    Fantastic concept, poor execution. The games are simple and procedural, which makes sense and I expected them to be, but the games are simply not much fun to play. I'm sure it'd take a lot more work to make sure the enemies, levels, and player abilities align for a fun experience, but without all of that it's hard to look forward to new experiences in the game.

    I bought this game for my nephew and I can tell you I am not disappointed. I got this game recommended by a swedish hobo who told me that this game is very relaxing. My nephew now understands the concepts of your wife having a boyfriend. overall i recommend this game. My nephew plays this game on his xbox 360. Okayga

    I received this game from my dad who is a two time gaming champion thinking that "Hey, this game would be great, because if anyone knows what a good game is, he would!" Well it turns out he wasn't being too transparent with me because this is one bad game. One of the worst things besides imagining him making a v shape with his fingers to mock me was this game's gameplay, which consisted of mixing two games together to get an entirely "new" game, and by new game I mean the same game but with one or two mechanics changed. Another atrocious part of this game was it's glitch mechanic. Seriously devs, that was a poor decision, almost as if they way to dink the game out of the imperfections was to make it worse. I timed how long I spent on the game before giving up on it and I made it a total of a sharp 777 seconds before giving up. Overall, if you wanted a better game for a FRACTION of the price, you should try My Summer Car. I clapped and put on a smile as I waited for it to download. Over all, this game is something you'd find at LIDL and I have no idea how the game awards let this piece of shovelware have any ad space there. E-shrug.… Expand

    If you came for a joke review, then stop reading. This is my serious review of SuperMash, an amazing game with infinite replay value. This game might just be one of the best games that I have ever played in my life. Everything else pales in comparison to this game.     It's basically a collection of uninspired and awful looking games using the gimmick to mash two genres in one game.
    All the games that you get from mashing genres feel like they belong to the flash games era, but way worse, because they fail at almost everything: graphics, gameplay, music. Don't get me wrong, the mashing genres mechanic is a cool concept, but    Game is kinda trash.

    Being a boomer and all, I remember the sega megadrive from 1989 - and there was a nice cartridge that had 112 games in one! Yes thats right! 112 games in one! In each of them you play a malding postureless hobo trying to find a house and reconnect with his long lost second wife. Infinitely more value than this game, just play maldio maker 4HEad.

    SuperMash is just..well let's go into detail here. The animation is pretty horrible, reminiscent of something straight out of a Nick Jr. cartoon. The story is beyond cringe. But let's dive into the minigames. Absolutely zero effort, poor sprite and map design, laziness all around the board. The music is atrocious. The supposed mashes consist of you fighting airplanes in a turn basedSuperMash is just..well let's go into detail here. That's supposed to the JRPG+Shoot Em Up combo. Hence, the developers presented the game on false advertising. It does not MASH genres, it just takes one element from a genre and puts it into the game. Like getting into turn based battles on a platformer. $25 dollars is insanely expensive for this pile of garbage, especially since the game bombed on PC before it's console release. You would think they'd lower the price then, but nope. And here's the kicker: the developers delete any negative opinion about the game on their Reddit. That is highly unprofessional. In all honesty, I feel that this game is a scam. It is not right for developers to deceive gamers with false advertising, deliver a broken crappy product, and charge a high price for it. Did I mention all of the mashes run below 30 FPS? Please do not support shovelware scammers like Digital Continue. The game is a major scam, and it is most definitely NOT fun. I'd rather watch paint dry while shoving a pencil into my eyeballs.… Expand

    All in all, this is a great game! It is jam-packed with story and lore, features classic 2D pixel art and 8-bit music too. It has brought classic genres to a new light in fun and interesting mashups that vary in difficulty especially with the 'glitches'. My only complaint about this game is the mislabeled controls on the PC version.

    SuperMash is a unique concept – what do you get when you smush together two different genres of games? In this case, a mixed bag. SuperMash, a game where two of six classic console genres are combined for something new and different, comes across as a brilliant idea with mediocre implementation – with some revisions to and improvements of existing content, the experience could be much more enjoyable.
