    SuperMash is a unique concept – what do you get when you smush together two different genres of games? In this case, a mixed bag. SuperMash, a game where two of six classic console genres are combined for something new and different, comes across as a brilliant idea with mediocre implementation – with some revisions to and improvements of existing content, the experience could be much more enjoyable.

    Unfortunately, SuperMash is a game where the concept is better than the execution. While the spritework and chiptunes are nice, the gameplay holds the whole thing back; a big problem when the gameplay is supposed to be the main feature. Ironically, the mashed-up games usually end up being less than the sum of their parts.

    Fantastic concept, poor execution. The games are simple and procedural, which makes sense and I expected them to be, but the games are simplyFantastic concept, poor execution. I'm sure it'd take a lot more work to make sure the enemies, levels, and player abilities align for a fun experience, but without all of that it's hard to look forward to new experiences in the game.… Full Review »

    I bought this game for my nephew and I can tell you I am not disappointed.
