The game is very well done.

It's a top-down squad management game where you manage a group of survivors of a zombie appocalypse who are trying to take back their town. The interface features basically a series of "nodes" which represent areas of your town. These nodes are randomly generated, so no two games are ever truly alike. The interface features basically a series of "nodes" which represent areas of your town. These nodes are randomly generated, so no two games are ever truly alike.

Clicking on a node allows you to decide who you will take with you on your hunt. Once you arrive, you have to scout out the area, investigate buildings, and kill off the zombies that are there. However, the big mechanic of the game is the fog of war. You are limited in what you can see by the flashlight you carry. Anything not in the beam if it's not making noise is invisible. Many times, you will enter buildings or turn corners and find yourself face-to-face with trouble.

You can pick up scrap as you wonder the level. There's a crafting system whereby you use the scraps to build weapons, motion detectors, and other such fare.

In terms of pros, the graphics are simple, the game is well coded, I found no bugs, the idea was sound, and the atmosphere is very engaging. I found myself very interested in the future of this motley band of de facto zombie hunters. The game does a good job of limiting what you find so you're never quite at 100% health. This game really focused on replayability.

In terms of cons, every time you click on the level to send your guys someplace, they spout out various randomly assigned audio cues like, "yep" or "on the way". Every time. This can be very annoying, so this game is best played with the audio off.

Without question, this is definitely something you should check out. It's a zombie game with as little "zombie" tropes as possible. The first time you burst through a door to find a nest of zombies waiting on the other side, you'll be hooked.

    the game is entretaining.
Takes some good things about rogue-loke games, and top-down shooters,
    a bit of rpg elements
overall, it's a great product for a 1 man team.

Awesome game. Pretty polished, nicely balanced, has that "one more node before sleep" feel which I like so much in roguelikes. It has a flash game aesthetics, yet this minimalism captures the essence of zombie-survival better then most games of this thematic.

The tactical levels are fun (putting up a turret on a building entrance is EXTREMELY satisfying), the strategic part contains crafting and managing equipment for your dudes. Your dudes go from crawling almost unarmed through then night, kiting the zombies in attempt to survive, to guns-blazing, gadget-deploying, skillful team of zombie slayers.
Has a couple points to improve - it's not too intuitive, for example, that once you clear out a node, you can't go back and pick up the rest of the items. Also, there seems to be a "main" hero, which you can't leave out of the mission.
All in all, the drawbacks are relatively minor and don't stand in the way of your enjoyment. I highly recommend it, and am ready to get a sequel when/if it comes out.

This game is basically space hulk turned into a RTS. also there is crafting so you feel like you have a sense of progression. It says I need more characters in my review but genre savvy people know what i'm talking about so disregard this sentence as filler.
