatest game soundtrack ive ever heard.

    I have been playing terraria for years. Initially on my Xbox 360 I played this for hours. I then went to the pc version that had more content. I have sunk hundreds of hours on pc alone and I still find more items I've never seen and there are continuous updates years later. For 10$ this is one of the best values in gaming.     This game is an artistic masterpiece somehow with it only being a pixel art 2d game you can see every detail of every block. Now it's not just fun to look at is fun to play with the endless amount of exploration water diving and fishing is even enjoyable also even though it's only 2d the building is very fluid and fun.     The story is lacking but almost everything else is great in this game: retro atmosphere, creativity, game mechanics, optional multiplayer mode, adjustable difficulty.

    Great sandbox style adventure game with a very compelling design. Loads of items, NPCs and enemies to encounter, and a very big world to explore on each new adventure.

Конечно, в ней свои минусы, например бесполезное косметическое оружие на воина и СЛИШКОМ низкие шансы на аксессуары, некоторое оружие, питомцев, маунтов и магические предметы. Игре ещё есть куда стремиться, и я надеюсь, что она станет только лучше!Очень крутая игра! За 200 часов не разу не наскучила.     Terraria is one of the best sandbox games. Terraria has some Minecraft spirit, however the focus of the game is on fighting and crafting, so it involves more action. The best way to enjoy Terraria is to play it with a couple of friends on your own server.

    It's a title that will appeal to the adventurer, the explorer and the builder; not to mention those who appreciate a substantial amount of player freedom. If you happen to be all of those things, Terraria is a lightly tarnished treasure.

    A lot of games tried to copy Minecraft – or at least participate from its' success. But this two-dimensional take on the well known formula is the only game that is able to step out of the shadow of the indie phenomenon that inspired it. It leads you into a unique world full of creative magic.
