    Terraria arrives on the 3DS as the great sandbox game we all know. Unfortunately there are some compromises in this version, such as the lack of any online feature: it is still a great game, but probably this 3DS edition is among the least appealing ones.

    Terraria comes to Nintendo 3DS with many limitations, such as the lack of a translation into Spanish and the 3D graphics. Despite its small flaws, it remains the colossal work that offers hours and hours of fun.

    Terraria on 3DS works to an extent: the interface is just fine, but the sheer size of the game's world is reduced when compared to other versions, and that has an impact on the overall experience.

    Terraria is a large and content-packed free-roaming experience that will bring dozens or even hundreds of hours of gameplay to those who commit themselves to it. Sadly the 3DS conversion had to let go of some aspects that make Terraria a more appealing game on other systems and this portable incarnation is also affected by several problems in its visual performance.

    I've played Terraria for the first time ever on the 3DS and I'm hooked. I've played Minecraft before but was bored with content, whereas withI've played Terraria for the first time ever on the 3DS and I'm hooked. I've played Minecraft before but was bored with content, whereas with Terraria, I felt I want to keep digging/fighting to discover the next best thing - be it weapons or monsters. Terraria feels more "purposeful" to me in that you build yourself up for harsher environments and bigger monsters. And the bonus with the 3DS version? I can play anytime anywhere! The world may be slightly smaller than the PC, but I happily trade that with the ability to play anytime anywhere. Well worth it on 3DS.… Expand

    This game is pretty damn good. While it does have a lot of bugs that need patching, it is the best of both worlds for any Terraria fan.It hasThis game is pretty damn good. Tiene buenas mecánicas, jefes que demuestran que no estás jugando un minecraft e 2d, una historia oculta que es posiblemente la mejor historia que verás en un juego de 3ds. El gran problema es que tienes que tener muchas ganas de jugarlo, porque sino te puedes acabar cansando., Es difícil crear nuevos objetos, algunas cosas te van a tomar mucho tiempo y muchos se van a acabar cansando.
    La opinión de alguien que ha llegado al hardmode: En mi opinión tiene un 8.5. Es un tanto difícil, en algunos momentos puede sacarte de quicio, mas si consigues buenos objetos, se te va a hacer más divertido. También es un mundo libre, en el cuál puedes conseguir cosas que no sabías que existían dentro del juego. Por lo tanto, te puede dar sorpresas. Los veteranos lo pasarán bien.    … Expand

On example of an irritating bug is when you get a Life Crystal, you usually have to put it in your hotbar in order to use it. But if you select it and move it to your hotbar, and then exit, it's gone. Great bug testers. You don't even need to drag it to the hotbar, you only have to select it and then exit and it's gone. The control scheme is garbage and why the hell can't I remap controls? And don't think I didn't play Terraria on PC and PS4, I played Terraria during my whole childhood and it's perfect but this is not.… Expand
